Enjoy playing games on the lawn, sit in the swing overlooking the river with a cool drink, or play and relax at the river's edge on the granite rocks. Bring your fishing gear because there are bass, trout and catfish to catch! The rock shelf makes it safe and nice for families with small children to play. The river is deeper in the center and can be kayaked.

All events are within walking distance, too. Be sure to walk across the beautiful bridge that spans the Llano river. Bring your bikes and ride all over town. Some may hunt and some may play! Golf on the 18 hole course that is on the river! Guest AccessGuests will have access to the river, the huge backyard, the entire house and grill outdoors.
Large flat screen TV and blue ray DVD. Interaction with GuestsWe are a busy, retired couple who not only own this rental property but also a beachfront condo in Port Aransas. I am very accessible and easy to reach. The NeighborhoodWe bought our 1930's home in the heart of Llano because we love the small town atmosphere and the close proximity to downtown. Of course, one of the main reasons we bought our home is because it located right on the Llano River. You can walk out the back door and down to the river. Getting AroundThe easiest way to get around Llano is by car, by bike, or walking. It is a small town with so much to see and do. It is easy to move about whatever your mode of transportation is. You can also float down the river & kayak. Other Things to NoteInternet access just a short walk to Fuel - local coffee shop
