The Lakes Beach House is a brand new four bedroom holiday home in Lakes Entrance, we have designed and built it with the idea of catering for 1 or 2 families or a group of friends to relax and to enjoy the Gippsland Lakes and its surroundings. The Lakes Beach House is in a great location, only a short 10 minute walk on flat ground to the footbridge(no hiking up hills to get to this house). It is also close enough to the main street to not need the car but far enough from the action to be able to relax and get a good night sleep. See where 19 Whiters Street is on the map.
With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms(including large bath), it sleeps 10 comfortably which makes it ideal for 1 or 2 families or a group of friends. The large undercover deck features a Weber BBQ and an outdoor sink which is great for entertaining and with a north facing backyard its a perfect space for the kids to play safely.
The living and kitchen areas are protected with double glazed windows. All appliances are brand new and the fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave and another fridge and freezer in the garage. The laundry facilities include a front loading washing machine and clothes dryer.
The property features keyless entry, so no need to worry about where to store the keys when relaxing on the beach or going for a swim.

* Pets. No pets are permitted in holiday rental accommodation.
*Personal Property. No responsibility is taken by the owners for guests personal property.
*Breakages, Damages, Loss, Replacement and Repair Costs. Guests are responsible for all breakages, damages, loss, replacement and repair incurred during the term of your occupancy. The Owner shall be at liberty to deduct the cost from your bond for any breakages, damages, loss, replacement or repair of any furniture, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and all fixtures and fittings to the property.
*Excess Cleaning. On departure it is requested that all rubbish is removed and placed in bins provided and the property left in a clean and tidy state. The Owner shall be at liberty to deduct the cost from your bond for removing rubbish scraps and any excess mess from the property and cleaning considered to be in excess of normal will also incur an additional charge.
*Functions. Your accommodation is for residential purposes only. Functions are strictly not permitted and penalties apply. (no bucks/hens/schoolies parties) Care our property and consideration to neighbours must be respected at all times.
*Noise. No loud noise after Midnight.
*Number of Guests. The premises must be kept clean at all times and the number of occupants must not exceed the number of beds provided for, or the number agreed to with the agent at the time of booking.
*Guests are requested not to smoke inside the premises.
*Guests are requested not to wear outside footwear inside and to wash off as much sand as possible before entering(We have provided a hose with a shower adapter next to the garage door)
*Cooking & cleaning of fish and crabs must be done outside on the bbq(bbq has a gas ring cooker)
