The SpaceThe apartment is within a gated community along with other residential apartments and is located on the first floor of one of the buildings within. The apartment comes with the following;
1. A moderately sized living room area and dining area
2, A long balcony to the side of the living room area
3. Two WC's - One for your guests and the other for personal use
4. A Fully fitted kitchen with all the modern appliances including washing machine and dryer
5. One king size bed in the first room and a super king size bed in the master bedroom.
6. In-built wardrobes in both rooms and a Safe for securing personal belongings in one of them.
7. There is also an ironing room / store for luggage conveniently incorporated into the apartment.
Please note that smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment. Guest AccessAccess to the address is through the main Banana Island Gate. Kindly note also that your visitors will need clearance at the main gate to gain access to the island. They will also need clearance from the security on-site to access your apartment building.
Inasmuch as I try to ensure that your visitors have a seamless visit, security is paramount to my service. Regardless of this, my apartment is an ideal place for holiday makers, business visitors, and anyone seeking privacy in Lagos. Interaction with GuestsThere is a Facility Manager onsite 24 hours, so if I am unable to deal with any issue he will be immediately available. Also, I have people from my office during working hours (9am - 5pm, Mon-Fri) that can readily attend to any urgent issues. The NeighborhoodThis is a great place to relax and take evening walks or go jogging. The apartment is within 3 minutes walk of a Cafe which is open till late on some days. There is also a pharmacy, a supermarket, and a hardware store in the same vicinity as the Cafe.

Banana Island is a man-made island that derives its name from the shape. It is approximately 1.63million square meters in size and residents are provided with world-class utilities including underground electrical systems, an underground water supply network, central sewage system and treatment plant, street lighting and satellite telecommunications networks, as well as overhead and storm water covered drainage.
The island consists of various residential, commercial, recreational areas, a main piazza, primary and secondary schools, fire and police stations, clinics, hotels and clubhouses.

Getting AroundThe apartment has parking spaces for two cars. Your visitors are advised to park outside so as not to occupy the space of other residents. The security personnel are on hand to direct visitors on where to park outside the gate.
