Inside offers a wood burner set up to run off coal a modern Kitchen and Bathroom with French doors leading out to the garden Set high up on the Malvern Hills with a covered outside seating area leading to a charming garden with a view over the Severn Valley and the Cotswolds. A short walk up Holywell Road gives access to explore the many footpaths on the Guest AccessGuests have access to off road and free parking. I have my own allocated parking space numbered 1, any additional parking please park at the bottom of the drive or on Holywell rd. There is as well as my own private garden and communal garden all around the property to explore. Also a couple of minutes walk down the road there is a good local amenities shop which provides all the essentials and more. Interaction with GuestsI work split shifts and my days off are usually Weds and Thurs, so I may not always be there to meet and greet. If this is the case I always contact yourself and leave clear instructions on how to get into the property and also my mobile number in case of any problems. Getting AroundBus stop within 100 metres, but best to have access to a car

There is a bus service right out side the door! The market town of Ledbury is only 10 minutes away, with its black and white buildings, independent shops, twice weekly market selling organic vegetables and fresh fish, proper bread and cheese.

There are numerous well used footpaths all around and British Camp nearby offers views over 5? counties and two country's. Your deck has a view for 40 miles Your self contained, recently renovated, accommodation comprises of a comfortable lounge area with flat screen TV, DVD and WiFi. A fully equipped kitchenette with table and seating for four, electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster (plates, cutlery, pots and pans) in fact we have tried to think of everything you may need, down to the garlic press!! There is a double bedroom with large wardrobe space, drawers and cabinets. There is also a separate shower room with wash-hand basin and toilet. The property will sleep two comfortably in the double and has two quality bed settees in its lounge (like a studio) for another two if your additional guests are well acquainted or you have children to stay. All bedding and towels are provided and thanks to the recent addition of grandchildren a travel cot and high-chair are available on request. The property is full central heated, is on mains electricity at no extra cost. You also have access to a washer and tumble drier, Free-view TV in both the lounge and bedroom and free WiFi. You will have open access straight out onto paths through fields and woods for walks to suit all levels of ability. You overlook our paddock which currently is home to a horse, sheep, chickens, ducks and assorted wildlife. Maps and brochures for local attractions are provided. The SpaceIt isn't a huge flat but it is nicely decorated and clean. There is one curved and wide flight of stairs, two front doors, large parking area and exceptional views of the Severn Valley. The house is 200 years old and was built as a spa Hotel. There are some beams and some creaky floorboards. The facilities have been modernized and the kitchen and bathroom are perfectly adequate in size and with appliances. Guest AccessMost of the garden is a shared space and you can walk all around the building but next to the 2 basement flats their areas of the gardens are private. There is plenty of parking space but its best to use a marked bay, Bay 5 which is very near the front door. Interaction with GuestsI am happy to communicate with guests as much or as little as they like. The NeighborhoodGreat Malvern is a truly great town. We have a Theatre comparable in standard to the West End of London. We have two stations connecting us to London and Birmingham via Worcester. We have the Malvern Hills which are legendary. We have some lovely buildings, churches and parks, and plenty of Pubs! Getting AroundThere is a bus service and two train stations. If driving you are very well situated because we have the M5 not far away and this connects to the M4 for the SW and the M6 for the North. Other Things to NoteWalking in the Hills is an absolute joy. There are 42 fresh water springs which are dressed every May with flowers. There are plenty of places to eat and to buy coffee in Great Malvern and there are some arty crafty shops. There is a Spa and a swimming pool and parks. There is a Theatre and a delightful Victorian railway station.

    The Nursery Apartment is part of the 19th-century Dell House former rectory in Malvern Wells, just south of Great Malvern and very near to the Three Counties Showground. The apartment is on the first floor of the former servant's wing of the house. It has it's own entrance on the ground floor. It comprises three bedrooms, lounge/dining room, bathroom plus an additional WC, and kitchen. The bedrooms are one double bedroom, one twin, and one 'family' room with both a double and a single. This provides 7 bed spaces but we'd recommend an upper limit of 6 adults for the size of kitchen, lounge etc. Guests are encouraged to enjoy and explore the 2 acres of wooded gardens. There's plenty of level, off-road parking. The apartment is rated 3-star by the AA. Bedding and towels provided. Free wi-fi.

    Yew Tree Cottage is an ideal place to stay to visit the Malverns and walk on the hills, we are close to footpaths and can loan maps to ensure you can make the most of your stay. We are very close to the three counties showground and many other major attractions. Yew Tree Cottage is a semi-detached property which has been newly refurbished to a high standard, with a beautiful large garden adjoining this property making it the ideal place to relax and unwind under the apple trees, with lovely views of the hills. The interior of Yew Tree Cottage consists of two bedrooms which can be a double and a twin or two doubles, with fitted wardrobes especially made for us by a local carpenter, a large bathroom which features underfloor heating and a spa bath, a lounge with a two seater and three seater sofa and electric log fire, a well appointed kitchen with all of the essentials and oil central heating. We welcome children and the bedrooms are big enough to fit a travel cot if required. A travel cot, Highchair and Stair gate are available for hire at the following prices - cot and high chair ÂŁ10 each per stay, stair gate ÂŁ5.00 per stay please advise at the time of booking if these are required. For dogs there is a large secure garden and we welcome up to two dogs but please make us aware of this at the time of booking, we also welcome other small pets including cats. There is a local pub around half a mile away (less than 10 minutes walk) which at the time of writing has free wireless Internet available providing a purchase is made at the bar, they also serve food on a daily basis and is a lovely warm traditional place to relax and enjoy a drink. They also hold regular themed and music evenings. Please note that due to exceptionally slow broadband speeds and the non existence of fibre optic broadband there is no wifi at the cottage. The local pub less than a half mile away does offer free wifi. We welcome walkers, families, cyclists and pets. Bookings must be confirmed with a deposit of 20% of the final booking value with the balance due one month before arrival. Little Malvern Priory has regular open days, there is a local pub serving home cooked food within a few minutes drive or a 10 minute walk, three couties showground is a five minute drive away they host many major events throughout the year. The town of Great Malvern is close by and Ledbury which is famous for its food is also within easy reach. The Big Chill is an annual festival held at Eastnor Castle which is only a few miles away, Malvern is also home to the Three Counties Showground which hosts major agracultural, dog and horse shows throughout the year as well as large Flea Markets, Wedding Fayres, Car Shows and much more, please see their website for more details.     Now featuring a fantastic six seater private hot tub! Brambles Cottage is an ideal place to stay to visit the Malverns and walk on the hills, we are close to footpaths to ensure you can make the most of your stay. We are very close to the three counties showground and many other major attractions. Brambles Cottage is a semi-detached property which has been newly refurbished to a high standard, featuring a six seater private hot tub, with a beautiful large garden adjoining this property making it the ideal place to relax and unwind with a lovely undercover veranda to enjoy your meals alfresco, with lovely views of the hills from the undercover hot tub which is lovely even on the coldest of winter days! The interior of Brambles Cottage consists of three bedrooms which are two doubles and a single, with fitted wardrobes especially made for us by a local carpenter, a large upstairs bathroom which features a bath and hand held shower, also a downstairs shower room and toilet, a lounge with a three seater sofa and two armchairs and electric log fire, a very large well appointed kitchen with all of the essentials and a fantastic rayburn stove, underfloor heating and oil fired central heating. A Travel cot, Highchair and stair gate are available for hire at the following rates - Highchair and cot £10.00 each per stay, stair gate £5.00 per stay. For dogs there is a large private secure garden and we welcome up to two dogs but please make us aware of this at the time of booking, we also welcome other small pets including cats. There is a local pub around half a mile away (less than 5 minutes walk) which at the time of writing has free wireless Internet available providing a purchase is made at the bar (the cottage has no wifi), they also serve food on a daily basis and is a lovely warm traditional place to relax and enjoy a drink. They also hold regular themed and music evenings. This property can also be used with Yew Tree Cottage ( search property number 174687) for larger groups of up to 9 people as these properties are adjoined. There is parking for strictly two cars only, additional vehicles must be parked either at the local pub less than 5 minutes walk away or in the Village. We welcome walkers, families, cyclists and pets. A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking with the remaining balance due one month before the stay. Long stays are welcome and heavily discounted rates will apply. Little Malvern Priory has regular open days, there is a local pub serving home cooked food within a few minutes drive or a 10 minute walk, three couties showground is a five minute drive away they host many major events throughout the year. The town of Great Malvern is close by and Ledbury which is famous for its food is also within easy reach. The Big Chill is an annual festival held at Eastnor Castle which is only a few miles away, Malvern is also home to the Three Counties Showground which hosts major agracultural, dog and horse shows throughout the year as well as large Flea Markets, Wedding Fayres, Car Shows and much more, please see their website for more details.

    The SpaceThe flat is only 800 yards from the Holy Well Spring. We have a fabulous garden and views. The Malvern Hills are behind us and walking is a joy. The flat is clean and comfortable. Guest AccessGuests will have access to the whole apartment. Although the flat is two floors up there is only one flight of stairs because it is built on a hill, and they are easy stairs to climb as well, small steps but wide. Free parking with plenty of spaces, please use a space that isn't a numbered bay or use my bay number 5. The garden is for everyone except for the parts next to the basement flats, their gardens are their own private space. Interaction with GuestsI will meet guests on arrival and let them in then give them the keys. I will come to collect the keys when they are ready to depart, and if I am not around they can leave the keys on my kitchen table. The NeighborhoodGreat Malvern is a Victorian Spa town with lovely buildings and an Abbey. The Malvern Hills behind the town can be seen from miles around and are distinctive in their profile and great for walks, long or short. The shops are interesting, the theatre is wonderful and has a cinema and art on display. Other Things to NoteMalvern Wells is part of the Malverns, namely Malvern Link, Great Malvern, West Malvern, Malvern Hills and Little Malvern. It is called Wells because it has the Holy Well Spring and you can collect the water yourself for free at source, where it is bottled for the queen!

The Studio is part of Holywell Chapel's grounds which adjoin the Malvern Hills Conservators land, accessed via a private gate directly to the bridleway, cycle and footpath networks. Heading south you will reach the Iron Age British Camp hillfort, and North takes you to the Wyche Cutting and onto Great Malvern. Also, conveniently situated a short distance from the Great Malvern town centre and Theatre, the Three Counties Showground and Ledbury. Architect designed and constructed in 2013, the Studio offers a haven of tranquility for visitors. There are two bedrooms, one with King Size bed, the other with twin beds. One bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer. Guest AccessThe Studio is a separate building below Holywell Chapel. As well as the terrace there is a small outside area which we are slowly turning into a herb garden. Guests have access to the private gateway leading to the hills. Parking for two cars is available on the property but please note that access to the Studio is via some outdoor stairs. Interaction with GuestsThere is a lockbox to access the keys to the Studio in the event that we are not here. Otherwise, we are always available to answer any questions but leave you to enjoy your privacy. The NeighborhoodA few hundred metres from the Holywell Spring, the area is steeped in history and has a really magical feeling. L'intérieur du Yew Tree Cottage se compose de deux chambres qui peuvent être un double et deux lits ou deux chambres doubles, avec placards spécialement faits pour nous par un menuisier local, une grande salle de bain quel chauffage par le sol de fonctionnalités et une baignoire spa, un salon avec un deux places et canapé trois places et une cheminée électrique, d'une cuisine bien aménagée avec tous les éléments essentiels et chauffage central fuel.             This smart, cosy apartment is close to Great Malvern (spa town with theatre/cinema, shops, restaurants) which can be reached by foot, bus or car. The apartment is located in a beautiful area overlooking the Three Counties Show Ground, and views of over 40 miles. The historic riverside town of Upton upon Severn with its famous summer festivals (folk, blues, jazz etc) is 15 minutes away by car. Taking one of the many footpaths from the property you can quickly be in Herefordshire overlooking the Black Mountains and the vista of Wales- why not leave the car and use the pack of 7 circular walks from the property. The famous Malvern Spring water can be found at Holy Well just 300 yards away. There are several pubs and restaurants nearby. Cheltenham racecourse is 30 minutes south by car.

            The accommodation is called 'Bellevue' because your lounge opens onto your own decking which commands wonderful views over Herefordshire into Wales. (West facing for superb sunsets and dark star filled sky's.) It has a patio table and chairs, and your own gas BBQ. Your self contained,recently renovated, accommodation comprises of a comfortable lounge area with flat screen TV, DVD and WiFi. A fully equipped kitchenette with table and seating for four, electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster (plates, cutlery, pots and pans) in fact we have tried to think of everything you may need, down to the garlic press!! There is a double bedroom with large wardrobe space, drawers and cabinets. There is also a separate shower room with wash-hand basin and toilet. The property will sleep two comfortably in the double and has two quality bed settees in its lounge (like a studio) for another two if your additional guests are well acquainted or you have children to stay. All bedding and towels are provided and thanks to the recent addition of grandchildren a travel cot and high-chair are available on request. The property is full central heated, is on mains electricity at no extra cost. You also have access to a washer and tumble drier, Free-view TV in both the lounge and bedroom and free WiFi. You will have open access straight out onto paths through fields and woods for walks to suit all levels of ability. You overlook our paddock which currently is home to a horse, sheep, chickens, ducks and assorted wildlife. Maps and brochures for local attractions are provided. Parking is available for two vehicles. A vehicle really is essential as you will need to drive to local shops. The Village store is in Colwall, (5 minutes) and supermarkets are in Malvern or Ledbury. (20 minutes) Colwall has a main line railway station (5 minutes) direct into London Paddington, Birmingham New Street or Hereford and all points in-between and connecting. Malvern has a wonderful West End quality theater and cinema. Our location is Ideal for walkers or those who just love the peace and quiet of the great out doors. We are very dog friendly but please contact us to discuss terms. Please respect the property by not smoking inside although you are welcome to smoke on the decking.
