This house used to be a restaurant, but has since become a home, and to me, it's grand! I have it all to myself, but I would love some company! I live behind Wrongdaddy's, one of the main bars with a dance floor! I also live next to a water tower and most people don't even realize this house is even here!Guest Access
You would be welcomed with open access to my home! Really, I would be as willing to share as I imagine you would be! I have a generous deck with a door connected to my living room, also fairly large with a full bar and sink! Now, I do have my own victory shelf(It wasn't all me, I promise), but you're welcome to add to it! I have a whole bedroom not currently in use that I'd love for you to take advantage of, and I have a full kitchen with a pantry and back door that walks out to my personal parking behind the house and bars. There are two bathrooms, and I make use of one of them, as it has the shower.Interaction with Guests
This would be the most exciting part, at least for me! Jupiter and I are very excited to share the home with you! He's my puppy, and he's very friendly! He loves the dog park and cuddling, and playing with his toys with anybody willing! We are very well behaved, potty trained, and can be social if you'd like and be great company! We can also keep to ourselves and be hands-off! I love cooking, so I can cook for you if you're willing! I also love chillaxing and just having company over! The Neighborhood
My favorites could be your favorites! I love El Vaquero when I want Mexican food, but crave Taco Bell when I need a cheap, quick fix! Maxwell's is a new restaurant that opened down the street, with a variety of homemade options and the only non-Chinese buffet served on Sundays! Prices here are pretty fair, cheaper than larger places, but you can find some real gems! I worked at Hy-Vee and Ruby Tuesday, so I know some secrets! ;-) Dukum Inn is a fun bar, hosting All You Can Drink and is quite the scene here in Kirksville, followed by Wrongdaddy's when you need to dance the drinks out of your system! We are home to Thousand Hills State Park, and Hazel Creek Lake, and if you're adventurous, plenty of smaller hidden finds are waiting, including The Devil's Chair and Dibbuk Box! Right behind the house is a newly grounded food truck serving tacos and burritos! You can't go wrong! Marco, the man with the game plan, is awesome! I also live next to the Northeast Regional Medical Center should anything distressing occur.Getting Around
I imagine you'll have your own transportation, but you can rent a vehicle from Enterprise if needed. Along with that, I have a new bicycle that you're welcome to take out for a spin, an SUV that I drive can be shared if needed, and public transportation can be found here(Taxis, a small bus route is available for various needs, and a small regional airline is available should you need to fly anywhere before, during, or after your stay). I am willing to be your DD if you'd prefer, and I am also willing to go out and about with you if you'd like! I can also be an emergency contact if a need emerges.Other Things to Note
This is new to me, so do help me with anything you can! I have a 4K TV and great internet with WIFI, an XBox One and a great selection of games, Paid Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Prime, and the basics as a college student! Anything you can supplement with is helpful and only makes your stay more beautiful as I can grow as a host with your help and tips!
