The SpaceThis is the best area of this wonderful Mediterranean coast- the Kings summer palace is just down the road! Kabila Vista is next door to the Ritz Carlton hotel, between sophisticated Marina Smirr and the bustling fishing town of M'Diq. Reserved shaded parking space for flat.
The spacious A/C apartment is 8 minutes walk from the golden beaches and a few steps to the large swimming pool. The large BEDROOM has a superking double bed with a memory foam mattress. There is also a sofa bed, chest of drawers with mirror, mahogany fitted cupboards with shelves and plenty of hangers, iron and ironing board. It overlooks the garden, and voile curtains drift in the breeze and give you privacy.
The BATHROOM next door has a bath with shower and glass shower screen,basin, bidet, toilet, shelves for towels etc and a wall cupboard. A SHOWER ROOM off the hall has shower, toilet and basin.
The separate KITCHEN has a small COURTYARD, (useful for drying clothes), deep freeze, fridge, clothes washing machine, cooker , microwave, coffee machine etc- in fact everything you could need.
The SALON has Moroccan style couches (can sleep two) coffee table, folding dining table and chairs, TV (satelite), DVD, books and games: it opens onto a large TERRACE with table- and- chairs and loungers and coffee table.
The entrance HALL has plenty of room for a buggy, a cot and high chair can be provided on request.
We thought of it as a luxury place for two, but many families have found it ideal too!
The complex has 24- hour attendance at the gate, pools, tennis courts, playground, and a small shop close to the apartment for fresh bread and basics. In the Summer, wi fi is available in the café at the Aparthotel close by, in winter it is available at café Olas by the seafront at M'diq.
The other side of the road is the small attractive Kabilla Marina where you can eat at the excellent restaurant or just sip coffee and watch the boats - or turn left to the crystal clear sea and beaches that stretch for miles.

The complex has several pools, tennis courts , football arenas, play- ground, shop and restaurant (with wi fi access ). (summer only)
Our apartment is the first block, so nearest to the stroll to the beach and marina, you have to cross the road, so children should be accompanied.

The flat is run by a young Moroccan agent who speaks English, Spanish, French, Arabic and probably more! The NeighborhoodYoungsters enjoy camel rides and a water-park and fun-fair just down the road, when they can be torn away from the swimming pool! There is a thalassotherapy spa close by at Marina Hotel, or try the traditional Moroccan massage and hammams in Tetouan.
This is a great place for golfers and horse riders, scuba diving, jet ski, quad bike adventure and paintballing - all within a few miles.

Make an expedition through the beautiful mountainside, see Chefchaouan, the blue mountain town 'prettiest in Morocco', or Tangier with its many layers of history and culture - you can find unspoilt villages and seaside cliffs and this is a paradise for birdwatchers in the spring and autumn migration times.
The white regional capital Tetouan is half an hour away: the medina there is like Marrakesh before the tourists: so unspoilt it is a World Heritage site. We can recommend an excellent guide who knows all the hidden corners and is a mine of fascinating history and information. If you want traditional crafts of leather or metal, colourful china or glowing carpets, this is a good place to buy, or watch them being made at the artisan museum. Wine, beer and spirits can be bought in a shop in Cabo Negro, or in many restaurants and hotel bars, by non-Muslims, it costs about the same as England.
Ceuta is half an hour in the other direction where you can enjoy duty free shopping, the huge marine park and ancient churches and castles and tapas bars, in a Spanish environment. You could easily take a day trip to Spain or Gibraltar(3/4 hrs by ferry or half hour by helicopter) and sample three different cultures in a day! However, Morocco is hard to leave, with friendly people beautiful countryside and a fascinating ancient culture to explore Getting AroundThere is private shaded parking allocated to the flat and a few steps away. There are wonderful excursions to go on, so a car is a useful thing to have, however there are taxi's available and a bus runs up and down the coast road, with the bus stop very close to the complex.
There are restaurants and a shop within walking distance and a lot of people just enjoy relaxing in the sun on the terrace or under an umbrella on the beach.
Public transport to further away- coach or grande taxi is available from Tetouan, the nearest train station is Tangier.
