I live with my 16 very mature daughter in a quiet northern suburb of Perth. There are 6 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, 2 reception areas, 2 kitchens and a large 10.5m salt water swimming pool. There is also free wifi internet available.

There is a golf course within 10 mins walk and the Swan valley is 20 mins drive away for all local wineries. Getting AroundTaxi, Uber and hire car is ideal. There is public transport available and train stations not too far away. Other Things to NoteIf nobody can be there to let you into the house we will arrange for a key to be left out for you.

When compared to other Perth accommodation you will find our place to be cheaper yet provides you with more. Why stay at a caravan park or backpackers when you can stay here? The apartment is on the same block as the main house (main house is also available) but still very private and is fully self contained. The apartment has its own side entry and carport. The smell of smoke remains on clothing and therefore transfers off onto furnishings in the house. We choose to keep our rentals smoke free Outdoors: Off street undercover parking for one vehicle and shared use of outdoor patio with seating overlooking a frog pond (please note that during breeding season July - Jan the motorbike frogs do call all night). All our rentals have solar panels on the roof to reduce our carbon footprint and mostly native gardens. The Area: Local public transport is provided by the government and is called Transperth. You may wish to do a search on the internet to find the webpage. There is a bus stop at the end of the street. Local takeaway, deli and laudromat (a business with paid washing machines and dryers) all within walking distance and major shopping centre only a 5 minute drive. Please check the calendar for availability. If the dates you want are unavailable that means someone else has booked and this place is not available. See my other listings as they may have availability. This place is not usually available to view before a booking is taken. One reason is that it is usually fully booked and I do not want to invade other peoples privacy by showing you through the place they have booked and paid for. Please don't ask as refusal may offend. The NeighborhoodOur neighbourhood is just far enough away from the city to be quiet and easily accessible to the Swan Valley. We are located approximately halfway between Perth city and Joondalup, 10 kilometres directly inland from Hilarys Boat Harbour. Getting AroundThere are two bus/train options near our house. One takes you to Whitfords Station and is 220 metres; the other is 450 metres and goes to Warwick Station. A 1.2km walk to Kingsway Shopping Village opens up other bus routes to various destinations. Other Things to NoteWe have two cats, who have the run of the place. Yes, they do shed cat hair, but we sweep daily and vacuum regularly. They generally are quite shy and don't get in the way.
