The SpaceLovely large bedroom offers an immaculate queen size bed, with fluffy feather pillows accommodate 1-2 people in a blissful embrace.
Hanging space in the robe, blockout blinds, and an adjacent sunroom to act as a buffer zone in Brisbane's warm summers, keeping the temperature down.
There is an exercise bike in the sunroom adjacent to your bedroom, and the TV in the bedroom is visible from the bike to stimulate/motivate you :)
Or, just go to town and enjoy Fortitude Valley or the city with a short train or bus ride.
You have full access to the rest of the townhouse - consider it your home away from home.
I'm available to interact with my guests as much or as little as they like. I enjoy the company of other people but equally enjoy my own, so either way is absolutely fine by me.
Despite being so close to the airport, this is a very quiet neighbourhood so sleeping in is totally possible! Walking in the area is a pleasure with gracious Queenslanders (the houses) and shops nearby.
The main bus route to the city is right outside, about 4 doors down. The townhouse being located at the rear of the block means you don't hear any traffic noise.
My toy poodle is 14 years old, so she's very quiet, sleeps curled in a ball most of the day. You will not find her a problem, but if you enjoy dogs, you'll love her because she's very lovable. Guest AccessGuests have access to the whole house, incl kitchen/cooking facilities, laundry, deck for lounging/relaxing, BBQ, TV/DVDs, music/CDs, and all the comforts of home! A couple of banana chairs are also available if you want to catch some sun in the backyard. Interaction with GuestsI am happy to help my guests with ideas for places to see in Brisbane, and how to get around. I love people so I'm happy to interact with my guests as much or as little as they prefer. I am also content with my own company so if they prefer to be on their own, that's no problem either. The NeighborhoodClayfield is a quiet, scenic suburb, close to the city, the airport and all amenities. It's a lovely part of Brisbane with beautiful stately homes and ambience, which I'm happy to call home.
There's a convenience store, BBQ chicken shop and fish & chips shop at the end of the street. Ten minutes walk takes you to Albion shops, with 20 international restaurants to choose from, incl Albion Hotel with its gourmet restaurant and live music Fri nites and Sun afternoons. Getting AroundEagle Junction train station is 10 minutes away, or buses outside the door - all go to the city and various other parts of Brisbane. Train also goes to the airport. Wooloowin station is even closer at 580 meters from here. Other Things to NoteI'm happy to drop people to the airport at the end of their stay for the nominal amount of $15 .. you will save half the cost of a cab, and it's so much more convenient!
