The SpaceA private and spacious studio perfect for large groups. We have a spacious studio in the basement of our house with it's own full bathroom with tub and shower, and kitchen that is available for full use. It has 3 beds (2 full size, and 1 twin size.) A sofa bed is available if you have a bigger group. it has a private entrance at the rear of the house. We are located in a very safe neighborhood which happens to be home to a very large Orthodox Jewish community. We are also located a few minutes away from Lincolnwood Town Center mall, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, and Five guys. We have a bike, and jogging path that runs through Skokie, and Evanston along the Chicago river. Downtown can be accessed with a couple of bus and train transfers to either the brown or red line, and is about 45 minutes away. We are also near I-94, and about a 15 minute drive to Lake shore drive. There is plenty of street parking available. The bus from O'hare leaves you less then a block from our location, and we are about 5 miles east of the Touhy exit on I-94 Guest AccessThe entire studio apartment is yours to use. Feel free to use the kitchen to cook your meals. Interaction with GuestsWe will be home, but will interact as little as possible The NeighborhoodVery safe and quiet neighborhood just a few blocks to a shopping mall restaurants. It is also located near little India. Getting AroundBus from O'hare leaves you less then a block from our location, and we are about 5 miles east of the Touhy exit on I-94

The SpaceThis is a three-bedroom house on a tree-lined street in Lincolnwood, IL, about four blocks from the Chicago city limits (on the northwest side of the city). The house features a shady, private, landscaped back yard with a new grill, recent paint in many of the rooms, sleeping for six (a queen bed, a full bed, and a trundle bed), and a great family room, with a massive fireplace, large windows, and wood paneling all around. It's like a taste of the country with the city right down the street. Near shopping and restaurants, the street is quiet and peaceful. Beautiful parks are within walking distance and hot Chicago neighborhoods like Lincoln Square and Andersonville are a 15-minute ride away. The NeighborhoodLincolnwood is a quiet village with tree-lined streets. There are two parks within walking distance of the house, Wrigley Field is about 9 miles away, and downtown Chicago is about 12 miles away.

The SpaceSo much space, guaranteed the most comfortable place you will stay. Guest AccessEverything on first including living room, dining room, bath room and kitchen.entire second floor including 3 bedrooms and a full bath room is accessible. Basement is blocked, has a separate entrance from back yard and is not included. Interaction with GuestsWe can provide rides to the train, as well as tips for how to get around and what to see. We've lived here for 40 years! The NeighborhoodThis space is the best of the city and suburbs in one. We are close to so many restaurants and shopping, while also being very close to yellow line L train and public buses. 90/94 is literally steps away Getting AroundIt is close to train. Private transportation and tour guide is available upon request. Other Things to NoteWe actually live right next door, so if you need any immediate assistance we are easily accessible. The backyard is connected to our yard so grill is shared .

The SpaceLocated in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, the basement apartment is well lit and comfortable. There are two bedrooms with two double beds in each. If you make a booking for 2 guests, I will assume that you are only using one bedroom unless you tell me otherwise. If you need both bedrooms for a 2 person reservation you must tell me beforehand so that I can prepare both rooms. We can set up an Air Mattress and/or a Pack in Play for babies or toddlers in any of the rooms. There is FAST WIFI! Basic kitchen utensils and plastic-ware are provided. Kitchen consists of fridge/freezer in living room and electric oven, microwave oven, stove, coffee maker and sink in laundry area. It is basic but fully functional. Guest AccessSeparate side entrance to the apartment provides privacy and comfort. Washer Dryer is shared by us and someone may come down between 12pm and 5pm to use it. Otherwise the entire apartment is exclusively for guests. Interaction with GuestsI'd be happy to share with you any information you need. I would be happy to tell you about my favorite places to hang out, tour and eat. The NeighborhoodGreat park just one block away. The apartment is located in Peterson Park area of the city, known as a quiet and very safe neighborhood. The Lincoln Cafe close by and provides delicious kosher breakfast choices to go. Getting AroundThis apartment is ideal for people with cars but can also be used without one. Plenty of free parking available in front of the house and right nearby. Close to mass transit. You can get to most places in the city in around an hour via public transportation. The closest cta train stop is accessible by a 8 minute walk followed by a 7 minute bus ride. We are just 20 to 25 minutes by car from O'Hare airport and by Uber it can be 16 to 24 dollars. Other Things to NoteI have young children who have started waking up at 6AM :( They sometimes go to our main floor and run around, despite my best efforts. If you are a light sleeper, this may wake you up.
