    The SpaceThis unique and historic Adobe Hacienda is made of 22″ thick Terrone Adobe walls and has been fully restored & now we are opening the doors to the public. This 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 baths has an attached guesthouse with a kitchenette/living room, bedroom & private bath (not yet open to the public). The king & queen master suites both boast a very large space with deluxe accommodations, jetted tubs, rain showers, and sofa sleepers. The 2 front bedrooms each have queen beds & private baths. The inside still wears the original hard wood floors, and beautiful vega and latilla ceilings. Guest AccessGuest can make themselves at home. We have snacks and cold drinks (juice, sodas,water) in the kitchen that guest can help themselves to. Also there is coffee and hot tea available. Interaction with GuestsWe like to interact with our guest in the morning and whenever they may be free. But we try to give our guest as much privacy as needed. The NeighborhoodOur neighborhood is quiet and lovely. It's out of the city and in the beautiful country. We have horses, cows, and donkeys that are neighbors. :) Getting AroundThe Rail Runner is closeby. Other Things to NoteWe Have 4 Suites for rent, all with full private bathrooms. Our King Master Suite is our biggest suite and runs 129/Night. Our Next room would be our Queen Master Suite. This room has private sitting room and runs 109/Night. Next, we have our Queen Suite 1 and Queen Suite 2, which are very similar.

Newly renovated bathroom and the house is spacious. Perfect for relaxing! The bedroom has 1 king size memory foam bed & 1 twin air mattress. Guest AccessDriveway parking, kitchen, living room, washer/dryer access, backyard usage (grill & patio), & high speed internet. Direct TV. Also a hot tub and sauna. Interaction with GuestsAs much or as little as guest would like, however I am usually at work or school, so I am sometimes not available. The NeighborhoodRural area that is quiet! 25-35 minute drive into Albuquerque. Getting AroundNM Rail Runner Express (URL HIDDEN) is about 5 minute car ride away. I would be willing to pick up and drop off at airport in the morning or afternoon if possible. Other Things to NoteI have two cats that are indoor/outdoor. There is also a great dane that gets along well with everyone and everything.

Property is off a scenic by way, bus service and hispeed rail are available public transportation to larger metropolitan areas of Albuquerque and Santa Fe.           The SpaceOur home has access to the New Mexico Railrunner train whose route goes to Albuquerque and Santa Fe. of Albuquerque. We are 10 minutes from the Bernardo Bird Reserve. Our property is on the Fly-Away. We are 45 minutes from Bosque del Apache National Bird Reserve. We are also 10 minutes from hunting reserve. (1) hr. from Magdelena Mountains/hunting. Plenty of good bicycling, hiking, camping spots. Art studio facilities are available upon request. Quiet, beautiful, historic. We have a large vegetable garden, fruit trees. Continental breakfast provided. Full access to our kitchen. Guests are welcome to harvest from our garden to add to their meals. We have (3) bedrooms and (1) bathroom, providing room for (1)-(6) guests. A pull-out sofa and cots can provide extra beds for more guests. (2) woodstoves provide heat. For monthly stays we will require a damage deposit. Guest AccessWe have access to the internet, telephone, and cable television. Also laundry facilities. Plenty of parking. The NeighborhoodWe have lived in Las Nutrias for 27 years. Our neighbors are wonderful friends. Las Nutrias is a small, rural, farming community. We are 30 minutes north of Socorro, NM which is the home of New Mexico Tech. Socorro hosts Macy Center, (theatre, performing arts, library, shopping centers). Getting AroundThere is no public transportation. We do live 20 minutes for the Railrunner railway with access to Albuquerque and Santa Fe. One can bike to the rail center as well as drive--about 30 minutes. Lots of good biking trails. Other Things to NoteOur home would make a wonderful retreat or rendevous for travel in New Mexico. We have dogs and (1) cat. They live on the property. We also have chickens. Fresh eggs!

              Welcome to The Arches Inn Bed and Breakfast. Our Unique Adobe hacienda is located in beautiful Los Lunas (15 south of Albuquerque). We are nestled in the Rio Grande valley, but have mountains on either side of us. The house was originally built in the early 1900's, and has since been expanded and remodeled. Beautiful adobe archways connect the main house to the Guest house(where we live). Beautiful wood ceilings and floors are found throughout. Every room has it's own private bath, and are all individually unique. We hope you come stay with us!

Other Things to NoteIf you're planning to go to the International Balloon Fiesta, it'll take you at least a 1/2 hour to get to Albuquerque.
