The SpaceUpstairs comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open lounge, dining and kitchen area and 2 private balconies. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, large bathroom, laundry and lounge room.

The entire living areas have gorgeous views looking out over the sea and natural cliffs of this rural part of the coast. Watch the sun set into the ocean directly in front of you as you relax with an afternoon ‘sundowner' in the plush leather lounges, dining table or on the bar stools around the island bench. Large couches and a day lounge are positioned around the combustion heater that warms the whole upstairs living area during the cooler months.
The oversized decking is completely covered, outdoor Bose speaker system, granite benches with sink, beer fridge, built-in Teppanyaki stainless steel BBQ plate, free standing family WeberQ BBQ. Large teak table with 10 comfortable chairs is the ultimate location any time of day to relax and take in the breathtaking tranquil seaviews.
THE BEDROOMS (5 in total, 3 upstairs and 2 downstairs)

3. CHILDRENS SUITE – 2 sets of bunk beds all with adult support mattresses. This room shares the same bathroom facilities as the Queen suite.
4. QUEEN SUITE DOWNSTAIRS – Queen bed, dresser and mirror, built –in –robes, Ceiling fan & ducted heating/cooling, TV, WI-FI. Full wall of glass sliding doors open out to downstairs decking and back yard. Private access to quest bathroom.

The bedrooms are set up so 2 families or 3 couplescan share the house whilst still having plenty of space and privacy.
The ground floor has the perfect 2nd lounge room or kids retreat. Set up with Foxel, x-box 360 & sensor, TV, Childrens DVD's and a cupboard full of games and sports equipment. Opening up to a large landscaped lawn there's plenty of room for children's activities.
A 5 hole golf putting green encompasses the front garden. Practice your putting before heading out to one of the local courses! Hours of fun for adults and children alike! Putters and balls are all provided.
The back garden has an infinity sand pit, swing set and tree fort for the children. There's plenty of lawn area for backyard cricket and football. Outside is complete with a dining table on the paved, shaded veranda.
The outside Balinese bamboo shower has both hot and cold water and is perfect after time spent at the beach.

The family friendly beach is directly at the end of a street, only a 150m walk. Fishing, boogie boarding, sand boarding are popular at this beach. The sand is soft and white with hardly any seaweed. The water is crystal clear and much more transparent than any of the suburban beaches along the coast. This northern end of the beach is dog friendly with a leash-free area. There is a reserve with new playground, open showers and picnic areas. There is an unclad part to the beach but its quite far away at the southern end. There is separate access to this end of the beach with a separate car park located further around towards Port Willunga. Getting AroundThe closest train station is Seaford that goes directly into Adelaide CBD. Other Things to NoteTerms & Conditions
STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TEMPORARY HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION
Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.
Deposit of 50% non-refundable is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Full balance of the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy. If not, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in the payment of additional cleaning costs of $150 upwards by guests. The house is a rented to you as a place to retreat, relax and unwind.
Great respect to the neighbourhood is required. Disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise and loud music is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of rental. The house is completely unsuitable for loud music (sound travels downhill) and local residents have no hesitation in calling the police at any time of day/evening which results in police fines of $360 being issued. Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Letter or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees of $40 per person per night will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Pets are welcomed with prior approval, but not allowed inside. A clean kennel, dog mat, food/water bowls are all provided. Only use the old towels that are provided in the laundry for drying off animals or dog mats.
Beach Equipment requires hosing off and drying before being stored back in the laundry in an orderly way.
Towels and Linen Please be aware that makeup and spray tan is very difficult to remove from our luxurious linen and bath towels. Any permanent staining may result in a replacement charge. We have supplied some dark flannels in the vanities to remove makeup.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10.30am, to allow time to prepare property for next guests. Prior arrangements can be made for late checkouts. Used crockery, cutlery etc must be washed and put away. The dishwasher should be emptied prior to your departure. The BBQ should be brushed down and stowed under its cover. Excess rubbish should be bagged and placed in the large bins outside
If the BBQ is left dirty a $60 will be charged from the bond.
Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If a refund is made due to the property being relet then a $75 cancellation fee will apply.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
A security bond of $1000 is required. A credit card number is required but not processed unless deemed necessary after the tenants' departure. Tenants will be notified of any costs incurred. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared etc.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants' responsibility during their stay and must be reported please. We are far more understanding if you tell us there has been a breakage rather than leaving it for us to find. Any damage or loss of property is deemed to be from guests misuse a repair / replacement cost and any excess cleaning will be on charged.
