All of our furnishings will be available for your use.
All the cooking items will remain in the kitchen for your use. Anything at the house you are welcome to use; please replace items to their original position when you leave. Interaction with GuestsOur local family will help with check in/check out, as well as answer any questions you may have about the house or area. The NeighborhoodThe neighborhood is great. Since the home is in a cul-de-sac and on the edge of town, it is quiet with not much car traffic. If you have a family, there are quite a few kids in the neighborhood.
There is backyard access to the Bonneville Shoreline trail if you hike, but if you prefer to bike, you can drive North one street over where there is a parking lot at the entrance of Dry Canyon where you access the trail.
There are plenty of grocery stores, shops, and restaurants a minimum of 2 miles from the house. Getting AroundHaving a car is essential for this area. Orem doesn't have the best transportation system, but there is a bus stop about 1 mile away that can be the beginning point to get to Provo or Salt Lake. Other Things to NotePlease note that there are a lot of stairs, but that is the trade off for the great views through the windows. From the house photo, you will see all the stairs you must climb to the front door; but if you park in the garage, there are four steps from the garage to the basement level of the house, then a stairway of 16 steps to the main level.
