The Crown Casino is only 5 minutes away. Getting AroundThere is a bus next to our property that goes to the city every twenty minutes which takes around 15 minutes. The SpaceStraw bale home part of unique small scale sustainable project. We are only 5km from the Perth city center. With the Victoria Park train station at your doorstep it is easy to get around: to the city, Fremantle or the beach. The river is close by and great for walking, cycling, or a leisurely picnic or BBQ. If you don't feel like cooking, the Albany Hwy with its large variety of cafes and restaurants is within walking distance. The house consists of open plan living area. Upstairs is the master bedroom plus additional living/work area. Second bedroom is in the large attic space and accessible via a pull down ladder.     The SpaceFantastic space for families or groups. The property is an original 3 bedroom 1950's house with 2 huge bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. Reverse cycle Air-conditioning (cool and heat). Parking for 2 cars available on the property. Close to City Lathlain is a low density suburb very close to the center of Perth. It is an older area that has a mix of original houses and newer properties. the streets are lined with trees. The house is original 1950's double brick house typical of the area, the original leadlight windows are a feature along with the Art Deco inspired styling. Inside, there's lots of space, 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are huge. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, Second Bedroom has a double bed (and baby cot) and Third Bedroom has 2 x single beds. Lovely original hardwood floors. The house is set up to very comfortably sleep 6 people. For last minute bookings (within 2 weeks of stay date) we may be flexible on the minimum stay - send us a message to check. All beds have good quality bright new linen, warm fluffy towels supplied. Original 50's kitchen, minus the wood fired cooker. Fully equipped with gas cooker, pots/pans, crockery, large fridge etc Separate Lounge with comfy couches and TV. ADSL2/Wifi included Reverse Cycle Air conditioning provides cooling and heating to living area and 2 larger bedrooms. I also like Rivervale because it is a very clean suburb and quite safe. 20 meters from our front door is Pertica Thai Restaurant which serves the best authentic Thai food. Getting AroundWe have Trans Perth Buses stopping 20 meters from our door and you can catch the train 1kl down Great Eastern Hwy To get to our property it is a 10 minute taxi ride or a 15 minute bus ride from the City or the airport.
