We live in a 3 bedroom 2 story house. With 2 Teenagers, 3 Cats and 1 Dog. The house is a 5 minute walk away from Lutwyche bus station and lutwyche shopping centre. We have a nice living room with all modern appliances. live in a Upper class quite suburb. Very laid back family. P.s Green Love

Gorgeous large home near City Centre We are a family of three - a Mum, Dad and son. We lived very close to the city in a 5 bedroom gorgeous old renovated villa. Our house also has 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas and 2 outdoor areas. Two large sliding French doors opens to the outdoor area downstairs. This is a beautiful area to have dinner as it is an undercover deck with an inbuilt kitchen and BBQ area. This area also opens up to a sunny landscaped garden. There is also an enclosed laundry area here fully equipped with a washing machine and a inbulit ironing board. Each room has its own generous wardrobe and a window. The rooms are spacious and big enough to accommodate a queen bed, 2 bedside tables and a small study desk or a winged chair. Our house is very close to the train station - approximately 2 minutes walk to the train station. The trains here will take you directly to the City Centre in about 5 minutes ( 3 stops) and will also take you directly to both domestic and international airport in less than 20 minutes. There is a bustling shopping mall about 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive from our home. Our house is about 3kms from Queensland University Technology and 2kms from Royal Brisbane Hospital. There are cafes and bakeries about 5 minutes walk from our house which served beautiful fresh croissant and bread. There are also a few take-aways near here such as Indian restaurants, McDonalds and Thai restaurants. There are several weekend markets around our area. There is one about 15 minutes walk which sells organic food and the Eagle Farm market is about 5 minutes drive. The Eagle Farm market is a very popular Sunday market that sells all freshly produced food, cheese, bakeries and crafts. As a family, we have always loved travelling So when our son was born, we continued to travel and took him with us everywhere we went. We have traveled to Auckland, Christchurch, Wellington, Queenstown, Paris, London, Rome, Milan, Spain, Portugal, Germany, New York, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Malaysia, to name a few! We love getting to know different cultures and discovering new food from each region and country. We also love movies, biking, shopping and going for walks as a family and socialising with friends. My son is a avid rugby player and he plays for both his school and local club. He also plays the cello at school. He loves all things boy does, video games and computer games. My passion is reading and baking. One can almost guaranteed to see deserts every evening after dinner! While living here, our guests are treated very much as part of the family and will be invited to join us in most of our outings. We have broadband at home and our guests are welcome to use it at no extra cost. As it is wifi, you can also access internet from your room with your own devices. There are also a couple of spare bicycles which our guests are welcome to use.

3 bedroom/2 bathroom townhouse, my daughter and I live here with our small dog and cat. There is a pool in the complex and nearby a walking track. You can safely walk to the bus in 15 minutes.

Large rambling home in whisper quiet location only 10 minutes from the city. 5 minutes walk to shopping centre and 5 gyms. 20 minutes drive to & from domestic and international airports. All buses and 5 minutes drive to Royal Brisbane Hospital and Brisbane Womens Hospital. 10 minutes drive to Prince Charles Hospital. 10 minutes drive to Chermside Shopping Centre and Kedron-Wavell Services Club. The house is at the end of a cul de sac and most windows look out over a grass tennis court area. Choice of 3 buses 150m from the front door on Lutwyche Road. Walk to Lutwyche Shopping Centre and choice of about 7 gyms within 250m from home. Less than 20 minutes to the airport too! Our lovely rambling home has 4 bedrooms, a shower room, a bathroom and 2 toilets. One bedroom is used as our office and another bedroom is spare. Plenty of room for your case or other things. 2 Double bedrooms with queen size beds, plenty of pillows and large built in robes. Blow up double bed mattress available in 3rd bedroom if required. Guest AccessRooms have a lovely vista over the grass court, and you have your own entrance from the back of the house if you wish. There is plenty of hanging space in large mirrored robes. There is a ceiling fan for warm nights, and centrally controlled ducted air conditioning. All windows have flyscreens. You have access to plumbed in filtered water, as well as a Nutribullet and Compact juicer for healthy juices and smoothies. There are plenty of organic products in the pantry and fridge. You are welcome to use the 2 pushbikes to ride along Kedron Brook pathways and discover the local area. It is only a short bike ride to Fortitude Valley, New Farm, Spring Hill for fabulous cafes and shops. Chermside Shopping Centre - Brisbane's premium shopping centre - is only 15 minutes pushbike ride or 10 minutes by bus or car from home. Interaction with GuestsWe work from home as business consultants when not out working with clients. We have stayed with fabulous airbnb hosts in many cities and welcome you to our home. The NeighborhoodLutwyche is an inner city northern suburb of Brisbane. There are 2 supermarkets within 250m of the house, plus gyms, coffee shop, discount liquor shop etc. The surrounding suburbs of Albion, Spring Hill, Grange, Kelvin Grove, Fortitude Valley and New Farm are only a few minutes drive away with wonderful cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping. Getting AroundBuses every 5-15 minutes or so from Lutwyche Road at the end of the street, 150m from the door. Other Things to NoteWe are in a solidly built home, and one thing we appreciate with this single story house is how quiet the house, street and neighbourhood is. There are no creaky floorboards to disturb you or others, too, which is such a bonus.

We are multicultural family of three (German, Indian and our gorgeous little boy). We live in large house having two levels. Total of 5 bedrooms, two large living area, a private very large outdoor deck with BBQ. The house boost three toilets and 2 bathrooms. A large kitchen with a huge bay window opening to the main deck. House is in a quite and green suburb only 10 KM from Brisbane City Center. Location is well connected with public transport and plenty of cafes and shops around the area.

The SpaceThis lovely apartment is very convenient for the airport which is about 15 minutes away. You will have the entire upper floor apartment to yourselves, the price shown is for the entire apartment. There is one Queen Bed, and a second bedroom with two Beds - a double and a single. A Porta-Cot is available, on request, for tiny guests. Both rooms are spacious, have fans, and are individually air conditioned. The open plan lounge area also airconditioned and has a comfortable fold out double innerspring sofa bed. The modern bathroom is shared by the two rooms. One room or both - we don't rent them separately - your party will have exclusive use of the apartment. The apartment can fit a party of up to 7 people easily - sometimes 1 more. I may be able to be flexible with check-in and check-out times by arrangement, but please make sure you check first. Guest AccessI am lucky to live in a leafy quiet residential neighbourhood. There is plenty of free parking on the street in front of the house. If you like to exercise or even just take a stroll we have extensive parklands with walking trails and bike tracks at the end of our cul de sac street. I am 15 mins by road from the Airport, and may be able to arrange airport drop-offs for a small fee if requested. We are located centrally between the Royal Brisbane and Womens hospital and Prince Charles and Holy Spirit hospitals. We are a very short drive from the RNA showgrounds, and not far from Suncorp Stadium. Access to Boondall Entertainment Centre is very easy by car from here. There is a local bus stop at the end of the street from where buses will take you to the City (via Royal Brisbane Hospital ) or Chermside shopping centre. The large Kedron Park express bus station is a short walk away. We have easy car access to both the North and South highways, and we are conveniently located close to the northern access to the Airport Link / Clem 7 cross city tunnels. The closest train station is Wooloowin. Interaction with GuestsWe live in the downstairs apartment, with our own separate entrance, and you will have the upstairs apartment completely to yourself. After welcoming you, we will respect your privacy. We won’t intrude but will be around should you want to chat or find out about local amenities. The NeighborhoodMy neighbourhood is one of Brisbane's older ones. The original subdivision happened in the 1920's as part of the estate of the late Judge Lutwyche. Less than 10 kilometres from the Central Business District (CBD), Kedron is a leafy green area with many of the homes retaining their original Queensland charm. Local parks abound as do established walking and cycle paths. Come, stay and enjoy! Getting AroundThere are a number of options for guests to get around. The apartment is less than 200 meters from the nearest suburban bus stop. The service provides an all-stops route, and it does interconnect with other, faster bus services, rail stations and even ferries. I can heartily recommend the ferries as a great way to see this city from the water; a round trip from Hamilton to the University of Queensland (and back) provides a most enjoyable outing. Other Things to NoteThis is comfortable self-catering air conditioned accommodation with the kitchenette containing a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, hotplate, crickery and cutlery, and sink. A light breakfast pack or a cold supper plate can be made available on request for a small fee. Tea and coffee, and basic condiments are supplied. There is also a hairdryer, and heated towel rail in the bathroom.

The SpaceMy two bedroom apartment is modern and well equiped. You would sleep in the spare bedroom which has it's own private bathroom. Of course you have full use of the kitchen and washing machine also. It is very well situated in the city of Brisbane being only one small block ( 3 minutes walk ) from a train station, and the train only takes 10 minutes to reach the city. From the station you can also catch a train that would take you to the famous Gold Coast.

There is an exercise bike in the sunroom adjacent to your bedroom, and the TV in the bedroom is visible from the bike to stimulate/motivate you :) Or, just go to town and enjoy Fortitude Valley or the city with a short train or bus ride. You have full access to the rest of the townhouse - consider it your home away from home. I'm available to interact with my guests as much or as little as they like. I enjoy the company of other people but equally enjoy my own, so either way is absolutely fine by me. Despite being so close to the airport, this is a very quiet neighbourhood so sleeping in is totally possible! Walking in the area is a pleasure with gracious Queenslanders (the houses) and shops nearby. The main bus route to the city is right outside, about 4 doors down. The townhouse being located at the rear of the block means you don't hear any traffic noise. My toy poodle is 14 years old, so she's very quiet, sleeps curled in a ball most of the day. You will not find her a problem, but if you enjoy dogs, you'll love her because she's very lovable. The NeighborhoodClayfield is a quiet, scenic suburb, close to the city, the airport and all amenities. It's a lovely part of Brisbane with beautiful stately homes and ambience, which I'm happy to call home. There's a convenience store, BBQ chicken shop and fish & chips shop at the end of the street. Ten minutes walk takes you to Albion shops, with 20 international restaurants to choose from, incl Albion Hotel with its gourmet restaurant and live music Fri nites and Sun afternoons. Getting AroundEagle Junction train station is 10 minutes away, or buses outside the door - all go to the city and various other parts of Brisbane. Train also goes to the airport. Wooloowin station is even closer at 580 meters from here. Other Things to NoteI'm happy to drop people to the airport at the end of their stay for the nominal amount of $15 .. you will save half the cost of a cab, and it's so much more convenient!

This space has recently been renovated and was the original three bedroom house on the property which has been upgraded to include a master with an ensuite. It is joined by a linking passage to a separate extension where the owner lives when she is in Brisbane. A private garage with Tesla charger available is attached to accommodation. Guest AccessThe kitchenette is fully fitted including kettle, coffee maker, stove top, oven and dishwasher. Television, Internet wifi, laundry facilities and a lock up garage are also available for guests' use. An iron and ironing board are supplied for guests' use. The NeighborhoodLocated in Brisbane's inner north, this house is in a residential area close to shops with easy access to both the city and airport as well as hospitals such as Royal Brisbane. Lutwyche is also located on the primary internal arterial road to the north (Lutwyche/Gympie Road) and, through the Clem 7 tunnel, directly connected to the south of the river and the Pacific Motorway/M1 to the Gold Coast. The end of the street opens onto the Kedron Brook cycle/walkway - one of the premier recreation walks through Brisbane. Getting AroundThere is a bus stop that runs to the city approximately 200m from the house and the Truro Street stop on the Northern Busway is only slightly further. The Airport is only 10 minutes drive away. Guests have access to a lock up garage with internal access to the house. There are cafes and shops within walking distance of house.
