The basement apartment has a separate entrance from the house entrance and this is not for guests. Guests may fish in the fully stocked with Bass pond! Enjoy strolls thru the 8 acres of well manicured grounds. Interaction with Guests The owners live in the Guest House, a separate residence. The owners are always in occupancy in the Guest House, so any questions or concerns may be addressed and answered and to assure the proper care is being taken of the property. The drinking water is regularly tested, and is safe to drink from any faucet!
