There are 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 4 air conditions. There are microwave, dish washer and washing machine, WI-FI, too balconies. There is a big swimming pool in the complex. The location is really comfortable - in 100 meters from the sea, not far from the Hotel Crown Plaza. The eucalyptus grove is located on the sea coast and it is very good for running and walking even during the hot weather. Very comfortable transport scheme, lots of restaurants, cafe and big supermarkets (Debenhams, Alfamega) will make your holiday nice and relaxing. There are 2 bedrooms (one of them has a fantastic sea view) with laminate floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds inside. The bathroom has a full bath. The solar heating system is installed. The proeprty is very bright and full of light. The air-condition units are put everywhere. The property is modern, has expensive solid furniture and renovated according to the high standards. The wi-fi speedy internet is available for free for the guests. The satellite with European and International channels is also installed. There is a private uncovered parking belonging to the flat. Baby's cot and baby's chair are available upon request. The house is located in a central area of Limassol 15 minutes walk to the seafront and the old town. It is a small street with residences only.The house is on 3 semi levels. The tenant(s) will have the use of a private bathroom with toilet (which are not ensuite) and private sitting room if they do not wish to interact with the owner. Otherwise the tennant is wellcome to use all spaces of the house. The house has a spacious sauna, some gym equipment, and a swimming pool in the garden which is reachable from the 2nd living room (the swimming pool is covered, and heated in spring and autumn time. It can be used in winter as well as it is enclosed with glass doors). The sauna, swimming pool and gym equipment are used free of charge. The house is furnished in a contemporary style. It has two sitting rooms hence if the tenant wish privacy can have it. The house is centrally heated but also has a fire place which is burning in winter evenings. The room is centrally heated it has a double bed 2 x 1.80 mtrs and also has an a/c. There is a roof/terrace garden with furniture. On the ground floor there is a yard with furnishings and barbeque. Also there is a covered patio with an outside heater which is ideal for use round the year. The house is a non smoking house but the covered patio with the heater is available for someone if wishes to smoke. The owner leaves in the House , is an animal lover and has three cats that come inside the house but not in the bedrooms. Breakfast is included free of charge. Other meals can be arranged on request on small extra cost. Check in/check out are flexible to meet the tenant's flights times.     The Spacea beautifully 3 bedroom renovated old house, in the heart of the old town, near the medieval Castle, close to cafes, bars and restaurants with all modern amenities, free wi-fi, sat tv, fully equipped kitchen etc Located in the very heart of old Limassol, at the same time quiet surroundings, except weekends, when the whole of old town center is full of fun and nightlife and can get noisy during late hours. And of course i must mention the church bells, which ring every Sunday morning! The medieval castle is 200 meters away, lots of small cafes and bars, restaurants and famous Saripolou clubs walking distance. The newly built Limassol Marina and the new Limassol seaside park is walking distance too. Some of the nicest city beaches are walking distance. Shops and other facilities are nearby. Bus stop a few meters away. The central bus terminal is a few minutes away, so you get to many inexpensive routes to the mountains or other sites all around Cyprus.
