We're close to everything, but on a private, wooded lot with public road frontage.
We have a total of 3 bedrooms plus an upstairs sleeping den with a set of bunk beds. Two bedrooms are located upstairs--one with a king log canopy bed, the other with a queen and a full sized crib. The downstairs bedroom is a queen. All mattresses (except the bunk beds) are memory foam. Room for eight plus baby.
There are 2 Full Bathrooms: One with tub shower ; one with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Both are accessible without going through a bedroom.
The huge kitchen is the heart of the home with a great-room. Banks of windows let the light stream in. The kitchen is equipped with double wall ovens, ceramic cooktop, double door refrigerator with ice and water, and tons of granite counter space. Eat at the huge central island, or the kitchen table, or in the large dining room, or, on the screen porch…
Relax in front of the gas fireplace in the overstuffed leather reclining sofas as you watch the 52” flat screen TV w/ cable and Blue Ray DVD. Bring your computers and mobile devices. We have Wi/Fi throughout the house. Summers are generally cool, but we have air-conditioning when needed.
We have lots of off street parking and a carport with room for cars, boats, etc.
The wooded lot is private with an outdoor fire pit for family evenings and a swing set for the little ones. There is a seasonal babbling brook in backyard. (It's rushing waterfalls in the early spring).

Margie's and my office / workshop is located in the basement of this home. We use it to run the family business. The basement, has private entrances (s) in rear of home. Our office and shop are not used daily. When in use, it is 8AM to 5PM. (Rarely used on weekends.) Our office/shop does not have any public foot traffic. Occasionally we will have a client with us. We do our best to make appointments with clients when the house is not rented. Your enjoyment of the property is always our priority. There is an office and workshop located in the basement of this home. It is used by the owners to operate their family business and workshop. The basement, has private entrances (s) in rear of home. The office and shop are not used daily. When in use, it is 8AM to 5PM. (Rarely used on weekends.) When in use, the owners do not need access to the upper two floors. We ask that the driveway leading around back to the office/shop be kept clear. There is plenty of parking available without parking in the main driveway. The shop is quiet . Usually only the sound of the air compressor that can be heard upstairs and this is occasional.
We will water flower boxes and gardens occasionally (respecting your privacy) and pick up packages from UPS, etc. left on the porch. We have a welcome packet with our favorite restaurants and activities, emergency numbers, etc. We are available by phone at any time. In the winter, snowblowing will be supplied as necessary. The NeighborhoodOur home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Our neighbors are wonderful, but private people. Please be respectful as you would in your own neighborhood. Getting AroundWalking is the easiest way to get around, but in the summer, there is a trolley that you can flag down, and it goes into the village and as far as Glens Falls.
