The SpaceOur cozy, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, beach shack is perfect for anyone wanting to experience the ultimate Auzzie summer. We recently renovated so some parts of the house are rough around the edges, but still very comfortable and cozy. You are 200m from a beautiful sandy beach with generally no one around. We live in a quiet little community with lovely neighbours. Perfect for a couple or small family looking for a beach getaway. Mandurah is a 10 minute drive south, and Secret Harbour is 5 minutes north where you can find shopping centres, and more entertainment. Guest AccessAccess to our entire home, and large yard and gardens. Lots of space for parking and toys. Bonfire area and covered porch area for summer nights. Please bring your own bedding and towels. Interaction with GuestsWe just ask people to be respectable and keep noise to a minimal for the sake of our neighbours. We want people who love the ocean and are happy to be in a quiet little beach side town. The NeighborhoodWe are in a beautiful, quiet, coastal village. Local tennis courts, bakery, pizza shop, and bottleo. Walking paths along the coast, small surf breaks and large parks. 200m from the beach with a footpath access. Getting AroundBus(perth transport) and you can hop on the train in Warnbro(a 10 minute drive) which takes you directly into Perth CBD and Fremantle. Other Things to NoteFully equipped kitchen, no aircon, but not needed if blinds are used and windows opened to get the afternoon sea breeze through. Wood stove for the winter months.

The NeighborhoodThe neighborhood is a beach side village. The beaches are pristine, white sand and safe for children. Nearby the house is a local shop, a pub and a children's playground. Thirty meters from the house is a bus stop and the local buses will link you with the fast trains to Perth, the state capital. Getting AroundThere are buses into Mandurah. A train from Mandurah will take you to Perth where you can link with trains to Fremantle, the north and eastern suburbs. The house has undercover parking. Other Things to NoteThe second shower in the garden is fitted with both hot and cold water and a delight to use after a swim at the beach. The back garden is fully fenced making it secure for small children.

Crystal clear waters and surf club just down the road. Close to several world class golf courses. Excellent for doing as much or as little as you like. Getting AroundThere is a bus stop 3 mins. walk from the house. Mandurah train station (7mins drive) has access to Perth. One car parking is available. If a pick up from the airport is required it can be arranged for an extra fee. Other Things to NoteThere are 2 small dogs who are part of the family and spoilt.

Newly built 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that sleeps 6 comfortably in Lakelands private estate that is a 5 min. drive to Mandurah and the Indian Ocean. High quality furnishings, large screen TV, internet and ducted air conditioning all help to make your stay a memorable one. The property has a small rear alfresco area and parking for 3 cars plus a remote controlled single car garage with storage room. Microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery and linen all included. The Mandurah train line gets you to Perth in about 50 mins, Meadow Springs golf club is a 5 min. drive and shopping center, also a 5 min drive. Please note maximum occupancy is 6 people and we are unable to accept bookings from guests aged under 28. A quiet and relaxing street with great neighbors. Situated a 10 min. drive from Mandurah and 15 min from Rockingham in an area of outstanding beauty.

Further south is the Dawesville Cut with access to the Peel Inlet and its excellent crabbing, fishing and boating amenities. Getting AroundSan Remo is only 60 minutes via car from the Perth City Centre.       The SpaceOur 4 bedroom 2 Bathroom home was built for us in 2014. The master bedroom has en suite shower and toilet whilst the other 3 bedrooms have single and some double beds. The property has heaters for winter and ducted air conditioning for summer. It is furnished to a very high standard with large screen TV, leather lounge and dishwasher. Cooking is done on a gas hob with a large electric oven and microwave. Separate bathroom has shower and bath. There is also a separate toilet off the main hallway.       The SpaceThis humble little self contained unit consists of a two separate rooms. The main living area is quiet spacious with a fully equipped kitchen including gas stove and oven. The living area also includes dining table, lounge with pull out bed sofa bedand plasma TV with dvd player (including movies). The bathroom includes clothes washing facilities and dryer. Whilst it can get quiet warm here the living area has a reverse cycle air conditioner or if you prefer it, a dip in the 10m x 3m pool. Whilst you visit there is plenty to do and see. If you do not have a car it is only a 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and 5 minute walk to the beach , where there is also a bike track around the coast line. A short bus trip to the Mandurah foreshore for a causal stroll along the foreshore, where there are numerous places to eat, cinema and dolphin cruises. Once your done sight seeing Madora Bay Beach is a great place to fish. We can also organise fishing equipment for you. If fishing is not for you, we also have the beach volleyball kit. You’ll love my place because of Plenty of parking for your boat if you want to fish ocean side or crabbing in the Peel Estuary. Large fully fenced back yard so it is safe for young children and dogs.           Thetis Retreat is a free standing brick and tile home with a large garden and outdoor area. There are three bedrooms, a spacious lounge, a dining room, kitchen, laundry, toilet and a fully enclosed sunroom. Each bedroom sleeps two in single beds and the main bedroom is configured as a double. The bedrooms feature bedside lamps, comfortable mattresses and storage and hanging space. The lounge has comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV, DVD, CD player and coffee table. Movies, books and board games are on hand. The living/dining area seats 6 and features a pot belly fire. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, bench oven, stove, electric frypan, toaster and complete sets of cooking implements and utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. The laundry is fitted with an automatic washing machine and dryer. An iron and board is supplied. The bathroom has a vanity, shower and bath. A first aid box and hair dryer are available. A spacious, fully enclosed sunroom provides extra dining options and a leisure area. Outdoor furniture is supplied and there is a gas barbecue. A high chair and portable cot are available.           Our much loved family holiday home has a large balcony on the second story where you can sit and enjoy the magnificent ocean views. We are at the end of a very quiet cul de sac which is 4 houses deep and where there is no obstruction to our view of the ocean right down the road from our house.The track to the beach is directly in front of our house on the beach road. Because we are at the end of the cul de sac, this is a great place to bring the family where they can use their roller skates and learn to ride their bikes away from the traffic. It is also a very wide area that provides plenty of car parking spaces and has room for your boat. The backyard which is a huge grassed and shady area,can be used for family games like cricket, volleyball, football, lawn bowls or can be just enjoyed from the undercroft area.It is a very peaceful outlook and it seems that you are miles away from everything but in fact it is just a short distance away from the Perth CBD. We provide a barbecue and also an outdoor hot shower that can be used to remove the sand when returning from the beach. We have ample outdoor table space and seating to enjoy barbecues, good company or just enjoy the peaceful outlook where you can view both the ocean and the calming back yard. Dogs are welcome in the backyard as they love the large area and are fully fenced in. We are situated an 8 minute drive from the Mandurah foreshore or you can choose to cycle there or even walk along the beach to Mandurah ( with a drink bottle and if you are fit). You can hear the ocean from every room in our house and as soon as you walk into the house it has a holiday feel about it. It also has reverse cycle air-conditioning upstairs and overhead fans plus a wood fire heater. The other rooms have pedestal fans. BEDROOM LAYOUT: Upstairs 1: 1 Double Bed Upstairs 2: 1 single bed & 2 single bunk beds Downstairs1: 2 single beds Downstairs 2: 2 single bunk beds Please bring your own bed linen, pillows and doonas. The main bedroom has a sliding door that opens onto the balcony as well and the other upstairs bedroom has a window that faces the backyard. Downstairs: Bathroom,separate toilet,laundry,2 bedrooms and the entry to the upstairs rooms. The house has one bathroom and this has a huge shower recess and a vanity.Separate toilet. The Laundry is walk through and has a washing machine, clothes dryer and laundry cupboard. We also have a washing line at the rear of the house. WE SUPPLY: Ample crockery, cutlery, cookware and serving dishes to cater for 9 guests.We have a microwave oven, DVD player and in the garage we have a table tennis table and additional fridges for your convenience and entertainment. NEARBY: There is good fishing at Madora Bay. Tailor. Herring and Whiting can be caught off the beach. We have a very large playground close to the beach for the children. 3 quality golf courses nearby and the Meadow Springs shopping centre which is 5 minutes away by car on Mandurah Road.We also have the Madora Bay Tavern on Madora Beach Road for any essential items. BOND and CHECK IN/ OUT Early check in and late check out can often be arranged ( on request and subject to availability). We do charge a $250.00 bond which we refund back in full after the premises have been inspected on departure. We do ask that the premises be left as clean as when you arrived and we will issue a flyer setting out what to expect when you arrive and what to lock, turn off and clean on departure,this does help to minimize costs to you. We will not book any schoolies or large groups of people or parties and we ask that no tents or campervans are erected or parked in the backyard. The house is a non- smoking house. There are permanent residents nearby and we ask that the noise be turned down after 10.00pm.
