The SpaceFully equipped with stovetop/oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, blender, pots/pans, dishes, glasses, mugs, wine glasses and an extensive spice rack. All of the comforts of home but with million dollar views and sunsets. Guest AccessThe recently finished accommodation suite has three bedrooms with queen beds, a separate theatre room with a queen sleeper sofa (thereby making it four separate bedroom areas), a huge master bathroom, plus one and a half other bathrooms, laundry room, eat in kitchen with island, bar top with bar stools, large family room. Then, there's the patio with table and chairs, and another sitting area. The patio is a stone's toss (not even a throw) from the lake. Access from driveway to the living area is without steps, so it is handicap accessible. There are a minimal number of steps to the boat house deck. Interaction with GuestsAlthough I will not be onsite while you are staying at the house, I am accessible via phone, and welcome calls with questions or concerns. We believe that having a lake house means sharing it with others so that many people can experience and enjoy lake living. The NeighborhoodThis neighborhood is one of just a few on the lake that is a gated community with it's own boat ramp. Getting AroundWonderful location, near the middle of the 30+ mile Lake Gaston. Do stock up on groceries, as the nearest grocery store is 13 miles away. There is no public transportation. There are several restaurants that are easily accessible by boat or car. Other Things to NoteThere is no trash service. You will have to take your trash to the county collection center which is just 5 minutes from the home.
