The SpaceOur fully finished garden level suite is your living space that includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchenette, dining table and lounge: Relax in one of two reclining loveseats in front of the large screen TV, ideal for watching DVD's or DISH satellite television after a fun day of exploring Northern Colorado and Old Town.
Two bedrooms with a queen bed in each ideally accommodates 1-2 guests or up to two couples. All in your party share the bathroom which offers shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer. All are bright, cheerful, clean, quiet and comfortable.
Your kitchette's mini fridge/freezer is stocked with fresh eggs (when available) from the farm. Cold cereal, granola, bagels or english muffins, jam, butter, honey, coffee, teas and creamer are also provided for your self-serve continental breakfast. We can easily accommodate vegan and gluten free diets -- let us know prior to your arrival. Coffee pot, electric tea kettle, oversized toaster oven, induction hot plate with cookware, crockpot and all dishes/ utensils are provided for you. Guest AccessOur Garden level Suite's entrance is from the back patio/ salon door. Teresa has a very part-time private hair studio on site & works 10am to 3 pm on Tuesday's & Wednesday's and 10 til noon Thursday's. Salon clients will need occasional access to the suite's bathroom within those times--they are very courteous, respectful and clean and we appreciate our guests to show the same consideration.
The kitchenette is just outside your room equipped with an induction hot plate, microwave, large toaster oven, mini-fridge/freezer, crockpot, hot water kettle with teas and ground coffee with a drip coffee pot. We honor your privacy and interact depending on whatever is most comfortable for you. The NeighborhoodWe are a short 10 minute drive (5 miles) north from the heart of Fort Collins' thriving Old Town Square with its museums, countless independent restaurants, bars, shopping, art galleries & microbreweries...just park in Old Town and it's all right there for you.
Then drive back to our farm where you have the feel of being in a country setting yet so convenient to shopping & dining in Old Town, seasonal whitewater rafting in the Poudre River Canyon, hiking & biking trails in the foothills, boating, kayaking and SUP (stand up paddle boards) on Horsetooth Reservoir & only 5 minutes to I-25.
