Layout: A corner condo unit located on the bottom floor of a secure building. Full kitchen and living room privileges. MUST LOVE CATS! They rule, but aren't allowed in the bedrooms, so doors are closed at all times. Room/Bed(s): Private room faces the interior of the building and has its own bathroom. The bed is queen size and accommodates two people comfortably. Mattress is in great condition and there's a 1" memory foam topper for more comfort. The room is decorated with photos of iconic jazz musicians and has its own private bathroom. Did I mention the bathroom? Parking: Parking is a musical chairs act in Long Beach! Sorry, we cannot guarantee a spot, but will accommodate if we can. Transportation from LAX, SNA or LBG can be negotiated. Neighborhood: Walking distance to parks, beaches, yoga on the bluff, the metro. Locals LOVE Long Beach and you will too! Great restaurants, great neighbors.             This is a beautiful completely remodeled bungalow style house with all the amenities. It is perfect for the family or a couple's get-away or even for the business traveler that enjoys a home environment vs a cold hotel room. The furniture in the home adds a nice warmth in a contemporary beachy style. Light the fireplace, open a bottle of wine and relax or go on a bike ride and explore all the wonderful shops, restaurants and many attractions the area has to offer. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, the kitchen is fully equipped with eating utensils, plates, cups, cooking pans, mixers, a stove, oven, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator. The house is setup with soft-water and reverse osmosis in the kitchen. The home also offers a very fast WiFi connection (50mbps/25mbps) and has lots of parking for one-two cars or RV or boat. The back patio is large enough for your dog to roam, to have BBQ's under the shade of the table with umbrella or just relax under the gazebo. Or you can sit in the rocking chars on the front porch and have some tea while watching the sunset. The bungalow is a very short walk to the beach or you can take out the bikes for a wonderful ride through downtown or along the beach bike trail. The home has four bikes and individual locks for each one. A bike mechanic is at your disposal (free of charge) if you ever need any service during your stay. Long Beach offers an amazing array of art galleries and museums, cafes and restaurants, unique shops, nightlife, theater, history, boating and every water activity. There is truly something for everyone here. Come relax, play and enjoy a wonderful home away from home. $500 reservation deposit converts to a damage deposit once you check into the property. Rental fees are due 30 days prior to check in.             The SpaceThis is a very quaint downtown studio to live in and experience the feel of Long Beach. Located in the East Arts District, this place is surrounded by great food and amazing jazz which you can hear every night from across the street. It is also located just 2 blocks from the beach letting you walk everywhere to key touristic locations or The Convention Center (0.4m). The apartment is spacious and has big windows providing lots of sun. There are 2 double beds available, a kitchenette and a spacious bathroom with a bath tub, good enough to fit a couple for a bubble bath. There is a laundry facility in the building and a coffee shop, juice bar and a Moroccan restaurant on the ground floor. Also, a Vons store is located one block away in case you want to cook a storm in my fully equipped kitchen. A metro station with a direct link to downtown LA is located 2 blocks away. Some of the touristic attractions in the area include Queen Mary, Long Beach Aquarium, Shoreline Village, Pine Ave, Long Beach Marina, 2ns Street Shopping and Dining. Guest Accessbalcony, common room/ laundry room and awesome shops and restaurants. Interaction with GuestsI meet and greet my guests, and give them all the tips about what to do in the surrounding area or even California, as I have traveled up and down the coast quite a few times. A parking spot (super rare in this popular part of town) will make coming and going a cinch, and two bikes will have you exercising all over town! The bike path along the beach at sunset... OMG. I will be away... place is all yours! The apartment is about 3 blocks from the beach and located right next to some of the most popular restaurants and bars in Long Beach. (Broadway is the coolest street in Belmont Heights!) Walk (or bike) to the famous 2nd Street in Belmont Shores or explore the historical Queen Mary, just at the end of the bike path! A bus stop is located directly in front of the house and will take you downtown for $1. There are also two bikes available which can whisk you just about everywhere in town. Easy access to the 405 and 710 freeways, and about a 30 minute drive from LAX. Huntington Beach and Newport Beach are a short drive south, and Manhattan Beach and Venice Beach are a short drive north. Hollywood, downtown LA... Long Beach is central to it all.             The SpaceThis place is uniquely decorated in a fun part of town. It attracts people from all over the world. I enjoy living here and taking a jog in the morning on the beach. Other Things to NoteThis place is as charming as it looks while the neighborhood has a very European / New Yorker feel to it. Not to say the least, it's right by the beach and the Convention Center.               The SpaceA furnished and clean one bedroom apartment with Ocean views, one block from the Pacific Ocean, is calling you. Come visit and explore the 5 mile coast of Long Beach. The apartment includes a bedroom with queen bed, living area with sleeper sofa and cable TV, kitchen (gas stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle and coffee pot), breakfast nook and bathroom with fantastic shower. Guests can dine out on their private patio with views of the ocean as well as looking over the Weathering Heights property of old Hollywood fame. In order to access the property, guests will enter via the alley onto the owner-occupied property, climb a flight of stairs and enter the flat. There is plenty of on-street parking or guests can use the one car garage (with remote control.) Upon booking, guests will be given instructions of how to access keys to the property. This guest house is a separate upper unit from the owner-occupied house. The guest house is approximately 700 sq feet and rests above a two car garage (one reserved for guests.) Guests can easily access laundry facilities that are located in the guest's garage. Please make requests for kitchen/household items which will make your stay more enjoyable. In the warmer months, guests can cool off by either swimming in the on-site pool or walking a block to the beach to enjoy the sun, gentle surf and sand.
