The SpaceIf you want a special house for a group of good friends, or a family or two this beautifully designed beach bungalow surpasses anything else in the area. Designed with love and attention to detail, this spacious, sun filled house not only invites lazy afternoons but frames the gum trees, the banksia's full of Rainbow Lorikeets and the skyline. There is stylish, comfortable furniture (especially the beds), a kitchen that deserves to be cooked in, alfresco dining and a simple yet effective fire pit.
The long lost sleep-in is also encouraged by having the house divided into two pavilions - one for the living, the other for rest. Enjoy!
At your doorstep:
- Green Island’s perfect left hand surf break.
- A tranquil, tidal inlet full of pelicans and fish at sunset. Perfect for canoeing, back floating and swimming.
- Manyana beach, just go to the end of Quebec Street (heading east).

The NeighborhoodMy Cunjurong Point highlights:
*GREEN ISLAND - surfing, exploring, rock fishing, snorkelling, sunset picnics (need a low tide) and dolphin gazing from 'the rock' armchairs at the point.
Walk takes 10mins along Manyana Beach or unload those boards at Ottawa St car park. Check out the surf and tide conditions from the look out in the national park.
*MANYANA BEACH great for boogie boarding, surfing, beach fishing, the rock pools at low tide and walking the dog.
*LAKE CONJOLA INLET great for floating down, SUP, kayaking and fishing at sunset while watching the sun drop behind The Budawangs. There's a boat ramp at the end of York St or take the bush track (interesction of Ottawa St and Cunjurong Point Rd). When a southerly hits this tranquil area turns very windy, which is great for the kite surfers but if you need protection head to BENDALONG which is only a 5 minute drive.
*EXPLORE by foot or bike the many bush tracks. Head down Austen Street into the bush out into the Manyana township to play tennis, basketball or soccer. All located on Manyana Drive.
*Discover INYADDA BEACH off Sunset Strip Manyana. A must for the surfer and beach walker.
* ROCK HOP from Manyana Beach to Inyyada to Bendalong.
* National Park Walks - Pigeon House Mountain and Mount Bush Walker (my favourite and the closest of the two.
* Milton - Pilgrims Cafe, Cupitts Winery, St Isadora, the IGA and the Bakery
Getting Around*You will a car if you want to drive into Milton (for the restaurants and cafes), Ulladulla (for the cinema and big food shop) and/or to explore other south coast areas and remote bush walks.
*A bike is also a wonderful way to experience Cunjurong Point, Manyana and Bendalong - discover the many bush tracks and beaches.
**Cunjurong Point's isolation from main street shops, roads and transport is part of its charm! Other Things to Note*This property is no longer pet friendly.
*Please bring your own linen (towels, sheets and pillow cases). Bed configuration - 1 x king, 1 x queen, 4 x single and 1 x double (daybed).
*There are ticks in the area so best to wear a hat in the bush and to bring rid and tweezers.
