The NeighborhoodBesides being on the beach, the apartment is in Long Branch's hip West End neighborhood, full of life and many choices for dining, shopping, and clubs, all in walking distance. The West End Park offers free concerts Sunday nights, there are often fairs or events on the main street Brighton Ave. Grab a hot dog at New Jersey's famous Windmill or catch sports, dancing, and awesome food at Jack's Goal Line Sports Bar. Whether you are looking for upscale, casual, Japanese (Izu Sushi is one of the best in the area) Mexican, Italian, bagels...you name it, West End has it. 24 hour 7 eleven across the street for anytime needs. Getting AroundYou can have your own parking spot right in from of the apartment. The Long Branch Train Station is a 15 minute walk, a $5 cab ride, and is serviced also by a free shuttle outside the apartments. Other Things to NoteIn the interest of full disclosure, my apartment is steps to the beach, however with rebuilding the Long Branch boardwalk the entrance in front of m y place is (URL HIDDEN) worries though, you can walk 10 mins north or 5 mins south and get on the beach, I will show you exactly how on map.

      The SpaceMy home is a peaceful quiet space which makes it a relaxing experience for everyone. I prefer guests with similar mind set. Overview/What’s yours to use? Basic amenities have been provided including clean bedding and fresh towels. Extra towels can be found in the closet outside your bedroom. Also bathroom in hallway. You are also allowed to store items in the refrigerator. Home has central air and set around 70 degrees and your room also has a ceiling fan with a couple settings. Please let me know if temperature is not comfortable and I’ll adjust. Please do not touch thermostat without my permission. I do not serve a full breakfast but do provide coffee with cake or danish in the AM. For your stay I also provide two beach passes for day of “check-in only” not on “check-out day” for Long Branch beaches only (can walk two blocks to beach access). $45 each for any loss badges so please pin them on a bag or towel. Store bikes in backyard or garage. Guest AccessI will give you a garage code to use for your stay to enter and exit home. This code is changed after each guest visit. Interaction with GuestsI like to give my guests as much space as I can, so you can enjoy your time together as I am doing my own things as well. I’m always available via text for any questions or concerns. Please communicate with me of check out time. The NeighborhoodQuiet residential neighborhood on dead end road lined with new homes and condos. Getting AroundGetting Around The house in the middle of all the action. Two short blocks to the right of exit of Hulick Street is Brighton Avenue. You can find pubs (Ron’s Bar, Jacks bar and grill etc.), restaurants, banks, liquor store, grocery store, gas station, cocktail lounges (MIX Lounge), Brighton Bar (live music dive bar). About two blocks from house is the ocean access to beach. A brand new boardwalk goes from Brighton Avenue to Pier Village. West End Beach closest to the house is very clean and less visited for more of a relaxing beach while going further up towards Pier Village will be busier by Avenue Restaurant. Boardwalk has public restrooms. Renting bikes close to house is D.J.s cycles on Ocean Avenue. Great bike trail along ocean next to boardwalk. Long distance bikers can take a ride up ocean avenue to either Asbury Park /Ocean Grove the other end up to lighthouse in Sandy Hook. Both great long rides. NJ Transit is a 10 minute walk or 3 minute cab to get too. Direct train to other fun locations or NYC. About 15 minutes down Ocean Avenue will take you to very hip and exciting Asbury Park as well as historical boardwalk. Ask me for any pointers on this. Most of the restaurants are centered around Cookman Avenue. Other Things to NoteSome Home Rules • No cooking in kitchen or on grill. Please turn off coffee maker after you get your cups filled. Feel free to use our microwave, utensils and glasses as needed. May store items in fridge. Please put your dishes in the dishwasher after use. We run the dishwasher frequently. • Our home is a non-smoking environment. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarettes afterward. • No outside guests allowed in space or invited to meet up with you outside my home. • No food or drink on unfinished wood tables in living space. Any water or liquid will damage them. Use of backyard couch for before dinner cocktail or morning coffee is ok along with use of Kitchen Island. • If you are the last to leave the house, please make sure that the home is secure and all doors and windows are locked. While my neighborhood is very safe, but for both our safety, please lock all the doors. • Cellphones. Please go outside for lengthy phone conversations and try to keep noise at a low level. I keep light music on throughout the day for a tranquility experience.

Other Things to NotePlease retrieve the keys from the key lock box located next to the mail box. I will text you the code the day of your check in. One key opens the main door, the other unlocks the upstairs entry.

Other Things to NoteLessee shall not damage the premises during the lease term, including pipes, wires, glass, plumbing, fixtures and other equipment. Lessee will leave premises in clean condition upon departure i.e. dishes clean, trash removed, all furniture returned to its original location, excess sand swept up. All Dog droppings and Cig butts removed from yard if applicable. Pets must be crated during guest’s absence. Non-disturbance clause: Be a good neighbor. Quiet after 10pm. Check-In/Check-Out Times: To guarantee our guests a clean house and to avoid delays, we ask that all guests abide by our Check-In Time of 4:00 pm EST and Check-Out Time of 11:00 am EST. We CANNOT guarantee early check-in or late check-out requests. $50 fine if guests arrive at property before 4pm or depart after 11am. Your Cleaning service needs plenty of time to clean . Parties: No house parties are allowed. We reserve the right to charge your credit card up to 500.00 and terminate occupancy without refund should this occur. Please no fireworks. Cleanliness: My goal is to provide you with a sparkling clean house. Please call me immediately upon your arrival if your house is not cleaned to your satisfaction. I will send the cleaning staff back right away or at your convenience. Please note I cannot provide a refund of any fees but will do everything within my power to make you happy. The “cleaning” fee covers credit card fees, handling fees, linen fees, supply fees and more. Smoking: My Beach House is non-smoking. Although, smoking is permitted on the deck, porches and outside properties. If there is evidence of smoking in the house, a $200 ionization fee will be charged to credit card. $200 fee if butts are found in the yard. Pet Rules: Please do not allow your pet to dig holes in yard. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in beds. It is difficult to remove pet hair from upholstery. Please remove “droppings” from yard. Place in outside trash can. No bathing of pets in house. Will clog drains. No scratching on doors, furniture, screens, etc. Credit card will be charged up to 500.00 if pet rules are not followed. Use pet towels for sandy paws, not people towels. Remove all pet droppings from yard area. No Pets are allowed in or on the premises unless it has expressly authorized such use (type and weight of dog must be listed on lease and non-refundable fee(s) paid. Our No Pet homes do not allow pets anywhere on or about the premises. If you wish to bring your pet, choose a pet friendly property (DOGS ONLY, NO PUPPIES, CATS may be approved at the discretion of the property owner). Pet limits vary by property, If a pet is brought onto a property without express permission , guests will be charged a fee of $200 and may be asked to leave the premises immediately. Trash pick-up: City of Long Branch provides trash pick up twice weekly. Please leave trash cans on the street and remove trash from house periodically so trash does not build up. Trash pickup days are Tuesday and Fridays. Recycling is on Wednesday. If staying one week or more please put trash out on specified days.

Guests welcome to garden, tomatoes,peppers,corn,squash,zucchini,cucumbers, watermelon, pumpkins may be picked in season. Interaction with GuestsI am available at all times. Can provide local knowledge such as restaurants and beaches and happenings.Owner fluent in Spanish and German as well as English. The NeighborhoodWorking class neighborhood with neighbors of all ethnicities. Owner knows most of neighbors. As you get closer to beach, this changes, and is exclusive to luxury homes. Getting AroundBusy beach weekends is best to walk or bike to beach, as people start parking in street out front. After going down driveway, going left and making first left on Cooper is quieter and brings you directly to Rooneys and Great Lawn beach, which has bathrooms. Going right and then right on Seaview brings you to the start of the promenade and Seven Presidents Park. Other Things to NoteFriendly dog on property, owner will always be home if dog is out.

      The SpaceThis is a great location near the beach (5 min walk), the train (5 min walk) and many bars and restaurants---all within 15 minutes! The house is great for spending time at the beach (chairs and boogie boards available at the beach in the beach locker). Walk 10 minutes in either direction and explore the restaurants and bars at the West End and Pier Village. If you want to hang inside the house, there is plenty of space available to be with one another in The Great Room. Start a fire, watch a movie or have some drinks at the bar. In addition to all this, Red Bank and Asbury Park are both under a 15 minute car ride away! If you want to stay in for meals, access to the kitchen is provided and there is also an outdoor grill you can use. The house COMFORTABLY sleeps 8, but can definitely fit 10. Guest AccessAccess is provided in the below areas: -All of upstairs (except attic, which is locked) -Great Room (two doors off to side are locked) -Basement (not the storage area which is locked) -Outdoor space which includes grill -Kitchen -Beach Locker with chairs and boogie boards Interaction with GuestsWe will be available by phone at any time. We may or may not be in the area, but can have someone at the house within an hour. The NeighborhoodEasy street parking in the neighborhood. A residential feel, but very close to the train and beach. At the end of Sairs (Brighton Avenue) is the West End with bars and restaurants. If you want some more action, walk down the boardwalk to Pier Village where there are always weekend festivities. Getting AroundLong Branch Train Station (Train or Bus Lines) Seastreak Ferry at Atlantic Highlands (15 min car ride away) Other Things to NoteEnjoy yourself!
