The SpaceMy apartment is in the center of Maplewood and next door to the Maplewood Train Station (NJ Transit). NYC is a quick 35 minute direct commute in from Maplewood.
I can comfortably fit about 3 people (4 max) in my apartment's living room. I have an air mattress and a couch with a chez lounge. Guest AccessGuests will receive a key if staying more than one day. The security door in the lobby is operated by a key code.
Guests can use their own computer, but a computer is available, if needed.
Guests will have access to Wifi, Netflix, Hulu Plus, HBO Go, ShowTime OnDemand.
All Utilities are included. Washer/Dryer, dishwasher are all in the apartment.
Limited closet space.
Towels and linens are available.
You are welcome to use the fridge, kitchen, in-unit laundry. I ask that you please replace anything you finish or is almost empty. (Food/drink/detergent/soap/shampoo, etc..)
Parking can be tricky in Maplewood, since overnight parking is not allowed. Please inform me if you will be bringing a car so I can inquire about obtaining a guest parking pass. Interaction with GuestsGuests will be able to contact me directly on my cell phone, or via email. If I am traveling, I will provide you with an Emergency contact who can address your needs. The NeighborhoodMaplewood is a very cute town. Lots of art, music, concerts, festivals, and best of all is the restaurant scene. Small town but very diverse and culturally aware and accepting.
The best part is that the train station is next door to the apartment building and you can be in New York in about 35 mins. Getting AroundNJ Transit is next door to the apartment building. We are on the Morris-Essex line. Check train (email hidden) for timings to head East into NYC.
