The SpaceThis is one bedroom - If you need the whole flat, please visit my other listing (and see the reviews!): https://www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/1242035 Key features: • Large bedroom with nice view • Private toilet • Cosy and modern kitchen with balcony • Great location and transport links - THE FLAT The flat is split over two floors, so lots of privacy. The main bathroom is 'futuristic' with automatic lights (no switches!) and underfloor heating, with a smaller bathroom upstairs for the second bedroom. The living room/kitchen is modern but homely with a big table with benches, and most things you’d expect to find in a kitchen for cooking. The bedroom is quite big and the bed is very comfy! The flat is very safe - To enter the complex you go through a large door with a fob. Walk through the communal patio area, then go through a second door to enter the block. Finally go up the lift to the 5th floor to get into the flat. I think the pictures speak for themselves, but feel free to ask any questions :) - TRANSPORT Excellent links: 1-2 minutes walk to the nearest underground where there are trains to Kings Cross (15 minutes) Victoria (25 minutes), and a 1 minute walk to buses to Shoreditch (5 minutes) Dalston (5 minutes) and Liverpool Street (10 minutes). - THE AREA I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else in London! It's in the heart of 'trendy London' between Shoreditch and Dalston, so there's plenty of great bars, restaurants and clubs nearby. It’s a 2 minute walk to the canal, which is nice to walk along. I’ve listed some things to do/eat/see below, but my top 3 are: - Colombia Road Flower Market (Sundays only) - Swim in an Olympic sized open-air swimming pool in London Fields pool - Have a coffee or a beer in Broadway Market: - LOCAL HANGOUTS within a 10 minute walk EATING - ‘Little Vietnam’ – There are around 10 Vietnamese restaurants cosied up to each other on the Kingsland Rd. My favourite is Song Que - Bistroteque – Really great Italian food - Mangal – Best Turkish food in London! - Towpath Cafe – situated right on the canal! - DRINKING - HER (Haggerston Expresso Room) - Local Artisan Coffee Shop with a very relaxing atmosphere - - The Haggerston – Great drinking and dancing spot open til 3am on weekends - The Fox – Perfect for a quiet pint with a range of speciality beers - The Scolt Head – Lively and trendy bar/pub with good English good too - SHOPPING Supermarkets: There is a small Tescos about 1 minute from the flat for products, or a large Sainsburys in Dalston - Spitalfields Market – Everything from arts and crafts to clothes and food - Brick Lane – Good shopping and Indian food - [get the train to Shoreditch high street for Brick Lane and Spitalfields] - THINGS TO DO - The Geffrye Museum - There are 2 small parks nearby that are perfect for a picnic! De Beauvoir Square is picturesque, and Stonebridge Gardens is just 2 minutes walking - Still in walking distance, but slightly further is famous London Fields and huge Victoria Park - This is just a selection of things to do and see. The SpaceOur apartment is part of the striking Queensbridge Quarter, a new development in Dalston/London Fields. It is spacious, bright and stylish with a fantastic large private garden. It is on a residential street. It is beautifully fitted and equipped with all mod cons and spotless. Quiet and secure. 10 minute walk to Broadway Market with all it's trendy pubs restaurants and shops. 5 minute walk to Dalston Junction connecting to tube. Very nearby popular gastro pubs. GUEST ROOM: The bedroom is bright and airy with a double sofa bed. APARTMENT: The apartment is exceptionally light and spotlessly clean. All appliances are top end brands. The neighbours are quiet and friendly. The living and dining areas benefit from two double french windows both leading on to the beautiful garden. At present there is 24 hour manned security. TRANSPORT: The transport links are excellent including direct links to the tube from the new Dalston Junction overground connecting itself directly to docklands or links to West End/City and beyond. LOCATION: There are several trendy gastro pubs within a 5 minute walk as well as the ever popular Broadway Market only a little further. Within one minute walk we have a leisure centre and there is of course the famous open air heated Lido in the lovely London Fields just along the road. Getting AroundThe house is located very close to the Haggerston overground station, a five mints walk, however is also well connected by buses,some will take you to Liverpool street station in 15mints..bus 242 takes you to Tottenham court road in aprox 35 mints..149 to London Bridge in 20 mints... Other Things to NoteWe are very close to the financial district and Shoreditch area, very famous for trendy bars and restaurant, Old street and London fields with Broadway market on saturday, Brick lane and Colombian flower market on Sundays!

The SpaceCozy sized bedroom in peaceful maisonette in the heart of Dalston, Hackney. The maisonette is generously sized and split over two levels - ground floor and 1st floor. There are three bedroom situated on the upper floor, as well as one bathroom. The downstairs space features a kitchen, toilet and living room with access to private outside space. The bedroom is fairly compact in size but offers a double mattress that comfortably sleeps two people. There'll also be a laptop available to guest to be used for web browsing, planning your moves across London or just to catch up on the latest on-demand TV online. During your stay myself or my sister Elena will be at hand to help you out with any questions regarding the flat, the area and can point you towards the best current exhibitions, markets and events. The kitchen is joined with the living room and offers cozy socialising over a tea. If you enjoy cooking, there's a well equipped kitchen at your disposal. The flat is excellently situated in a very peaceful council development, tucked in between lovely De Beauvoir Square and Islington to its West, and buzzing and trendy Dalston and London Fields (Hackney) to its East. The area offers various street markets (Broadway Market, Ridley Road, Kingsland Road), numerous pubs (Haggerston, Fox, Duke's Brew, Scolt's Head) and Coffee Shops. The Regent's Canal is just around the corner and takes you towards Victoria Park or Angel. Transport is convenient and offers various options: the East London line is minutes away (Haggerston Station or Dalston Junction), as well as the Overground at Dalston Kingsland. Numerous buses take you to Central London without interchange - the 149 and 242 stop is 2 minutes away from the flat. Parking is available on site. The SpaceSpecial family home. Georgian four bedroom house with fantastic modern kitchen extension and landscaped city garden. Guest AccessWe are at the end of a terrace of 4 Georgian town houses in a quiet residential road close to the park of London Fields and transport at Haggerston or Dalston Stations. Our home has a double living room Hallway and a modern kitchen dining extension backing into the garden. On the first floor we have our main bedroom with Kind size bed and ensuite shower room. Our large family bathroom, with bath and shower is on the first floor overlooking the garden. On the second floor are 3 further bedroom. One bedroom has 2 single beds which become a double if required. We have internet(Virgin Cable) and a tv with cd player and a stereo with record player. The garden has outside table a sun umbrella lighting and is a lovely space to spend time. There's also table tennis. Our local pool is a 5 minute walk(really it is) and is a 50m outdoor 'heated' pool open all year. Local restaurants and pubs all handy. Interaction with GuestsThis is our family home, we like to meet our guests and when we are away we will arrange for a local friend or our neighbours to take care of you and be available to offer assistance. The NeighborhoodLondon Fields and Dalston are probably London's most exciting neighbourhoods right now! Getting AroundLondon Overground at Haggerston & Dalston Central Good bus connections on Queensbridge Road and Kingsland Road. The Overground connects up with the Victoria line at Highbury & Islington.

Three bedrooms are at the guests' full disposal. The downstairs space features a kitchen, toilet and living room with access to private outside space. The large bedroom offers a massive king size bed, desk, chair and a generous walk-in wardrobe. The medium sized bedroom is rather spacious and has a double bed and space for clothes. Bedroom three offers a very comfy double bed and is more cozy in size. The kitchen is joined with the living room and offers a great space to cook with friends, have dinner with friends or just to hang out after a tough day around town. The kitchen is fully equipped for ambitious cooking sessions, in case you're in the mood for cooking. We provide the basics to get you started cooking: olive oil, salt & pepper, plenty of spices. In short, you'll enjoy cooking like it was your own apartment. Outside the living room there's a private garden that's great in summertime for meals. Even when it's chilly outside, the garden nevertheless is nice and leafy and perfect for some fresh air or alternatively, for a smoke or two. In the Living room there's a smart TV for guest use. With that you can watch all the BBC, Channel 4/5, Itv on demand content. It's not wired up to live TV, but the current programme choice is pretty ample. The SpaceLight and stylish double bedroom in a classical Victorian home that has been much photographed for books and magazines. Located only a few minutes from the lively social hub of Broadway Market and the open expanse of London Fields with busy cafes and artistic culture. The bedroom which has a view over the stunning garden is particularly quiet except for the noise of the occassional friendly fox. The room features a brand new, very comfortable mattress, light blocking blinds, and plenty of storage space. From time to time the entire house can be rented. Please enquire for dates / prices if you are interested in this. The property comprises of a large kitchen with breakfast table and French doors that open onto the garden; a double reception room perfect for lounging and reading the weekend papers; bathroom with roll top bath. Original, period, marble fireplaces, big sash windows, ceiling roses and cornicing, white painted floor boards throughout. Your hosts are a young couple both involved in the arts along with two friendly small dogs (made famous in various photographic publications - ask us their stories when you stay!). We love the area and will happily tell you about all of our favourite spots.

Situated in a quiet alley but close to all the action! A bespoke truck in the heart of Dalston! Heated and cosy in winter. The studio as well, kitchen, bathroom etc. You have the truck to yourselves, myself and occasional other guests stay in the main house. The truck has a roof garden that I water each day. Lots of artists live here, lots of nightlife, bars, cafe's and close to lots of markets. 5 minutes from Haggerston Station. 15 minutes to Oxford Circus Station right in the centre. Its a climb up into bed! There is a train track that runs the side of the road. It starts around 5am so can be noisy if that bothers you. Most people don't mind, its not constant. Dalston’s daily market, restaurants, night life, and cinema make it a must-see village, and the ‘Pho Mile’ along Kingsland Road has a fabulous variety of Vietnamese restaurants. Brick Lane, Broadway Market and Columbia Road flower market are all close by as well. Hoxton and its artistic scene – most notably the White Cube Gallery in Hoxton Square – is only two stops away on the overground line. If you fancy a stroll in some green space, London Fields and Hackney Downs are both nearby, and there are some lovely coffee shops alongside the Regent’s Canal which you can follow West to the culturally diverse borough of Islington. Long rental period of up to 4 months during the summer period only (June, July, August, September). The pricing is set to long-term therefore a low nightly price. This charming split level period conversion of 94 m2, situated in London Fields is suitable for a professional couple or corporate company, but it can sleep up to 4 people, whereof two persons sleep in the main bedroom facing the garden and one or two people sleep in a comfortable double bed solution in the living room on the second floor. This smart Italian bed construction is a bookshelf which turns on itself and becomes a double bed (Benzoni system). There is also an additional guest bathroom on the second floor. The maisonette has its own private entrance and is split over two floors is flooding with light, large windows, high ceilings and wooden floors throughout. The living room leads onto a great size kitchen complete with an island of storage and appliances and form an airy open space with windows facing all sides. The Times newspaper featured the Swedish designer and her tastefully decorated flat. From the lovely entrance hall to the spacious living room with its extendable dining table for up to 10 people, the flat is submerged with light. The private garden faces south. You access it via the French glass doors on the ground floor or via steps on the second floor. The main double bedroom on the ground floor faces the garden and so does the bathroom. The "second bedroom" serves as an office/study room and is situated on the ground floor with easy reach to the garden. It's possible to put a single folding bed in this room for a child. Private off-street parking is available outside the entrance. White fresh bed linen and bathroom towels are supplied. LOCATION Next door to London Fields Park, an Olympic sized heated outdoor swimming pool is available days and evenings to the public all year round. It's close to Kingsland Road and Shoreditch High Street with its many shops, restaurants and bars. On Saturdays, around the corner, Broadway Market with all its stalls is a great meeting place. On Sundays, a visit to Colombia Flower Market is not to be missed! Overground station LONDON FIELDS. Walk through the top of London Fields park and you find the train station east of it. Within 5 mins you are in Liverpool street station, 3 mins to Bethnal Green road station. From any of these you get onto the underground system. Quick and efficient.
