The house is built on two levels, the top floor comprises of a master bedroom with its own balcony and superb views of the mountains, bay and mystic island of Silhouette. It also comprises of a large sitting room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, large fridge and all necessary utensils, cutlery and glass ware. On the bottom floor, there are two double rooms and a spacious verandah overlooking the garden. Beau-Vallon has numerous shops, road side vendors where you can find fresh fruit, vegetables and fish. Each Wednesday evening there is a night bazaar along the beach front where locals and tourists join together in a festive ambiance, savouring local dishes while listening to island tunes. There are three major hotels in Beau-Vallon, several restaurants and health and beauty spas. Activities include four Padi accredited diving centers as well as boat charters and services. In the neighbouring district of Belle Ombre you will find the very popular Tequila Boom night club. For the more adventurous, there are four beautiful nature trails in the area, namely; Anse Majore, Congo Rouge,Dans Gala and Mare aux Cochon. House keeping, child minding, meals on demand and internet are available options. The villa is easily accessible to public transport which are located at the bottom of the road. However hiring a vehicle would be favorable. The villa is surrounded by a tropical garden, consisting of local fruit trees, exotic orchids, scented frangipanis and Ylangylang. where you can enjoy the sounds of nature along with a spectacular sunset. Staying at the villa will allow you a rare opportunity to experience the tranquility, flora and fauna of a tropical island.

The SpaceA spacious tastefully decorated superior room that opens onto a terrace that stretches the whole length of the first floor. The bathroom is en suit and recently renovated, includes a massive shower space perfect for two. The room has a small fridge, plenty of wardrobe space, a small settee where one car relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the area as well as the amazing views of the ocean, mountains and the mysterious Silhouette Island. . The superior room is on the first floor of Lemongrass Villa, located in a very quiet area up a small hill yet on 3 minutes walk to the closest beach. The villa has three rooms each can accommodate a couple.The rates of 75euros is for the superior room on first floor only. While the kitchen is shared with clients who book the other rooms on the ground floor. The villas does have two kitchens for clients use. Breakfast is served on the clients private terrace and is upon demand on arrival. The rate given on airbnb does not include breakfast. The closest bus stop is 5 minutes walk away, whereas shops, restaurants are about 10 minutes walk from the Villa. Although Lemongrass Villa is mountain side and rather secluded from the rest of busy Beau-Vallon, it is still close enough to where the action is yet far enough from the 'madding crowd' so one can enjoy peace and quiet in an exotic tropical garden reminiscent of the old Seychelles. The SpaceCarambole is an open plan one bedroom apartment with a mezzanine bedroom. The apartment has aircon as well as mosquito net . The kitchen is small but well equip with fridge, toaster, electric kettle and all other amenities. The apartment opens onto a small terrace perfect for relaxing and one can also eat meals. The bathroom is on the ground floor with a spacious shower. The apartment is set in an extensive tropical garden with exotic fruits, flowers and shrubs. One cannot help but feel at peace with nature and the elements in such a surrounding. Free parking is available. House keeping is done daily and the area is very safe and secure. Restaurants and shops are 10 minutes walk away, the closest beach and bust stop are 3 minutes walk down the hill. Guest AccessGuests have access to free car park, wifi at cost. Restaurants and shops are 10minutes away. Value for money accommodation for people looking for a decent, clean and nice place to spend their holiday. Guests can order breakfast upon arrival and pay directly to us. The villa has a shared kitchen, however tea/coffee making facilities are available in the room. No barking dogs or cars going up and down the road. There are a few neighbors and the owner lives 2 minutes away and available at all times. the closest beach is 2 minutes away and Beau-Vallon bay is about 10 minutes walk and so are the shops and restaurants. there is plenty of parking space, the road although hilly is quite manageable.

The main Villa is 550 sqm of living space with a well-maintained garden containing a rich away of flora & fauna, including organic fruit trees. Our large and spacious home, is configured to sleep 8 persons + 2 persons in extra beds. In addition, our separate and fully contained duplex can accommodate an extra 2 persons, bringing the total number of guests to 12. Our home is most ideal for large families or groups travelling together. However, we also accept bookings for couples and small families. The NeighborhoodOur location is PERFECT and well sought after. The house is situated in a quiet & peaceful neighbourhood and is a distance from its 3 neighbours. The property is walled/fenced and gated for total privacy, with no windows facing the neighbours. This provides total privacy from prying eyes. It's surrounded by a lush forest that is inhabited by fauna & fauna. Some endemic birds live there, including a colony of fruit bats and a few rare blue pigeons. After a day at the beach or sightseeing, come home to peace and quiet and relax by your own swimming pool. The beautiful popular Beau Vallon beach (with various 5 hotels, restaurants, pizzerias, bar, supermarkets, shops, night market, fruit stalls, pharmacy and water sports) only around 3 km away (less than 5 mins drive). A supermarket/grocery store is 600 m away, the Northolme Hilton Hotel & Spa, about 700m and the Sunset Beach (fabulous snorkelling) is around 1.5 km (around 2 minutes drive). Getting AroundA bus-stop is located about 600m away. However, a car rental is highly recommended, although it is necessary anyway if you want to tour and enjoy the parts of the island that are difficult to access by public transport. We can arrange a car rental for you. If you don't want to book a car, we can organise airport transfers (payable to the service provider). Some of Seychelles' most magnificent sights can only be discovered on foot. Venture out and explore this beautiful country in more detail. Walk along the coast or follow one of the local trails and explore a side of Seychelles many people never get to see. Nature trails up into the mountains are well laid out and informative, inexpensive guides are available at the offices of the Seychelles Tourist Board in town. Linen and towels are provided and changed every 4th day. Children are welcome. Internet available - wifi system, cable TV, DVD player. Wake up to the sound of the sea and admire the breathtaking view from your bedroom verandahs and watch the spectacular sunsets. Your home away from home. Set in a large tropical garden bordering the sea, peaceful setting, great snorkeling just off the beach, very private with secure parking, close to shops and many restaurants (4 minutes walk away to a small shop or 3-5 minutes by car to bigger shops) . The nearest restaurants are at the Hilton Northolme Hotel & Spa which is just next door. It is an ideal location if you are part of a diving group as the Dive Centre (Blue Sea Divers) can come and collect you right on your doorstep. Great for families but also business travellers. The duplex is cleaned after every 3rd night, with replacement of bedsheets and towels (inc beach towels). You are expected to leave the duplex in a clean state on check-out, failing which a cleaning fee may be billed to you. We work with quality,value-for money operators for airport/port transfers,car hire,big-game fishing and scuba diving in order to get you the best rates. Beachfront,elegantly decorated,spacious and stylish ,fully equipped self-catering 3 bedroom duplex with direct access to your secluded beach. Secured off road private parking is provided. We are right next door to the Hilton Northolme Hotel & Spa and 5 minutes walk to the nearest shop. Other restaurants or shops are within 2-5 minutes drive away and that also includes watersports facilities such as jetski, paragliding, diving to name a few. For those who wish to try the local transportation, the bus stop is right in front of our entrance. For those who wish to just relax - your secluded beach is just down the garden - a wonderful beach at low tide for children and great snorkeling area. A peaceful haven just for you.

D&M; Holiday Apartment was completed in 2012. The apartment is near the family home and the guests can make use of the Swimming Pool. Sunset can be observed from the front of the main house. The whole area is fenced for security and electronic gate access for convenient entry. Parking is available too. You have the option of choosing between two fully furnished self-catering apartments named as Silhouette and Ile du Nord. Ile du Nord is the bottom apartment and has a cosy layout. There are 2 bedrooms available, both with air condition and fan, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area and living room. It can accommodate 4 persons maximum. Guests have the option of renting out 1 bedroom. Silhouette is the top apartment and has an open plan layout with kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a terrace. From the terrace there is a mountain view. It can accommodate 2 persons maximum. We provide the first day breakfast. Otherwise the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen.
