The SpaceComfortable 3 bedroom apartment. Lovely mountain weather, stress-free feeling, super quiet neighborhood. Outside the city but near enough to go to Caracas in pretty little time.
Fits 4: 1 double bed and 2 single beds.
I am currently living in San Antonio de los Altos (Los Altos Mirandinos, Venezuela), satellite city that's about 30 minutes bus distance to Caracas. It's a pretty calm suburban town with mountain weather.
Closed housing estate -barely entering the town- with private security and sport field. Nothing fancy, but pretty safe and super quiet.
Public transportation is just outside the housing estate, 2 minutes walking distance to Metrobus stop (transport to Coche - Subway Station, using the Metro you can go anywhere in Caracas in less than 35 minutes) & 5 minutes walking distance to Buses (transport to Plaza Venezuela).
I want to be able to help others while meeting new cultures and languages, making friends and a bit of money in the process, which i want to save for studying abroad.
If you don't fill you profile (picture of you and description) I'm sorry to say that I won't answer your inquire. I know it's kind of boring and time-consumming, but i just want to make sure that your stay / my hosting will be the best as possible, after all we both have to trust each other.
If you are still interested, contact me. Let me know a little bit about you in advance and maybe we could arrange a big discount. Guest Access"Mi casa es tu casa", if you want to cook, do the laundry or watch some tv, you can go and do it. Full access to everything in my home.
Welcome beers included. Interaction with GuestsI am currently living alone. I am not used to talk about myself, but i will give it a try: kind of introspective, pretty serious character, but social and easy going, always willing to help, vegetarian, cinephile.
I have a major in electrical engineering, with interests in gastronomy, photography and arts. Obviamente, me puedes hablar en español si quieres. The NeighborhoodIt's pretty nice and quiet. I simply love the weather, doesn't have the hot temperatures neither the stress and smoke of Caracas.
It has all the essential stores @ 2 minutes walking distance: a couple of grocery stores, 3 pharmacies, 3 bakeries, 4 bank agencies each one with 2 atms, fast food chains (miga's, papa john's, domino's, subway, bonsai sushi, sushi market), 1 movie theatre (to be honest: never been there).
There is a pair of sports complex nearby (1 inside the housing estate, and the other just outside). The one inside offers some workout classes (yoga, trx, etc). The one outside has a public pool, a climbing wall (12 - 15 meters high), and has some cultural offerings once every week. Getting AroundPublic transportation is just outside the housing estate, 2 minutes walking distance to Metrobus stop (transport to Coche - Subway Station, using the Metro you can go anywhere in Caracas in less than 35 minutes) & 5 minutes walking distance to Buses (transport to Plaza Venezuela). If you prefer you can call a cab, i can help you with it. Other Things to NoteAny special request, question or doubt, please don't hesitate to contact me.
