The SpaceThis space is extremely serene and relaxing beautifully designed and easy to be at home in. The main entertaining space a very large and leeds out onto a grand terrace for open air dining with room to seat at least 12. There is a lovely plunge poor to cool down in with a large deck to soak up the rays on. There are 4 very comfortable bedrooms all fully air conditioned accommodating up to 8/9 people. Guest AccessThe villa will be yours. we want you to feel that you are at home. Access to a chef can be arranged if required. Interaction with GuestsWe want our guests to feel totally at home and they can have as much interaction or privacy as they please. The NeighborhoodIt is quite simply idyllic in every way. Our location is superb as we are on the beach. Therefore guests need only walk down the beach to get to some lovely local restaurants and shops. There is a lovely village atmosphere and one can get everything one needs in the neighbourhood. The SpaceBeautifully furnished, with a superb view of the Beau Vallon Bay, Silhouette and North Islands, this apartment is a deluxe self-catering studio with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a sitting lounge, air-conditioning, a double bedroom area with bathroom (shower), a washing machine and a small garden in front of the terrace. The studio can accommodate two adults, thus, perfect for couples. For long stays maid service may be arranged. The apartment is located in the quiet residential neighborhood on Mahe on the hillside only 10 minutes away from the main road and within walking distance to the famous Beau Vallon beach - one of the best beaches on the island for swimming and sunset watching. Also, for those who love hiking within a walking distance or by bus (5-10 minutes) there is a start of a trail to an absolutely beautiful secluded beach Anse Major (perfect for snorkeling) and Morne Seychellois National Park where you can get nice vistas of the neighboring islands. Interaction with GuestsThe host lives at the site, in the same house, but on the upper floor, within easy reach for any questions or advice. The studio has its separate entrance, not connected with the apartment upstairs. The NeighborhoodThere are number of decent restaurants in the vicinity of the studio. As per entertainment, there are bars at La Skala restaurant and Sunset Beach Hotel, that are great for a sunset cocktail. Some of the 5-star hotels, which are near by the Beau Vallon beach, offer excellent dining options and night entertainment, as well. They are pretty good at keeping up with high standards. Catch local vibes on Wednesday evening at Bazar Labrin - a vital occasion in the neighborhood where numerous food and craft stalls take position along the seafront of Beau Vallon beach. Getting AroundThe apartment is located on the hill (thus great ocean views!), but at some point the hill gets quite steep. Car rental is recommended for easier access to the apartment and moving around the area and the island. Parking space is available on the premises. By car the nearby village of Beau Vallon is 5 minutes away, and the town of Victoria is about 15 minutes of driving. However, for those who love to walk and hike the location is fine, and the public transportation is effective in this area (bus stop is 10 min of walking down from the studio, and 15 min away going up to the apartment).

We are a Self Catering establishment. Beau Vallon is considered to be the ideal location for a tourist visits for different reasons: 1. Proximity to the long Beau vallon beach, which is an special attraction every Wednesday evening for the beautiful beau vallon bazaar where local people gather and cook local food which is sold to tourist as well it attracts a large group of tourist who even come from the south of the Mahe. Also it is ideal for young children to swim in the middle of the beach and to either the left or the right side it is ideal for snorkeling. 2. Proximity to the shops for daily grocery which is especially ideal for families with children. Week day shop hours from 08:00 -12:00 and 14:00 till 19:00, Week-end shop hours on the week-end is 09:00 till 13:00 and 14:00 till 19:00 hrs for Saturday and for Sunday only 09:00 till 13:00. A Car is needed when you decide to visit the south of the island and have a good days drive across the island. Please send the deposit by Swift bank transfer within 24 hrs after receiving our Banking Details, or booking will be lost. All transfer fees (BANK CHARGES) AND EXCHANGE RATE CONVERSION FEES are to be PAID by the client. Please send a copy of the transfer as proof of payment, since the banks can take 2-3 working days to clear the transaction. And the rest of the payment shall be made in CASH upon arrival in EURO or Seychelles Rupees as per the SELLING RATE of Central Bank or any other Commercial bank. Our policy is you have to transfer the 50% deposit to confirm reservation. Please kindly send us a copy of the transfer. If the DEPOSIT is not in my account when you arrive for security reasons you have to do full payment until it clears then we will refund you the difference. Cancellation Policy Ifthe booking is cancelled four months before the arrival date then the 50% deposit is refunded. Any Bank charges will be debited from the client’s transfer of the 50% deposit. If there are any changes to the flight schedule and it is not within the cancellation policy we the company are not responsible and the refund for the 50% deposit will have to be the responsibility for the Airline that has caused the change or cancellation of flight schedule or the insurance the client has insured with. Check In and Check Out Timings: We have decided to choose the timings below due to the flight schedules which operates at odd timings and to give a 5 star service for the clients arriving at early hours in the mourning with children and we hope you do understand our reasoning to it. . Check In time is 10:00 A.M and Check out time is 08:00 A.M (these timings have been chosen as flight arrivals are very early in the mourning so to prevent the incoming client with families and also those with long haul flights to have an easy check in). At the same time we have not forgotten our departing guests also as we do provide our guest with a service to keep the beach towels if they check out in the mourning and have a late flight departure and also provide a bathing place at the reception where the baggage can be left for the day. All our establishments are provided with the following: (Exterior Gas Barbecue Grill provided) All rooms have stand fans, if you prefer not to take the air -conditioned bedroom option. We also have internet in the house and Studio, which is offered on a complimentary basis and not included in the price quote. Change of bed linen = is done every fourth day morning. Change of towels (bath, hand, beach) = is done every fourth day morning. Kitchen towels, 1st roll toilet in all toilets (to buy your own afterwards), Matches provided Bin bags provided Please note that beach towels are accountable for and any loss will result in a monetary charge of 12.00 euro per towel. Cleaning service We provide a daily cleaning service from 10:00 a.m, (if a client does wish their establishment to be cleaned at a specific time the management is to be advised to make the necessary provisions). A change of linen and towel every 4 days. If we find it is dirty the Chamber maid will use their discretion and automatically change them. If the client does wish to have the linens changed on a daily basis there will be a charge of 5 euro per room linen. A washing machine is provided in each and all our establishment for the clients to wash their personal clothes. As we join the rest of the world in the campaign to save water, do not place towels on the ground. Security precautions The entrance to the property is controlled by a remote control as the gate is Automatic. Each client is given a remote control with the set of keys. If the Remote control is lost or falls in water, the client will be charged 100.00 euro to replace the remote control. Safety deposit boxes are available in every room. Please place all your valuables in the safe which is provided at our premises. It is important to note that you should not walk around with your passports or Visa cards. Any laptops, mobiles or cameras should be placed in the safe or in your suitcases and locked. The management takes no responsibility for any lost or stolen items. Clients are advised to place an insurance on their valuables from their country of origin. We advise our Client not to bring strangers (LOCALS) to the property at any time, for security reasons. If a client does want to bring a local person to property the Management is to be notified in advance of the arrival of the person on the property. Transport We also have a car hire service if you wish to rent transport. We can provide transfers to/ from the airport on request, payable in advance; Transfer from airport to the house is 30.00 euro one way, per trip per transport carrying 4 persons depending on baggage load. Beau Vallon is just 12.0 km to the airport OR 4.2 km from the centre which is Victoria the capital where you can visit the Clock tower, main market for buying of fresh fish (at our establishment we have Gas Barbecue grills) and vegetables and different local species and visit the different shops for local products like T-shirts, pareo and local artifacts and also to visit the Hindu temple. Also located at Victoria is the Post office where you can send cards and also buy stamps for collections. Just close to the post office is the famous Pirates Sams restaurant which brings a good crowd of local and tourist at midday for local cuisine. Also to visit in Victoria is the Botanical garden which is a touristic attraction to see the land tortoise and the flying bat and the different species of floral habitat.

Küche, Wohnraum und Schlafzimmer sind umgeben mit Terrasse und es hat kein einziges Fenster, alles Lamellentüren. Man fühlt sich wie in einem grossen Vogelhaus. 6 Meter hoch. Wilan/Internetcafe ist 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und sehr gut.

Terrasse und mitbenützung des Yogacenters 100m2 zum austoppen. Alles ist aus Holz und sehr natürlich. Wilan/Internetcafe 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Schnelle Verbindung und sehr sauber.

                                  The SpaceZum Strand ist es nicht weit. Bushaltestelle neben der Anlage. Preis pro Fahrt nur ca. 0,30 € = 5 Rupien. Viele Restaurants, Shops, Bars, Takeaway, Eissalon befinden sich in der Nähe. Frühstück auf Anfrage bei der Managerin möglich. Auf dieser Inselseite ist es möglich Strecken bis zu 10 km mit dem Fahrrad zurückzulegen. Vom Hafen sind es ca. 10 min mit dem Auto. Der Manager bietet ein Transferservice an, wenn Sie vorher anrufen. Achtung wichtig: Auf den Seychellen können Sie folgende Artikel dutyfree einführen. Pro Erwachsene Person sind erlaubt 2 ltr. Alkohol, dazu 2 Flaschen Wein oder Sekt, weiterhin 1 Stange Zigarretten. Nehmen Sie das unbedingt mit, denn diese Artikel kosten in den Shops fast das dreifache. Sie können sich überall Ihren Longdring selber mixen, denn in den Hotelbars bezahlen Sie bis 15 € für ein Longdring und für ein Bier manchmal auch bis 10 € . Wenn Sie Selbstversorger gebucht haben, dann bitte verpackte Wurst, Käse, Kaffee, Tee, Getränkepulver ect.. mitbringen, da sparen Sie viel Geld. Eine Flasche Wasser 1 ltr. kostet bis zu 1 €, fragen Sie Ihren Manager nach Quellwasser, das gibt es oft in der Nähe. Eine Fahrt von Praslin nach La Digue kostet € 15.- p. Erwachsenen. Die Fähre Cat Cocos Mahe-Praslin-La Digue-Praslin-Mahe können Sie direkt bei Catcocos com reservieren, da gibt es auch noch ein Shutle Bus vom Airport Mahe zum Hafen und zurück.
