The SpaceThis is a spacious one bedroom apartment located on the outskirts of Larnaca ideal for a couple or a single traveler. The place is located on top of Oroklini Hills area, in a quite and peaceful neighborhood and it benefits from a XXL balcony overlooking the communal pool area and the village itself. There is plenty of space and storage within the property which makes it ideal for both weekend runaway or long holiday rental. You will always find the fridge full of refreshing drinks, fruits and bottle of wine waiting for you upon arrival. The flat is also stocked with all kind of toiletries that you might need during your stay ( clean bed sheets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, cotton patches and a first aid kid if needed). Larnaca International Airport it's located within less than 15 minutes car drive and Larnaca City Center within 10. There is a big variety of traditional taverns, small local pubs and coffee shops just a minute away by feet. Grocery store that opens even on Sundays and a 24 hours kiosk are also within close proximity to the apartment as well. There are several deserted chapels in the area next to the mountainside. Oroklini is the site of protected shallow salt water lakes which are home to a variety of bird species including pink flamingos. "The Tourist Area" is a traditional name for an area of hotels and beach, northeast of the Voroklini fire station. It is a quite and peaceful neighborhood where you can enjoy a perfect and relaxing vacation. The SpaceOur apartment is ideal for a short relaxing break, a long holiday or for a long term stay. It is on the ground floor and boasts a corner position with a large dual aspect garden. The apartment is fully equipped included a washer/dryer. It has a flat screen television with satellite service, all linen provided and the use of a beautiful communal swimming pool with cascade water feature. The complex is security gated and we have private parking. The village of Pyla is tranquil yet a 15 minute drive from Larnaca airport and a few minutes to the beach. Once guests have confirmed booking, we will provide them with key codes for entering the secure complex and apartment. As and when needed. The peaceful and tranquil location of this beautiful traditional Cypriot village close to the beach. There is a good level of public transport but a car is highly recommended. Guest AccessGuests will have access to the communal pool and gardens along with the use of our very own private South and West facing gardens. Guest AccessThe house is 50 meters from the water. You do not have to cross a road to get to it. There are 3 hotels at 500m at the right of the house with beach cocktail bars, water sports and swimming pools with water slides and many other amenities. Restaurants and other facilities all in walking distance on the street behind the house. Cyprus Tourism Organisation (CTO) has one of their facilities established 200m to the left of the house on the beach front. It includes a restaurant, ice-cream bar, 5 Beach-Volley courts Soccer court, Racket courts and beach beds and umbrellas. For the Lidl, Carrefour and Prinox grocery stores you can use the bus lines 424 & 425, and the bus stop is located right outside the apartment. Busses run every 30 minutes and and cost is €1.50. You can also go to the center of Larnaca and to Protaras, Ayia Napa from there.

The SpaceTerraced house situated off the main coastal Larnaca Dekelia Road, on the seashore side. The beach is ten metres away from the veranda (see air view photo). Contains kitchen and lounge on the ground floor, two bedrooms and shower/toilet on first floor and a large attic on top floor. It is fully furnished and partly air conditioned. Within walking distance is the Lenios Hotel, the Crown Resorts Henipa Hotel, Galu Resorts, Blue Wave Restaurant and grocery shops. Supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and night clubs are approx 5 minutes walk from the house. Larnaca town is only 10 minutes drive. There is a bus service to Larnaca, or you can use a taxi. The bus stop, either way, is about 2 minutes walk. Larnaca is centrally located on the island's south coast, offering very easy access to the other towns. With its beautiful climate and kilometres of sandy beaches, it is very popular tourist resort and an ideal base from which to explore the rest of Cyprus. Nicosia, the capital of Cyprus, is only 35 minutes drive, while Limassol or Troodos mountain is an hour's drive. Driving instructions from Larnaca Airport to the house will be sent to you before your arrival. There is also a bus route from the airport to the house (bus no. 425). Ten clean towels and 2 sets of clean linen are provided. A washing machine is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped. Fridge, electric oven and cooker, microwave, toaster and electric kettle, cutlery and crockery, pans etc. Please note that the electricity cost on weekly and monthly rates is charged extra from the mentioned rate. The place is one of the very few houses which is right on the beach. The sea is very safe even for young children. It is also adjacent to the busy coastal road. Guest AccessUsually I am next door in which case I will provide the key. If arrival is at night time, the key will be in the electricity metres box, to the left of the main entrance. Please be careful when opening the door as the key is very near the aluminium and you may hurt your fingers. Interaction with GuestsWe spend most weekends in Larnaca so interaction with the guest is as often as they want. Guests may telephone any time they wish. My telephone number is in a convenient place in the house. The NeighborhoodCurrently there are 3 out of 6 houses of the block, occupied throughout the year. These families are very friendly. Within walking distance there is a local restaurant. Getting AroundA bakery and a supermarket are approx 1.5 km away. From the house, turn left towards Larnaca; turn right at the traffic lights and follow the road. At the T junction turn left. Approx 200 metres away is Zorba's bakery. Next to that is a local supermarket.

The kitchen is again modern, equipped with everything one needs to cook up a feast, including a large fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, and all cooking utensils. The charming dining table can easily seat four. The bedroom consists of a new King size bed with all linen and sheets provided. There are fitted wardrobes, giving ample storage space. The luxury bathroom has a shower over the bath. The NeighborhoodThe resort is located in the Larnaca District of Cyprus, and is situated in an incredibly safe buffer zone between Northern and Southern Cyprus. Pyla Gardens is one of three developments located in Pyla, and is the newest development in the region. The entire complex is built around an attractive feature pool. Our apartment is located on the first floor (lift access available), and features a large balcony overlooking the pool. The property is only a five minute drive (3km) from the nearest sandy Blue Flag CTO beach, and ten minutes from the busy town of Larnaca with its many beaches, restaurants, bars and shops. Free toiletries are included. Guest AccessThe property is situated within a 2-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. Larnaca Airport is 15 km away while Finikoudes centre and Makenzie Beach are less than 8 km away. Ayia Napa is at 35 km away. Free private parking is possible on site. Interaction with GuestsMy parents live in the adjacent apartment and will be more than willing to assist you with anything you may need. I am also visiting Oroklini quite often, especially during the summer and I can always be reached on my mobile. The NeighborhoodAll the tourist amenities are within walking distance. Location is perfect for cycling , walking by the sea on the pedestrian path. Getting AroundThe bus stop is just 2 min away on foot. Other Things to Note2 brand new air-condition units were installed in July 2014 as well as free WiFi for our guests! New TV set bought in June 2016. Please note that 20 KW (per week) of electricity are included in the rate. Further consumption is upon charge and paid locally at 20 cents per KW used.

    The SpaceMagda Residence is a semi-detached 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house located in a residential neighborhood about 700 meters from the beach. A car is not needed for holidays here as it is just 15 minutes drive from the Larnaca Airport, the nearest beach (at Palm Beach Hotel) is just a 5-10 minute walk away. There is a bus line along the Larnaca-Dhekelia road that connects the Residence with Larnaca town, just 10 minutes away via bus. The accommodation itself is not luxurious, but has all amenities you will expect: 2 double and 2 single beds, 3 bathrooms (2 with shower and 1 with a bath tub), 40 inch flat screen TV, Russian and European TV channels, wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped for a family of 6, and has microwave, washing machine, hair dryer, kettle and many more appliances. There is a big veranda in the front of the house and a bigger one in the back, and it is possible to have a dinner outside under the summer starlight. Whereas the accommodation is not fancy, it is clean, with big spaces, and very comfortable, at surprisingly low prices! Even more, for stays of 4 weeks or more, discounts will be offered. It is surrounded by many different BEACHES. It is only 3 minutes walk from the closest beach - that is quiet pebble beach. A bit further, only 15 minutes walk, you will find the best beach in the whole of Larnaca, the Cyprus Tourism Organisation Beach (CTO Beach). This is a nice long GOLDEN SANDY BEACH that everyone loves - you can search online to see pictures. Only about 10 minute walk from the apartment you will find the 3 main HOTELS of the Dhekelia area. These have a nice sandy beach too that you can use for free, but more importantly if you are coming in the winter period, they also have indoor pools and spas (use on payment of course). This is the 5-star Golden Bay Beach Hotel and the 4-star Sandy Beach Hotel. Close to the apartment there is a BOWLING ALLEY which is always very pleasant for kids. Also around the area, and exactly next to the apartment, there is a small open-air playground that one can go with their kids to play. There are swings and other toys there. Activities for the kids, also exist in the hotels for winter months. In the summer there are many more outdoor sea activities for children. Around the apartment you will also find many RESTAURANTS. Particularly just 1 minute walk away you will find a local favourite Cypriot restaurant, Lysia Tavern. The food there is amazing! Next to it there is a Mediterranean fish restaurant and a steak house. You will find even more restaurants just a bit further away. Getting AroundThere is direct bus (every 25 minutes) to the city centre and also bus going to the tourist area of Ayia Napa and Protaras. We will provide you with a number of a local taxi that you can use at any time. For families, we advise renting a car that you can use to drive around Cyprus. We can arrange for the delivery of a rental car at the airport if you need to.

There is a dining table for six. The laundry room provides a washing machine and clothes hanger for drying. There is a bathroom available on this level. The three bedrooms are located on the upper level, and can sleep a total of 6. The master bedroom offers a double bed (160 x 200cm), and is ensuite with a bathroom offering a shower. There is another large bedroom offering a double bed, and one other bedroom offering two single beds. All bedrooms have high quality mattresses and plenty of storage space. Bath towels and bed linen are provided. There is also another bathroom with a bathtub on this level. All rooms in the house are equipped with air-condition units. From the village you can enjoy lovely views of the area and the sea at the distance, as it is uphill. For fun lively evenings there are plenty of bars on the tourist strip by the beach. You will find almost everything you need within a short distance, including shops, supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, car rental shop, two 24hr bakeries etc. Getting AroundLarnaca International Airport is within less than 15 minutes car drive from the villa and Larnaca City Center within 10. With a supermarket just a seconds away you really don't need anything more to give you a complete holiday. Getting AroundJust opposite the apartment complex is a bus stop. There is a bus every 30 minutes. For private transfers please let us know and we can arrange this for you. We work with a company who has great prices. Other Things to NoteWe can arrange transfers for you so you don't have to stress about how you will be getting to the apartment. For one to two persons we can pick you up from the airport. We charge 20 euros during the day and 27 euros if the pick up from airport is between 2300 hours 0800. There is also a bus which you can take directly from airport to apartment. The choice is yours. There are several deserted chapels in the area next to the mountainside. There are a variety of good restaurants in Oroklini to choose from & a variety of shops for all your needs. There are buses to Orkilini from Larnaca, I am not sure of the time they stop running.
