The SpaceCharming renovated barn in the amazing Catskills region of New York. The barn sits on 5 acres of beautiful land with amazing views. The land has both wooded and clear areas, with nice stone walls running throughout the property. An area of about 1200 square feet of this old barn was fully renovated with an open space design and with a nice contemporary touch, preserving some of the look and feel given by the details of the original barn building. It counts with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a queen-size bed. There is also a double size daybed in the study room and one large sectional couch in the living room area. And an nice and spacious bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and the nice rustic large dining table fits a large group. The NeighborhoodLocated 2 miles north of Long Eddy, NY, were you can have close access to the Delaware River the place is also only minutes from Callicoon, where you will find restaurants, antique shops, a movie theater, community center. Also the village of Hancock is a close drive away. Another area favorite, Roscoe is about 20 miles away from the property. The beautiful river nearby allows for swimming, tubing, kayaking and some of the best trout fishing in the country. Nearby you can also find State Parks. For runners and cyclists, opportunities are incredible also. The barn is located only 2.5 hours from New York City. It’s a great chance of experiencing the incredible natural beauty of the Catskill Mountains.
