    Large family two storey home with 5 bedrooms upstairs with large kitchen with dining room , office room, TV room and bar. My nephew stays with us and he is planning to move out at the end of May as he is hoping to marry shortly. Me, 72 and my wife 63 years live in one of the rooms upstairs which has a large ensuite with walk in a wardrobe and a baby room. There is a large garden with flower plants and vegetables. There is a park closer to my place. Bus stop is just opposite my house. Liverpool railway station & CBD is 10 minutes walk from my house. All my three children are living in Munich, Germany. We have no pets at home. Our house is 14 years old and situated in a corner of two streets and in a quiet suburb. My wife is a good cook and will enjoy cooking. We have a BBQ area. As we have no children with us and no pets but plenty of hospitality to share with you. Please come and see my house and speak to us as we are not conversant with the computer. The dining table seats 6 and the family with a 3 seat sofa, 3 singles opens out to a covered patio and secure private garden with a 3 seater bench. It has flowering plants, a variety of herbs, basil, mint, thyme and rosemary for your use. There is a large grassed area for the children to run around. Next to the family room is the 4th bedroom with comfortable queen sized bed, bedside tables with lamps and a large wardrobe. This room overlooks the back garden. All good but still Please avoid disclosing personal information to any neighbour. This is a common problem for airbnb hosts, envy is the word but some persons does not know the tremendous efforts employed to prepare the rooms and the house. Walk to Reserve Parks are only 600m from the house. Bike and pedestrian roads are inside this protected area. PowerHouse Museum is only 2 km away, around 15 minutes walking. Casula Library is about 1km next to Casula mall shopping (Kmart and Coles are open 24 hrs). Gym are only 500m away. Council not allow dogs unleashed on the street, normally all is good, please walk safely if you see something please report it. If access to our street is blocked take note of the rego plate and please call us or the parking rangers at Liverpool Council to (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) or ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Getting AroundThere are Buses every 10 min only 400m away. Train Station is a lovely 20 minute walk or a short 10 minute bus ride. You can park in our secure and spacious driveway. From the airport we are a 25-45 min (depending on traffic) drive. From the M5 motorway heading south (towards Canberra/Campbelltown) we are situated off the second Liverpool/Casula exit. City CBD is 40-45 minutes driving (depend on traffic) City is 50 minutes by train plus bus to station Airport is 25-35 minutes driving (depend on traffic) Airport is 35-45 minutes by train plus bus to station. ANZ Olympic Stadium is 35 min driving but is only 55 min by train via South line transfer at Lidcombe station from Glenfield Station with free parking, normally tickets to events include free trains. Other Things to NoteUnfortunately our flat is NOT for LONG stay children friendly specially toddlers 2-12, so we recommend you can only stay short term for those families with children, we are worried about safety things (around cooktops or power to TVs), supervision of children or the fact that there is no backyard only a small front yard. We have Air Conditioning, Wi Fi Internet and we can supply extra blankets if requested. We also supply initial basic tea, coffee, milk and bathroom products, after that is user responsibility. We have one portable hair dryer at bathroom vanity. There is no laundry at our house , there are laundromats at Liverpool at around 5km or Campbelltown at about 15 km, for only $10 you can do washing and drying. Please do not attempt to wash in the house shower or vanity as piping damages was received due to this practice and it cost us a lot of money to repair (still paying), so we are sorry but this is not permitted.

Cross Hansens Road and you're in Georges River Parkland. Only a few k's from The Basin swimming hole on the Georges River. It requires a 20 minute walk but this ensures its cleanliness and its status as one of the area's best kept secrets. Shhh! Often you can go there on a sunny weekday and have the whole place to yourself. A little further upstream is the pristine O'Hares Creek with much gullies, cascades and wildlife. Great for liloing and photography. Getting AroundWe are about 3km from Leumeah Station and there is a bus stop about 200 metres from the house. Uber also operate in Campbelltown now (there's hardly ever a surge!). Fast train service to Sydney CBD and the Airport terminals. Other Things to NoteSince the photos were uploaded we have made some little changes in response to suggestions (and following our whims). The drum kit has gone- good news, more space. Bad news, if you really wanted to bash on a drum kit, well, it ain't there anymore. But if you really want a drumming experience, we have retained a high hat and snare drum. And bongos. We also have a percussion box and you are welcome to play the piano. As long as you can play more than just Chopsticks. We have also made a feature wall in the bathroom, so if you were expecting the beige wall as pictured, you're out of luck, as its now a rainforest. The backyard is yours to freely wander around. Take some pics of yourself in your elegant evening dress as you descend our unique semicircular staircase.

It is easy to commute each day. Our home is very comfortable. We have 4 Bedrooms. One of them occupied by us. In this listing we are offering to our guests 2 bedrooms (one with queen bed and futon, other with double bed) . You will be able to use 1.5 bathrooms, a lounge with TV, kitchen and laundry. There is a large pergola with outdoor furniture, a table-tennis, Led Light Trees and BBQ. There is additional sitting area with couch, massage chair, coffee table and gas heater close to your bedroom. We also have a nice cat. There is a parking available if you are arriving by car. Breakfast is included and consists of cereal, milk, yogurt, juice, coffee/tea, toast. Ask us if you need something different. The area: The neighborhood is very quiet. The ponds with diverse bird life outside house. Walking distance (about 1 km) to shopping center with Aldi. We like good food and wine and music. Very open spaced house but privacy is assure if that what you need. Guest AccessYou can also use the sitting room area and there is one acre of wild garden for roaming. Interaction with GuestsIf you need to know anything about the area we can help but if you prefer to "be alone" then that's fine! The NeighborhoodIt is the original settlement of John and Elizabeth Macarthur who brought the first merino sheep to Australia. The Camden Show is the largest after the Royal Easter show and is 129 years old. It is truly a rural area but a burgeoning cosmopolitan place to live. Getting AroundBasically a car is necessary but Campbelltown rail station isn't far and we are very happy to pick you up. You can catch a train from Sydney Airport which takes about 45 minutes. Camden is only a short 20 minute walk if you feel that way inclined. Other Things to NoteWe do have a gorgeous Cat names Spice os perhaps if you are allergic we may not be the place to stay - she is very friendly!

Located only 2 mins from Oran park shopping center, 5 mins drive to Narellan town center, 10 mins drive to beautiful township of Camden and only 15 mins drive to Macarthur shopping center which is the largest shopping center of southwest of Sydney. Oran park is a brand new suburb in Sydney. May not find the location on the map or GPS. Just call us and we will direct you how to get into our place.
