ALMIROS STUDIOS There are 3 Studios,Each studio has a fully equipped kitchen, shower, bathroom, well-lit terrace, communal washing machine, free WiFI, TV satelate, external shower. All have views of the Almiros area, the high mountains of Albania, the Ionian Sea and is flat. These Studios are suitable for families with 1-2 children depending, couples, access for the disabled. Almiros is located at the foot of the mountain Pantocratoras, 914 m. highness, by the sea’s view and just opposite of the Albanian’s mountain range. It is in the middle of another wonderful region, especially for summer vacation, including the following villages: Sidari, Roda, Acharavi and Kassiopi. Almiros-beach from the west side to the village “Roda”, 10 km. length, is one of the most important sandy beaches and one of the most splendid white-pebble beaches in the whole Greece. The Almiros sea is the most clear sea all over the north side of Corfu getting (obtaining)the European Union’s flag. Near Almiros, all along, there are many beautiful and peaceful bays for people who like swimming in a small gulf, away from noisy and crowd beaches. Almiros is an area of not such a very big number of houses, without enormous apartments, but only with traditional villas full of amazing gardens, lovely trees and unique flowers, many court-yards, where children can play and run!!!.Also there are parking-places. One of the best representative Villas is called “Aphrodite-Villa”, by a real good technical design, located in the centre of Almiros-Village, onto a hill, a very peaceful space with the Ionian sea view. Tourists can taste local food in Greek quiet taverns. Also there are bars, free swimming pools, super market etc. To have an extreme fun, go and visit Acharavi-village by night! (Just 2 km. far from Almiros-area). First of all the tourists, German tourists had visited a few years ago the region “Almiros”. They are frequently coming over… Some of them did never come back home. They still live in Almiros-region among Greek people. If you like, you may ask some German tourist about Almiros. They know why they stay in Almiros. We believe that, if you are worshiper of physical life, like quiet and entertainment, of sea sports, fishing, walking, joking etc., you can choose Almiros, will reward you, completely and richly. Garden View Lodge is located in Lucas, Kansas, directly across the street from the Garden of Eden art site. Story has it that it was built for a son of the Garden's creator, Samuel Perry Dinsmoor, in the 1920s. It may have been a kit house that was delivered on the railroad. It's a neat, clean, and cozy house that has been well preserved, with a small town feel. While it is in the town, it reminds us of visiting our grandparents' farmhouse. Fully equipped house located in Lucas, Kansas, Grassroots Art Capital of Kansas and one of the 8 Wonders of Kansas. For those of you traveling on I-70, Lucas is 18 miles North of the Wilson exit. Just 8 miles from Wilson Lake, it's a great location for swimming, boating, fishing and hunting trips. You will have full access to the house and plenty of privacy. You can see the Garden of Eden across the street as well as the Miller's Park sculptures, and you can walk downtown in three short blocks. It's a quiet setting. Besides being the Grassroots Art Capital of Kansas, Lucas is also one of the 8 Wonders of Kansas. There is a lot to see in this tiny town. You could spend a full day touring all of the sites. The Lodge is close to a grocery, world famous meat market, Grassroots Art Center, Post Office, internet hotspot, liquor store, hardware store, library, convenience store/gas station with bait shop, restaurants, and a first-run movie theatre. This is a small town and most everything is closed by 10 pm, so please keep this in mind if arriving late (like for meals or gas). A recently added attraction is Bowl Plaza, a very original and highly decorated take on public restrooms! You can walk to all of these locations. Adjacent to the Lodge is Aunt Gertie's Antique shop, with many antiques and repurposed items for sale. For those of you who are general aviation pilots, the Lucas airport, 38K, is 1485 MSL. Its asphalt 17-35 runway is 2940 x 50 feet with constant overnight lighting. You can taxi to the adjacent gas station for unleaded gas. (No av fuel available.) We don't have cable service yet, but a TV/DVD/VCR combo is available. Feel free to bring your own videos, or the library and grocery store have videos for checkout. There's a wireless hotspot at the intersection of Second and Main Street, and most smartphones receive good service in the area. Many guests rely on bringing their laptops or tablets for entertainment. We have lawn chairs and a Weber grill available if you'd like to use the yard. Best of all, this is a quiet setting where you can enjoy a night's rest. Guest AccessKitchen, bathroom, a sitting/dining room, and four bedrooms. You can use our grill and lawn chairs. There is a fine view of the Garden of Eden, and shops and stores are nearby. Getting AroundYou can walk the two blocks downtown to several stores, an ATM at the bank, the library, the movie theatre, the Post Office, Leach & Naegele Hardware, and the Grassroots Art Center. Other Things to NotePlease note that Lucas is 16 miles north of Interstate 70. The route from I-70 to Lucas is a scenic 20 minute drive which passes by the east side of Lake Wilson and across its dam. It is a pleasant way to wind down from the intensity of Interstate travel. Exit the Interstate at exit 206, (Wilson/Lucas exit) and drive north on Kansas Rt. 232. At the intersection of Kansas Rt. 18, turn left. Lucas is less than a mile away. You can also arrive and depart via Route 18 from the east or west. Gas and supplies are available on K-18 Highway on the east side of town at Home Oil Service, which is adjacent to K-18 Cafe. The diner is open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

                                                  ALMIROS STUDIOS There are 3 same Studios.Each studio has a fully equipped kitchen, shower, bathroom, well-lit terrace, communal washing machine, free WiFI, TV satelate, external shower. All have views of the Almiros area, the high mountains of Albania, the Ionian Sea and is flat. These Studios are suitable for families with 1-2 children depending, couples, access for the disabled. ALMIROS STUDIO No4. This is 25 sq.m and sleep 2-3 people. Room:Have two single normally beds, mirror, TV satellite. Living room: has a sofa-bed, coffee table, wardrobe. Kitchen: fully equipped (oven, has 3 electric rings, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, pots, etc..) Bathroom: Has mirror, hair dryer, shower.                                                     My villa is located in Puglia. The property is located nearby the Ionian sea at 3 km. The location is Marina di Castellaneta (TA) PUGLIA, which is famous for Trulli and Alberobello UNESCO heritage. Puglia is also famous for another Unesco heritage which is " Del Monte Castle. Castellaneta Marina is also very close to another Unesco heritage " Matera Stones". The property is located internally a village where some villas still are under construction. The property has two levels and it is in front of a golf court "Riva dei Tessali. Two balconies are in front of the golf court at 2 meters of distance .It Is a villa very comfortable , part of a village composed by 100 other villas with a forest of 90 hectars of pine trees where it is possible doing jogging. The site is not completely built, some villas are under construction. There are also one splendid swimming pool, one tennis court, one football court (for 5 people team each) There is also a "square" where there is one bar, one food shop, one restaurant- pizzeria. The property has all the comforts with one big hall, one kitchen with oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge washing machine, big sofa inside and outside in the garden with lawn There are three bathrooms in the house. Some beaches are free of charge while others are to be rent. Two small towns are very close , both at about 3 miles of distance. Taranto is far from at about 23 miles of highway. Accomodation is suitable for families with children. The atmosphere is unique in a special territory in Southern part of Italy . If you come you could decide what to do, having a complete relax, since the villa is in front of a golf court and trees far from others or if you prefer you can spend your time with other people in the village or outside. It is part of a complex of other villas where you will find one tennis court, a forest of 90 ha for running, one swimming pool, one 5 football court, a relaxing area nearby the swimming pool.
