Includes separate entrance for maximum privacy. Suite fits 2 people comfortably, while futon could potentially accommodate 2 more guests. Built in 2010, this suite is very spacious and includes one bedroom, one living room and full bathroom. Features include hardwood floors, plenty of natural light and storage space. Our home is located conveniently on an acre just a mile from the quaint Historic Downtown Apex, which is full of local restaurants and eateries, boutiques, gift shops and more. But we're also just minutes from several major highways (HW55, HW(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)), malls (Cary Towne Center, Streets of Southpointe) and RDU International airport, with a large shopping area just five minutes away (which includes Super Target, Lowes, Kohls, TJ Maxx, Kirklands, Home Goods, a multi-screen movie theater, chain restaurants and more). For those in town for business, our home provides easy access to both Research Triangle Park (RTP) and Regency Park in Cary. The kitchen does not have a dishwasher or garbage disposer, but is fully stocked with everything you might need to cook and entertain. Our home is on a main two lane road which leads straight into historic downtown Apex. We are in the process of continuing to update this home and add additional details. Currently, the entire home has been updated and remodeled except for bathroom. However, it is clean and fully functional. We do not live in this house, so guests will have the full home to themselves, except for an attached locked owner's storage room (with its own outside entrance). Guests are welcome to enjoy the full outdoor property, including helping themselves to the fresh raspberries, grapes or apples, when in season. We will sometimes be at the property to work in the separate building or to pick up or drop off items from the storage room. This should not disturb our guests at all, and we will not be entering our guest's living space. We can notify guests when we may be on the property, if requested. For guests staying longer than seven nights, we can arrange use of the washer and dryer that are in the owner's storage area for a small additional fee.

The NeighborhoodOur place is situated in a nice and safe neighborhood consist of 100 homes or so, very quiet and our city of Cary took the spot as number 1 crime free in the nation year 2013....and voted several times as one of the best place to live in the nation. Walking trail ( see the pictures) a 14 miles stretch that you will also enjoy running and or biking and the Cary Soccer Field near by and its just walking distance within our neighborhood. Grocery stores, Pharmacy, Restaurants are walk able within approx 2 1/2 miles. Getting AroundCary Trans 3.00 per person must call ahead to reserve and will pick door to door. and the hours of operations are from 6 am to 8 pm Monday through Saturday.w/in the Cary area only. Uber, Lyft, are apps away ,taxi are just a call away and car rental will be preferred if you stay longer Enterprise Rent a car is nearby approximately 7 minutes away from our place. but must reserve on line to get a better rate or else if you walk- in the rate would be regular . Extremely private room and private bath, the only bedroom on the first level of the house. While the location is convenient, public transportation is not so a car is needed (or you can use Uber).
