The SpaceThe Rustic Studio is on the compound of GraceGardens Retreat. Though our property is on a high bank of the San Marcos, the Studio is on the front part of the property, just a short walk to an overlook of the river. The Studio is a primitive one room space for those travelers who need little more than a bed and a coffee pot. We've updated the studio with a comfy king size bed and a wall unit that provides air-conditioning and heating. Please note, however, that in Texas our July, August, and September temperatures can be very high, so that the space may stay a bit warm during the days and in mid 70's at night. Think camping with a king size bed, microwave and refrigerator. A large full bath is a short walk through a patio into the main house. Along with basic needs, you get is the rest of the amenities of GraceGardens that include a tree-shaded swimming pool, hot tub, wifi and touring bicycles. This splendid 3-bedroom home is a truly unique find for all types of groups seeking a fun, relaxing weekend away from all the big city lights. The master suite located just off the dining room contains dark, upscale furnishings including a plush king size bed with fine linens and a master bath with double sinks and oversized, solid glass walk-in shower.
