Summer House has all the amenities you need for your perfect vacation. Start your day with a coffee in our screened front porch, or sit on the deck and enjoy the sun and a gentle breeze while birds chat above you in our majestic Manitoba Maples. We offer a large country kitchen with seating for 8 should you wish to cook, or simply prepare snacks and lunches for your daily explorations and adventures. Our beds and furniture are comfy and inviting, plus the fresh, clean and sunny rooms will brighten your day. Roberta has lovingly decorated each room with antiques, art and collectibles. You will love the conveniences of free WIFI, on-site laundry, dishwasher, satellite TV, and large yard with propane BBQ plus picnic table. We also offer you the use of a PEI National Park Pass during your stay($99 value) so you can explore any of our world famous beaches from Cavendish through Dalvay, and the unique dune system and trails at Greenwich. In the evening, you can sit in our back yard and feel your stress melt away while recapping the day and enjoying a fabulous PEI sunset. After dark, you can be treated to an amazing star-lit sky, unhindered by big city lights and noise.

You will love our three bright and clean bedrooms that sleep up to 6. Roberta has added special touches to each room with her own antiques, art and collectibles. For your comfort we supply air conditioning in the master bedroom and fans in the other two bedrooms, along with all bed linens,towels, face clothes, and hair dryer in the bathroom. Make yourself at home in our full kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. We have included pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, mugs and wash and drying clothes along with dish soap for your convenience. Your entire family and friends will enjoy the large country table, beside the comfy living room with couch, chairs and satellite TV.
Imagine yourself unwinding and relaxing in our country setting from the airy screened front porch, shaded deck or sunny back yard. Outdoors you will also find table and chairs, large picnic table and propane BBQ. The property is complimented by majestic Manitoba and Red maple trees so you can nap or daydream in the shade. Parking is off-street and we can easily accommodate two vehicles.

Summer House is a short drive to popular tourist attractions, spectacular beaches, fabulous entertainment, and is your perfect base for planning daily adventures and exploring PEI. The New London Fire Department is located close by in case of emergency and the town of Kensington is an 8 min drive away which offers groceries, hardware, bank, gas, dining, liquor store, and Tim Horton’s if you need a coffee fix.See our Guidebook for more information on our recommended attractions, dining, and entertainment. Getting AroundTrius Transit offers bus service in and around the Charlottetown area. Unfortunately no service extends to New London, There are several shops and dining options within walking, or biking distance but we recommend you have use of a vehicle during your stay at Summer House.
