The 2-story custom dock has speakers, rope swing and great sunsets. The Master Suite has an over-sized shower and separate 2 person tub as well as dual vanities. Spare bedrooms have a queen and two sets of bunk beds. Lots of closet space. Two HD TVs with cable. Free WiFi. Garage and screened lanai. Guest AccessFull access to all rooms. Limited access to storage closets. No access to attics or locked closets. No access to flotation devices, tubes even if they are in the garage. Access to dock and water. Lake Placid is located 2 hours from Fort Lauderdale and 1 1/2 from Orlando.
