Many things are last minute as people with similar interests just get together: Activities hosted by residents like: yoga, meditation, project work parties, weekend wood-fired sauna (usually Friday or Saturday), music, movies or dancing, workshops and classes, ecstatic dances (a big one w/ potluck on the 1st Saturday of every month), game nights, resiliency meetups and many more. ~Sociocracy - Inspired learning opportunities. The NeighborhoodThis rural neighborhood has sprawling trees, foothills, farm land and animals. Our community has a unique feel. Other Things to Note*Bringing small change cash is very helpful *Lost Valley Store: the fun snacks (all organic) like coffee, crackers, chips & sodas, also resident art & homemade herbal medicines/tinctures! *Nudity is allowed in certain areas *Currently there are no screens on the windows, so flying bugs get in, this can be annoying but not a deal breaker for most. They should be up by August *Light sleepers beware, this listing may not be for you. Better to camp or visit for a day-trip only. We are pretty quite as are most of the people that come through, however, the walls are thin and not sound proof. Not a deal breaker for most, but be prepared with ear plugs. *Doors only lock from the inside, please leave valuables like excessive cash and such in your car or with you.
