Expect a relaxing stay with great food and friendly staff. There is no smoking indoors, but you are welcome to use any outdoor area for that purpose. Guest AccessYou'll have access to living room, dining room, indoor & outdoor kitchen as well as outdoor areas, including outside shower (to rinse off sand when coming back from the beach). Interaction with GuestsI am always willing to offer recommendations and support. If for any reason I am not present at the time of your trip, I will always leave a number for you to reach me in case you need some assistance, just let the staff know and they'll hand you the phone. The NeighborhoodAs this is a small fishing town, the pace of life is very slow. There is never a rush and happy friendly people all around. Depending on the time of year you come, especially around Easter, you'll find makeshift restaurants on the beach(literally on the sand) with mostly seafood caught that very same day. Or you can go the kiosk, where they usually have typical Mexican snacks, mostly fried and delicious. This town is on the only Blue Flag beach on the Gulf Coast, an award given beacause of the initiative an efforts of "The Yepez Turtle Foundation" to rescue sea turtles for over 50 years. There is much to do around here, from the beach or turtle camp just a few minutes away, to locations 2 hours away like surfing the rapids, visiting the Port( biggest city in Veracruz) or exploring "El Tajin ruins. This will definitely become a memorable trip. Getting AroundYou can pretty much walk anywhere in town, as the house is located on the main street. Depending on your vacation plans, we can help you plan your excursions or find you a trustworthy taxi to drive you around all day. Other Things to NoteWe usually keep things simple for breakfast , but if you have any special needs, or are traveling with kids, we will need a list of foods you'd be comfortable with so we can try to accommodate as much as possible.
