The SpaceIt's a great, updated, comfortable and bright, upstairs studio loft (700 sq feet) with 2 full bathrooms and room for four adults - 2 in the bedroom loft, and 2 in the bunks downstairs. Guest AccessThe condo has new and comfortable furniture, a cozy modern decor, a fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, Wii, wifi, stereo, DVD and Apple TV complete with HBO, Netflix, HULU+, etc. Interaction with GuestsWe will not be present during your stay. The NeighborhoodMountain Shadows is a wonderfully convenient location in downtown Mammoth. We are walking distance to Vons, Rafters, Rite Aid, Giovanis, Robertos, the Mogul, Looney Bean, etc. If you are new to Mammoth, go have dinner at Toomeys, by far, the best food in town. The clock tower cellar has the best whiskey selection, and John's Pizza Works, the best pie. Giovanis has the best Italian food, Side Door the best wine, and Mexican food is up for debate. I prefer Gomez. The best coffee is, by far, Black Velvet, and breakfast is great at The Stove. Getting AroundOur complex is conveniently situated on the free Green Line shuttle to Juniper Lodge. Both stop 42 and 43 are right outside the condo. No need to worry about the drive to the mountain or parking. Other Things to NoteDon't forget to register your vehicle with our property manager when you arrive. The office is located in the center of the complex. If you arrive late, just pop over in the morning.

The Spacethis one bedroom plus loft is located in the center of town at wildflower condominiums. the complex is located on the green shuttle line which is a 5 minute ride to eagle lodge and 1 1/2 blocks from the red shuttle line which is a 10 minute ride to the village gondola and then on to the main lodge. the condo was completely renovated with hardwood floors, beautiful rugs, modern comfortable furnishings with designer touches and a european styled kitchen designed for cooking. the kitchen is equipped with quality pots and pans and all the kitchen utensils one needs to prepare a gourmet meal. the condo is thoughtfully decorated, very comfortable with beautiful light during the day. the wood burning fireplace keeps the place cozy and warm throughout with all the wood one needs to keep warm. the bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and the loft has a queen bed with a twin bunk bed. there are 2 beautifully tiled bathrooms, one on the main floor adjacent to the bedroom and one in the loft. there are 3 flat screen tv's with cable, internet tv, blu-ray/dvd player. wi-fi. condo is located in town within walking distance to fabulous restaurants, shops and both grocery stores in town, vons and sierra sunrise. complex has a year-round jacuzzi and sauna. the swimming pool and tennis court are open in the summer months. the jacuzzi and dry sauna are open all year. there is a washer and dryer in condo for your convenience. the condo is also equipped with a dvd library, art books, cookbooks, travel books and games for your enjoyment. -2 parking spaces available -includes quality bedding and towels for bathing. bring beach towel for the pool or jacuzzi, if you'd like. - holiday weekends there is a 3 night minimum. -xmas and new years there is a 5 night minimum -early check ins or late checks ins but be arranged in advance and are subject to an additional charge. in winter: -condo complex is across from the green shuttle line which is a 5 minute bus ride to eagle lodge. -red shuttle line is 1 1/2 blocks away which is a 10 minute ride to the village gondola. red line also goes up to the main lodge. -jacuzzi and sauna are open from 4 to 10pm year around in summer: Mammoth Lakes Area has an abundant amount of hiking trails, mountain bike trails, lakes for boating and fishing, horseback riding and summer festivals. There are countless activities to keep one busy throughout the summer. The weather is amazing and the scenery is stunning. The eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park at Tioga Pass (Hwy 120) is an easy 30-minute drive north of Mammoth on Highway 395. The Neighborhoodi love being in town where i can walk to some great restaurants, the grocery store and it's also easy to jump on the free shuttle located right outside the complex to get around town. Getting Aroundwildflower is conveniently located in town where it is easy to jump on the free shuttle. the eastern entrance to yosemite is 40 miles north of the town of mammoth lakes. Other Things to Notei love to cook so my kitchen is fully equipped to prepare the simplest to the most gourmet meal. i also love film and art so i have a diverse dvd library. there are guide books for hiking, mountain biking and backcountry skiing in the condo for your use. 3 day minimum during 3 day holiday weekends. 5 day minimum at christmas and new years.

The SpaceWarm and inviting 700 sq ft 1 bath, 1 loft bedroom unit. Absolutely ideal for couples or couples with small children but will sleep up to 4 guests. Upstairs loft has a queen size bed, separate bath, walk in shower, blow dryer, bath towels, and is stocked with non-personal toiletries. Extra freshly washed linens and blankets are available in addition to your freshly made bed. The downstairs has a cozy couch/pull out sleeper, fireplace and stocked firewood. Seats 4 comfortably. Flat screen HDTV with DVR/Blu-ray, movie collection and games, Wi-Fi . Vaulted ceilings and south facing dual pane windows that let the light in all day (if you like). The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, auto-timer coffee maker and a crock pot for slow cooking while you are out-- hiking/fishing/skiing! There is a full size table that seats 4. We pride ourselves in offering a clean, well-organized and clutter free unit. We know from experience there is nothing worse than booking a place for a nice restful vacation, driving for hours, only to be welcomed by a less then clean condo. A couple of aspects about this location we found so appealing were first, it is quiet and peaceful, and second, the convenient parking/unloading/loading. Two parking spots are reserved for you just outside the door. After a long day you will NOT have to search for parking and trudge-- with your gear-- across the lot, up stairs, down a corridor, etc. It's nice to be able to back right up to the front door. We are only 1/2 mile from the popular Canyon Lodge and Mammoth's Village. We are also just down the street from the city's free shuttle system and paved bike trails (with miles of riding/walking/running). Last but not least, let's not forget the spa--there are plenty of over sized spa towels in the unit so you have to get over to the hot tub! You will feel right at home here! Any questions or comments please do not hesitate to call. The NeighborhoodWe like the fact that we are in a rather small complex. We are close to all the action the town offers (village and canyon lodge) but far enough away that it's not a distraction and is still quiet. Canyon Lodge is approx 1/2 mile from unit, Eagle Lodge is approx 1 mile. Getting AroundThe towns free bus stops are located a very short walk from the front door. Mammoth has a great free transit system that picks up every 15/30 minutes. It's a great and convenient way to get around town. Other Things to NotePlease note that the town of Mammoth Lakes charges a TOT (transient occupancy tax) of 14%. This charge as been amortized into our nightly rates. Also please note: We charge for a basic cleaning (change sheets, linens, vacuum, etc.) Cleaning does not cover excessive mess...I.E. food. Overly messy oven, microwave mess...etc. will be charged for accordingly.

The SpaceThe Easter Sierra is a vacation paradise - World class skiing & boarding in the winter and amazing hiking, fishing and biking in the summer. This lovely condo helps you to take advantage of all Mammoth Lakes has to offer. Mammoth Lakes is 30 minutes from the eastern entrance of Yosemite and 30 minutes from Mono Lake. Owners live part time in another unit on the premises and will help with any reasonable request. Condo is 2 stories and sleeps 6 people comfortably. King bed in the master, 2 twins in the loft and queen in the downstairs bedroom. The kitchen and bathrooms are brand new with new appliances. There is cable and wireless internet in the condo. There is an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and two indoor hot tubs on the premises. There is one covered parking space and room for an additional car. We are happy to recommend activities as well as restaurants and places to visit. The Canyon Lodge area is quiet - family area. The Mountain lodge is 300 yards away. Even the littlest kids can walk with their gear to the Mountain from the condo. Mammoth Lakes has free shuttles throughout Canyon Lodge area to take you throughout the town as well as a gondola that will take you to The Village to restaurants and shopping. The Condo is walking distance to the town's extensive bike paths - and a mile walk to Tamarack Lodge. For Holiday weekend there is a 3 night minimum. For Christmas and New Years there is a 5 night minimum. There is an additional 14% tax for Mammoth Lakes town included in the rental. Many rental places in Mammoth do not pay this tax - we do- it helps keep the town providing many services and quality of life to the people who live here. The SpaceMammoth Lakes is a little slice of paradise that has something for everyone, every day of the year. The large ski resort that produces more fresh powder than other neighboring resorts year after year often attracts people initially, but the small town charm, excellent dining, fishing, hiking, climbing, biking, sledding, shopping and natural hot springs is what makes people feel at home and fall in love with Mammoth Lakes. This 3+ bedroom with loft is happily situated in a low density complex surrounded by meadows and mountains. The property has a large meadow and creek for walking/hiking. The condo boasts views of Mammoth Mountain from the bedroom windows so you can check out the weather in the morning on the mountain without even leaving the bed. On the days when you choose to go to the mountain you can use the free and fast shuttle service to the mountain with a stop conveniently located out in front, less than a 5 minute walk. After coming back from the mountain you can soak your muscles in the Public hot tub (closes at 9PM), steps from the front door. For those with laptops, fast WiFi is now available. For the little ones and adults that don't want to grow up yet, there is sledding directly across from the condo in peak conditions. Although the ski season is sublime, they say that people come to Mammoth for the winters and stay for the summers. The summers are filled with fun family activities: hikes to Rainbow Falls and Devil's Postpile, walks to snowcreek meadow steps from the condo, fishing, rock climbing and bouldering, swimming, visiting the natural hot springs, golfing, biking, shopping, relaxing, canoeing, picnicking, backpacking, camping, fine dining, and viewing wildlife. Come and enjoy the beauty and splendor of Mammoth Lakes in our condo, the best kept secret that our family has been enjoying for decades. While staying at this property I enjoy taking long walks in the neighboring meadow and creek at this low density complex, enjoying evening soaks in the jacuzzi and sauna (a stone's throw away) after a long day on Mammoth Mountain, using the free shuttle system to and from the town/mountain, riding bikes with my family on the bike way, and lounging with friends and family by the fire. Since we live in Santa Ysabel, we will not be present during your stay. We do have a nearby snowcreek contact should you need something. Snowcreek is a very quiet resort and the Town of Mammoth lakes is just a few miles away. So you can do the tourist things or you can escape to our beautiful back country is just a few minutes. Public transit is a 5 minute walk from our front entrance. Free parking is included and there is ample parking even during the busy ski season. No motor home or buses are allowed at Snowcreek. If you fly into Mammoth Airport, there is public transportation for the 6 mile trip to the condo. The SpaceComfortable open floor plan 2 bedroom condo plus loft. Cozy, quaint and well appointed with great light. Walk to the Gondola Village and the Westin hotel. On the shuttle bus route. We have a beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo located within walking distance to the Village to take the Gondola up to Canyon Lodge or the bus to Main Lodge. Bus stop is located 150 feet from your front door. Condo was recently remodeled in 2009 after a fire with beautiful granite kitchen countertops, new cabinets, new floorings, new bathrooms and beautiful amenities and furnishings. There is a downstairs bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom. Upstairs has an open loft with 2 double beds, a separate bedroom with queen bed and twin bed, and a full bathroom. The kitchen and living room have an open floor plan which is great for entertaining. The dinning room table seats 8-10 and the couch is a U-shaped couch that is large enough for all. The complex has a hot tub and sauna that is available for use by all between the hours of 2pm-9pm. There are also coin operated washer and dryer machines available in the complex. Come spend your holidays in our luxurious condo skiing and boarding the beautiful slopes of Mammoth Mountain. IMPORTANT: Winter stays - If you will be staying with us during the winter months, please be sure that you come in a car that has either AWD or 4WD or 2WD WITH CHAINS. You will not be able to park in the parking lot or drive around town if it happens to snow during your stay without one of the options above. There are several places in town that sell chains if you need them while you are here. The SpaceCome stay at our 1 bedroom condo, within walking distance of the Village Gondola. The unit is quiet, has new kitchen fixtures, WiFi, (2) flatscreen TVs and a hot tub. During the ski season, you can walk down to Canyon, or walk to the gondola at the village. During the summer, take the Main gondola up to the top and ride down to the village on some of the most fun mountain bike trails in California. Aside from the queen bed in the bedroom, the condo has a pull-out couch for two more, and a small love seat that we occasionally throw a sleeping child on. :) This has been a lovely gift that's allowed our family to enjoy the outdoors and we're hopeful to share it with others who will treat it with respect and get some good use out of it. I've priced it as aggressively as I can and I hope that you will fall in love with the area as we have. There is a sauna/hot tub/ heated pool in the complex and a public washer/dryer. Our neighbor can show you some amazing backcountry trails great for biking, hiking and camping. Please make our home, your home and come enjoy the mountains and lakes and outdoors. We have the condo professionally cleaned before each guest arrives, and there's enough towels, sheets, cooking equipment etc that you feel like you're in your home. Make a fire at night on the wood fireplace and open the windows to get a nice mountain breeze while you sleep. Or take the Gondola to Canyon. Getting around Mammoth via shuttle bus, bike or car is very easy, and our place is walkable to all the shops and restaurants in the village. Other Things to NoteWe charge 14% Transit Occupancy Tax in Mammoth, for stays less than 30 days. This is to be collected before check-in via an additional AirBNB Resolution Payment--again this is a separate payment . AirBNB adds 12% to this fee if collected as part of the initial booking, but that is acceptable as well and I can create a modification to existing reservation to include this amount. When summer is here, enjoy amazing biking and hiking trails and explore all the beauty of 50+ lakes in the immediate area. The condo is a great home base to leave your stuff while exploring Yosemite, Inyo, and the rest of the Sierra. We generally come back here for a day or so when we're done camping in French Camp, or Yosemite and after getting muddy and sweaty on the bike trails, a hot shower feels great. And the golf course is nearby to the condo so there's no excuse for not hitting a bucket of balls or a quick 9 holes.

The SpaceOur condo features 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed. We have recently remodeled to ad a 1/2 bath creating 2 separate WC/Sink Vanity arrangements. The living room sleeps two more adults on a new pullout Queen size sleeper-sofa. You can also sleep a little one on the child's bed in the hallway. Our Kitchen is also fully stocked with everything you should need to prepare your favorite meals, After which you can cozy up by the pellet stove for a nice warm social time. This condo is located in the town of Mammoth Lakes in Snowcreek Resort Phase 2. The town features wonderful restaurants, both upscale and casual as well as outlet shopping and a movie theater. Make the quick drive (about 1.6 miles) to some of the best skiing in America! This unit has a king size bed in the downstairs bedroom with attached bathroom. The loft has a queen size bed & a twin daybed with a twin trundle with attached bathroom. The living room has a queen sofa bed & a twin sofa bed. Sleeps 6 -8 people. This condo has everything you need to make it your home away from home. Living room has a 55" inch LED smart TV with surround sound, Cable TV, Blu-Ray player, Apple TV & WiFi. We have a nice supply of movies/tv shows on DVD & a couple of games & puzzles. Kitchen has plenty of dishware & cookware. 12 cup coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, mixer, waffle maker, crock pot, blender & ice cream maker. The condo management only allows or for 2 vehicles. You will have to grab parking passes for the cars from the office. There is a Green Line bus stop just outside the condo that goes to Eagle Lodge. The SpaceWhere to start? The views, probably - look out the family room or master bedroom and you'll be absolutely floored. Spectacular, legendary perspective out across the Owens Valley (100 miles and counting!), all the way to the White Mountains. It's mind-blowing, really - the snowcapped peaks of the Sierra Nevada on your right, the epic valley floor, the gem of Lake Crowley, and finally, the White Mountains looming at 14,000 feet in the distance. It doesn't get any better than this (at least for my husband!). Other fantastic aspects of our lovely little home include the cozy couches, sprawling beds (especially the Master's!), outfitted kitchen, and courtesy robes. Also, there's a jacuzzi on the deck. The SpaceThis place has a total of 720 sq feet, with a clever floor plan. There are a total of 3 beds as shown in the pictures. In the main studio, I upgraded the bed to a full size daybed with a wonderful mattress and memory foam. The floor plan and space distribution offers a lot of privacy and separation, between main studio room, and the upstairs loft. Each room has a private bathroom This very quaint & cozy space is fully furnished, equipped & turn key ready for you. As you walk in, the first thing you see is the main studio room, with a nice full size REAL DAY BED, (real mattress & memory foam) with its own private bathroom. In this main studio room, you can enjoy the dinning table with 4 chairs and a little round table/ office in the corner. Here is also the nice 32 inch flat screen TV. The kitchen area is, between the main studio room, and the private loft upstairs with the bathroom and closet space downstairs. The kitchen itself has brand new appliances and it is fully equipped. The upstairs private loft has 2 twin size mattresses, with memory foams. You can arrange them however you prefer, as long as you leave them how you found them :) The loft's ceiling is not very tall, so you need to have a good back to get in and out. The loft also has its own 19 inch flat screen TV, with Dish Satellite, a CD player and of course WI-Fi internet. This cabin was recently completely renovated, painted and decorated, with the same love, that I dedicate to all my homes and vacation rentals. Long Valley, is the only place I know that has its own pure water, that comes right from inside the mountain right into our tap water! This means absolutely no chlorine! Guest AccessGuest have full access to everything! There is a common courtyard with a fire pit and a bbc. Wood or coals not provided. Please bring your own wood if you plan to light up a fire, as I have permanent residents living there as well, and the wood out there belongs to them. The NeighborhoodLong Valley, ( 11 miles south of Mammoth Lakes) is home to ALL the Eastern Sierra Hot springs & all the man made hot tubs. It is also the historical original ski resort set by Dave Mc Coy!!! Located between Crowley Lake and Mammoth Lakes, nearby the airport and the green church, which is the road that takes you to most hot tubs We are also just a few minutes from the Mammoth Airport and all the hot tubs by the green church. This gorgeous drive, will offer you housing for up to 4 people at a cheaper rate than Motel 6. I like it here better than in Mammoth, as it is really quite and you won't have to dig any snow out in winter. The area is nice and quite. The stars at night are amazing and you will be delighted by the sound of the birds that are very unique to the area. I feel like I go back in time here. This area has only a few houses... and everyone knows one another by name. We are a tiny community, like in the good old times, with all the commodities of modern life. Getting AroundYou would need to have a car to benefit for this great deal and the AWESOME views on the road to Mammoth....and back home. With high vaulted ceilings, you will feel like you're in a cabin, yet have all the modern conveniences. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3 of the bedrooms are master suites. You'll want to sit back and enjoy the sofa so comfortable you'll never want to leave. With places for 10 people to dine, and a gourmet chef's kitchen stocked ready to go with all the essentials, you'll be cooking up a storm, yet when it is time for the chef to take the day off, you can walk to more than 20 restaurants within a 4 block area. The new bowling alley is a 5 minute walk, the movie theaters just 3 minutes and the grocery store around the corner. This end unit is the largest size townhome on the property and is 3 levels. Located right in the middle of town, you'll enter this log cabin inspired mountain home into a mini mudroom with a hand carved wood bench to put on your boots, ski racks for the winter lovers, warmer trays to dry off your boots when you're ready to return. From the hand carved wood railings and log mantle to all the decorator touches, this place is cozy, comfortable yet with a casual modern mountain elegance. Each item in the home was handpicked from the mountain silverware to the plush bedding to create a vacation experience that truly feels like you are in a Mammoth Mountain retreat. Each room on the first level is meticulously decorated. There are 3 bedrooms each with a private bathroom ensuite. The master bedroom features a king size pine wood 4 poster bed, with a bed warmer, Ralph Lauren curtains, a full size closet, plenty of drawers and a wall mounted flat screen TV with Blue Ray player. The vaulted bedroom ceiling gives openness to the lodge look with sandblasted cedar panels. The ensuite bathroom has a double sink, shower/tub and toilet. Bedroom #2 features a brand new western theme with a queen pine bed and bed warmer, pine armoire, and cowboy easy chair with foot rest and reading lamp. Yee haw! This is the quiet room, to sit back and read your novel. It has its own private full bathroom with shower/tub, sink and toilet as seen in the photo. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds, a new flat screen TV with Blue Ray player perfect for the kids to watch. There is a closet and plenty of drawers to stash away the clothes and it too has its own private bathroom with sink, shower/tub, and toilet. Each bathroom has custom tiled counters and tubs and has spa amenity soaps and shampoos along with hairdryers. So don't bother to pack one! There is an ironing board, iron, plenty of extra blankets and pillows so you will be warm and toasty. Get the snow saucer out of the closet for a fun ride on the snow that can pile up in the court yard. Don't forget to bring your corn cob pipe, button nose and some coal for your own Frosty making contest! Upstairs is the 'great room' with the living room and a very large corner style sofa. Just installed are hardwood floors throughout this level. You'll love the knotty pine look which adds to our 'lodge' decor. There is a rocking chair next to the river rock gas fireplace where you can warm up after a day on the slopes, or hang the gloves up to dry. The flat screen TV has cable with a Blue Ray player. The stereo plays CDs (does any one still have CDs?) and has iPod / iPhone hookups so you can make your own music and set the mood. The living room opens to a balcony patio, with 2 easy chairs to stare at the Sherwin Mountains or the starry sky at night. There is a phone with free outgoing phone calls. All TV's have cable and we offer free private wireless Internet throughout this unit for streaming downloads and there is back up Internet throughout the property. The vaulted ceilings in the living room have ceiling fans to circulate the air so you're never too hot or cold. The dining table seats 8 and with 2 at the kitchen bar top, 10 can enjoy the meals getting prepared in the cooks kitchen with recessed lights and plenty of counter space. The kitchen has all the appliances including a new glass electric stove and Keurig coffee maker, so bring your 'K' pods, and everything you need to serve a great meal or make a delicious margarita. We keep the kitchen stocked with all the major utensils, pots and pans and dishes. If you're going to make something special, you might want to bring those tools. Or just ask us and we'll tell you what's there. There is also a 4th bathroom on this level, with sink, shower and toilet perfect for the guests on the top floor to call their own and doubles as the powder room. With touches of antlers, rustic beams and old oil lamps, you'll feel the Mammoth mining history shine through. We also have this thing for moose. Go figure, there are no moose in Mammoth! The third level is a loft converted to a sleeping space. With 2 twin beds and a futon that can open to sleep 2 more, it's a great place for the kids to hang out and have their own space or for a couple to be cozy. There is an armoire to hang up the clothes. The loft has plenty of windows with curtains and windows that open to let in fresh air. The maximum occupancy total in beds is 10. We can see the pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and beautiful trees from our large living room window and balcony. Our unit is in the middle of the complex (the best place to be) so you won’t hear cars with chains/snow plows or noisy buses on the road. We are in a area with many trees so we feel like we are in the forest and protected from the strong winter winds but still get a nice summer breeze . The unit gets a lot of sun with a southern exposure. Unpacking is easy because theirs a short flat walkway and 2 parking spots. Getting AroundAs we mentioned before, our townhouse is close to everything. The shuttle to Eagle lodge is located just to the left of the Winterset complex driveway. The Red Line, that takes you to the Village and Main Lodge is just a short walk to the corner of Old Mammoth Rd and Meridian (about 1/2 block). You can easily walk to town, Vons, Starbucks, the movies and lots of great restaurants and bars. The bench for two folds flush to the wall making ample room for yoga matt, with all lighting on dimmers it's the perfect zen retreat in the mountains...a great way to start and end your day. Master bedroom also has an amazing full body message chair as well as desk with high-speed internet and printer/scanner so you can unwind and get work done when necessary. Also very help for loading and unloading of your car. The best location in town, steps to the gondola, shops, restaurants, and bars. Building offers heated pool, several hot tubs, workout room, game room and media room. Unit comes with one underground parking space, additional parking is outside if needed. Quick easy access to everything makes this the idea location for friends and families to vacation. Once you arrive there is no need to drive drive anywhere. Most bars and restaurants are within a few hundred yards from your door and there are bus stops in front if you need to go anywhere else in town. You have full access to all amenities, including a laundry room and the kitchen comes fully stocked with everything from a coffee maker to a crock pot.

Make sure to bring your cell phones, this unit has no telephone. The master bedroom has a King size bed with new mattress, 42" wall mounted flatscreen TV, and private 3/4 bath (shower only). The second bedroom has a Queen size bed (new mattress), 22" flat screen TV, and a bunkbed with a Full on the bottom and a Twin on the top (new mattresses). Enjoy the amenities that Sunshine Village has to offer including outdoor pool (Summer only), Tennis Court (summer only), and a rec room with Jacuzzi. Other Things to Note• Please keep all used dishes in the sink or dishwasher upon departure. • Pile all used towels in the bathroom. • LEAVE PARKING PERMITS on the kitchen counter. ALL vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at owner's expense. • RETURN KEYS to the main office. In lobby drop box at the address sent in confirmation. DO NOT LEAVE KEYS IN THE UNIT. PLEASE TURN HEAT DOWN, TURN LIGHTS OFF, and CLOSE WINDOWS WHEN YOU LEAVE.

The SpaceThis two-level, two bedroom + loft condominium has wireless internet and a panoramic view of Mammoth Rock, the Sherwin Mountains, and a lovely creek with lawn area steps away from the front door of the unit. There is a fully equipped kitchen, balcony, 46" LED Flat screen TV in the living room, DVD, VCR, washer/dryer, and a wood burning fireplace (firewood NOT provided). Please visit VONS for firewood. The master bedroom downstairs has a king bed and guest bedroom has two twins. The open area loft has a queen bed. This unit is non-smoking and has two outside parking spaces (unassigned). During winter, the red line shuttle route is located on Minaret Road to the Village and Main Lodge. If the distance is too far to walk, then we recommend driving to the mountain. Getting AroundWe are located across the street from the Blue Line and Night Trolley. Both are free public transit. Other Things to NoteThe Town of Mammoth Lakes has a 13% TOT (Transient Occupancy Tax) that must be paid by the guest. Once you have selected dates I will add the tax in a return acceptance.

The SpaceThis is a wonderful two bedroom with a loft, two bath Townhome in the beautiful Snowcreek resort. This condo is in Phase 2 and has been updated with beautiful furnishings and new TV's. There is room to sleep 8. A spacious master bedroom with ensuite bath will have you sleeping sound. It has hugh views of the mountains and 3 private decks. There is a queen bed in the second room and three twins in the spacious loft. The living/dining room is an open floor plan great for entertaining and there is a large down filled sectional sofa. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all you could need to cook a great meal. There are 3 decks on the condo and all have beautiful views of Mammoth rock and the Sherwins. Plenty of parking and just a short drive to Eagle lodge. There are walking paths and biking paths right outside the door. In the winter there is a cross country trail that is miles long. You can relax to the sounds of Mammoth Creek or cozy up to the fireplace with a nice glass of wine. There is a spa very close to the condo to enjoy after a fun filled day on the mountain. Enjoy the year-round adventure that awaits you with acres of world-class skiing, miles of pristine hiking trails, excellent fishing, festivals and more!
