The SpaceOur home has a very nice and open floor plan with plenty of large windows that flood the house with natural light. There is greenery to be seen from all of our windows - truly picturesque. There are also two bodies of water very close by (a small 10-acre lake and Allen's Creek) which make this area optimal for viewing unique birds and wildlife. Guest AccessGuests will have access to the entire home. We have recently installed a keyless entry system for the front door so you have the ability to come and go as you please without the need of a key. Personalized code will be provided prior to your arrival. Interaction with GuestsOur caretaker will make sure our home is prepared for you as we are not on-site. As our reviews show, we are always easily reachable via Airbnb as we check our emails and the website frequently. To make it easier for you, we have a keyless entry so you don't have to worry about coordinating key handoffs. The NeighborhoodThe neighborhood is a beautiful and peaceful area that is perfect for walking, biking, skating/etc. It is in a great location within Pinellas County and is close to everything you could imagine (shopping, beaches, theme parks, airports) -- very convenient. Getting AroundThere is more than sufficient parking space at our home but to get around comfortably you will need a car rental for your stay. We live less than a mile away to a supermarket and access to all other conveniences is within 10-15 minutes. Other Things to NoteThere is a creek nearby that is wonderful to go kayaking on. There is a company close to our home that rents kayaks and we will be happy to supply this information to you to maximize your stay in our home! There is also a store nearby that allows you to rent bicycles. There is the well-known Pinellas Trail that goes from St. Petersburg all the way to Dunedin and the access is somewhat close to our home as well. Close by beaches: 1. Clearwater Beach 2. Indian Rocks Beach 3. Anna Maria Island (approximately 1.5 hours away, but well worth the visit!) Theme parks that are close by: 1. Busch Gardens (in Tampa) 2. Walt Disney World Parks (approximately 1.5 hours away) Shopping Malls: 1. International Plaza Mall (2223 N Westshore Blvd, Tampa, FL 33607) 2. The SpaceEnjoy 400 square feet of privacy in a quiet and residential neighborhood. We are in a dead end street, so we have limited traffic: You can sleep late in the morning! You will have access to the suite from the side gate of the property. The suite has 2 rooms with high ceilings!. The comfortable bedroom includes a king size bed, a dresser, a DVD player, a big walk in closet and a desk. A twin raised air mattress is available upon request for $20 for a third personne to sleep comfortably. A fan has been added for the bedroom if you need it. Linen and towels are provided. The private bathroom is next to the room and offers a large shower and a hair dryer is available. Adjacent to the bedroom is the living /dining room with windows overlooking Allen Creek. This large space is equipped with a big fridge, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. All the dishes are provided. There is also a gas BBQ grill outside with all the grilling accesssoiries that you would need. You can take your meals inside or around the pool! The pool and sitting area are shared with me and my other 2 guests from the house. The pool is not heated. Guest AccessMy guests have access to the pool, outside dining and sitting areas, free Wi-Fi, free Parking in the street. You will feel like home away from home! I have everything you need for a comfortable, fun and relaxing stay. I will be glad to provide beach towels, umbrella and chairs. Interaction with GuestsAs host I will make myself available as needed. I live in the main house but I won’t be in your way. We will share the pool and garden area. During the week days, I am in and out the house. You will enjoy total privacy during your stay! Close to Indian Rocks Beach, Clearwater Beach (Winter the dolphin), St Petersburg, Tampa, Bush Gardens, Tampa Aquarium , close to different shopping malls…The residential neighborhood is quiet, safe and ideal for walks in the nearby park. Tampa International Airport is under 25 minutes away Getting AroundWe have public transportation but I recommend the use of a car. If you have bikes, I can provide storage during your stay! The SpaceThis family house is elegant and spacious. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. It is ideal for a relaxing stay! The room includes a queen size bed, a dresser, a large closet and a desk. The bathroom is adjacent to the room and for your use only. There is a bathtub/shower and a hair dryer. Shampoo and body wash are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook your meals and you will have space in the pantry and the fridge to store your food. You can take your meals in or outside around the pool. You can also use the gas grill if you wish. The pool (Not heated) and garden are shared area with 2 other guests from the guest suite and myself. Guest AccessMy guests have access to the entire living space except my bedroom and my study. The WIFI is included and parking is free in the street in front of the house. The guest house on the side of the main house is occupied, so it is off limits. Interaction with GuestsI make myself available at the request of my guests. I can provide feedback on restaurants and attractions. I live in the house but I won't be in your way! You will feel at home away from home. The NeighborhoodIt is very quiet but close to everything at the same time. We are located in a dead end street so the traffic is limited. It is perfect for long walk or ride in the nearby park.This beautiful, cozy bedroom is centrally located to all attractions in Pinellas and Hillsborough County. Getting AroundComing from the Airport (25 min away), you can use the shuttle. After that, I recommend the use of a rental car. Many of my guests have used Uber. The SpaceFull kitchen, large living room, beautiful bathroom with tub, bedroom with walk-in closet, and new queen sized bed. Large private deck leading to yard with fruit trees, private access to swimming pool and ping pong table in rec. room. Clearwater Beach is 3 miles away, bus 2 blocks, a large mall is close, Tampa Air Port is 50 minutes, Clearwater St Pet Air port is 20 minutes away a car is necessary, (you have your own parking site). Help with whatever is needed. You have a real bed, your own entry, and it is safe, & quiet. Clearwater Beach is 3 miles away (west) Busch Gardens 5 miles (east), Clearwater Mall is a very short drive away, restaurants all over the place. You will want to visit Tarpon Springs as well. So much to see, so little time! Guest AccessDirect access to parking, pool, deck and backyard. All the fruit you can eat when in season! Oranges, grapefruit, avocado and banana. This is a quiet street with high quality homes, (very safe) Interaction with GuestsIt's all up to you! I will be always available, however I also respect your privacy. I've always enjoyed quality time with my sociable guests however I also do not mind respecting your peace and quiet. The NeighborhoodUpscale and quiet neighborhood in Clearwater. You'll love to go for a walk and enjoy the scenery. Major grocery stores and all of your shopping needs a short distance away. Getting AroundYou would highly benefit from a car, however there are groomed sidewalks and local public transportation available to you. Other Things to NoteDon't forget your bathing suit and suntan lotion! There is central heat and air conditioning.

The SpaceThere are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has two twin-size beds. Each bedroom has a closet with hangers. There is another full bathroom. The NeighborhoodThe house is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Full ceramic floors. Washer and dryer. Full kitchen: conventional oven, microwave, toaster , cutlery and dinnerware. Well kept backyard with a pond and an inviting patio. Getting AroundThere are convenient stores and a restaurant at a walking distance. A new recreation center and a park with a great pond 10 minutes driving from our place. Other Things to NoteThe house does not have a garage, but there is enough space for parking up to two cars in the driveway. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.
