The SpacePlease note that a hired car is advisable in order for you to stay here. Having a car gives you great freedom to travel around whenever you want to and however you want to. Transportation around Cyprus is not that brilliant. Buses takes a while to arrive if you are waiting at a bus stop. Therefore... please get a hired car! This is a bed and breakfast :D I noticed that there are not that many bed and breakfasts in Cyprus, so I decided to make one available in the hills of Paphos! Included in the price, you have choices of a Cypriot breakfast (2 eggs, halloumi, Cypriot ham and Cypriot bread), lots fresh local fresh fruits, muesli, porridge or cereal :) Accompanied with Cypriot coffee :) We also serve filter coffees and teas. Based in the suburbs of Paphos, this external studio sits in a very quiet area and this is perfect for people looking for a peaceful getaway but also not far from the Paphos town centre or the sea. A few minutes away, is a motorway which goes to Limassol, Larnaka, Nicosia, the mountains and other villages. 5 minutes away by car, are two huge supermarkets, McDonalds, a cineplex and many other amenities. As said before, a car hire is recommended. The bus comes to Konia at 8 o'clock in the morning and comes back again late afternoon. A car is definitely required as you can come and go as often as you like. Bus number is 609 :) In this studio, there is enough space for a third single bed for that third person. Please do let us know if you would like a cot for a toddler/baby or a fold up bed for a child/adult. If you need any laundry done, we can do this for you for free of charge as the washing machine is in my house. We have wifi however you cannot use it in the studio as the signal is too weak. You are welcome to relax on our front door patio and use our wifi at your own leisurely pace. Anything else, I am pretty sure we can accommodate you! Small dogs are welcome. The SpaceNOW ACCEPTING WEDDING BOOKINGS!! You can marry in the gardens. You can also hold a wedding reception in the front garden which can hold up to 50 people easily. I am a wedding photographer (since 2008) and have a wealth of experience in weddings and planning them. If you would like to hire this place for one day and one night to marry here and hold a wedding reception, this will be 500 euros plus 500 euros damage security deposit. Just book this for one night, and state its for a wedding and I shall give you a different receipt. Information: This house was designed and built by the original owner and recently, added an extra store room at the bottom of the orchard, a jacuzzi in the garden and 3 years ago, built the external studio. The bungalow has the following: Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bathroom has a walk-in shower with a glass screen. The second bathroom has a cubicle which does shower, power jets, sauna and baths too. The master bedroom has A/C. A large kitchen with a family room. Has A/C. A utility room and a laundry room. The dining room has a large table which can sit up to 8 people and also has a piano. The living room has two large Italian sofas, a fireplace, a large flat screen TV. Has A/C. Huge sliding windows from the living room open out to a patio/verandah which cover the whole length of the bungalow. Here, there is a pergola completely covered with grapevines. In the summer, there are so many grapes to eat. Stairs from the patio lead to the back garden and from the garden, you can walk down to the orchard and pick fruits. Outside the bungalow, there is an external studio which sleeps 3 people. It has its own small kitchen and bathroom. The front garden has its own pond and there is a huge flagstone paved area where you can hold BBQ parties, park your cars here or hold a wedding reception party for up to about 100 people. We have a cot for a baby, a highchair plus a camp bed for that extra person. There is enough parking for 3 cars at least. This area is in such a quiet area and from the verandah, there are fabulous views of Paphos and the sunsets are gorgeous in October especially. It is advisable you hire a car if you want to stay here. Public transport is is irregular and not often either. You will need to walk for 10 minutes to the village centre and get the bus into town. The motorway is 3 minutes away by car. The airport - 10-15 mins away. Paphos town - 5 mins away. The nearest beach - 8-10 minutes. We always look after our guests and if you need anything, I am sure we can comply to your requests!

    The Town House This wonderful newly built and furnished 2 bedroom town house is in the village of Konia to the north of Paphos old town. It is less than 20 minutes from Paphos airport, 10 minutes to Kato Paphos and the Harbor 5 minutes to the Old town of Paphos and 20 minutes to the famous Coral Bay.       Open Views Villa is ideally located in Konia village, Konia really does have much to recommend it. At around 200 meters above sea level it is in the sweet zone of being neither too hot in summer nor too cold in winter. Positioned just to the North East of Paphos itself Konia has excellent road links with a trip to Paphos taking only a few minutes. We can offer uninterrupted views of the sea and Paphos from the rear and via the roof garden while the views from the front are of the village and mountains above. The Villa is positioned at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac; this is a perfect location for a family with small children or someone looking for a tranquil holiday environment. Downstairs: On entering the villa through the front door you will find a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area which is equipped to seat 6. Downstairs toilet.               The SpaceEmbedded in the charming local structure of the village Tala, lies the house Stamna which is maintained by the next-door traditional Stamna tavern. It was only recently that the house was renovated by an austrian, rendering it an elegant but at the same time comfortable character for guests. On the ground floor the maisonette flat offers a cozy salon with an open chimney, chaise longue, a dining table, a kitchen in the back part of the room and a separate bedroom (double bed) as well as a bathroom. On the second floor (via stairs inside or outside the apartment) one will find a roomy bedroom plus a 15m big balcony with a picturesque view on the village of Paphos and the southern coast of Cyprus. Additionally, the house offers two shady patios perfect for coming together, reading alone or bbq. One runs along the inner house front and the other is at the back of the house surrounding a outside-shower and two lemon trees. Guests of house Stamna will experience a stay beyond standard tourist offers: The village centre of Tala is very authentically cypriot and in many ways untouched. Besides the tavern and the local post office one will find some english speaking bars and small shops but will not encounter touristic souvenir joints nor a McDonalds. In house Stamna every visitor is able to live and relax undisturbed or work calmly. If requested breakfast will be brought to the house directly by the family running the tavern. So –if desirable– family connection is included. In the evening one can go out to eat fresh fish or other cypriot specialties at Stamna tavern or at other restaurants of the village, accompanied by cypriot wine and zivania liquor. A car is only needed to go to the beach (~ 20 minutes) or to visit the numerous historic sites and to discover the secrets of this precious island. In short, the house Stamna is a charming apartment, which does not deliver every luxury good (f.e. no television) but in contrast offers a chance to relax or stay focused in a warm-hearted atmosphere surrounded by a delightful village.                     The villa is built in one of the most sought after areas of Paphos, between Konia and Anavargos village, in the north side of Paphos less than 5 km from all the amenities of Paphos centre. It looks down onto the town and the sea. Due to the height above sea level, the property benefits from a light breeze which is very welcome in the hot summer months. The villa has fantastic access to the main high way of Paphos – Limassol and direct access to all the local facilities. It is just 10 minutes by car to Coral Bay with its clear water, sandy beaches and water sports and also just 20 minutes to the first tee at Tsada and Secret Valley golf courses. It is also just 20 minutes to the beautiful Akamas National Park, where you can see the giant turtles. Anavagos village has all the benefits of a typical Cypriot village including two excellent tavernas and a mini market within walking distance. It is a 2 minute drive to the new Paphos shopping mall for all your shopping requirements (Orphanides, Costa Coffee etc).
