The SpaceThis great 2 bedroom, self-contained, modern apartment is on the ground floor of a 2 story house across the road from the beautiful Maslin Beach and within a 5 min drive to the wineries and restaurants of McLaren Vale. Only 45 minutes drive from Adelaide, it's a great place to spend a few days getting a taste of beach and wineries. Or you might want a restful stopping point if travelling from the East Coast to the West Coast of Australia, via Adelaide. You have your own kitchen, bathroom and living room with TV, Foxtel and Internet. Fresh, clean bedding and towels are provided and tea and coffee. We are gay friendly and kid friendly. The 2nd bedroom is suitable for 1 adult but is suitable for 2 children by negotiation. There is a split system airconditioning and heating and a private courtyard with a gas BBQ. Off street parking is at the entrance to the apartment. Chill out on the family beach or enjoy a picnic in the park overlooking the northern beach, swim at the southern nudist beach, wander the cliff top trails or hike the Onkaparinga Gorge, hire bikes to tackle the famous Willunga Hill from the TourDownunder, visit the wineries or visit Adelaide for the day. The local shops and laundromat are 5 minutes away in the town of McLaren Vale. No smoking or pets. You really need a car while staying here but you can catch a lovely 1 hour train ride along the coast into Adelaide from nearby Seaford Station. The shops are a 5-10 min drive away to get food supplies. There are no convenience stores in Maslin Beach itself. You will also have access to the property's beautiful swimming pool and spa. Please note that our swimming pool and spa are accessed by both our Dunes Suite guests and our Sky Suite guests. Also, our swimming pool and spa are solar heated. This heating is only on from October to March therefore the swimming pool is unheated from April to September. Interaction with GuestsBill, your host, will ensure that the space is kept clean and that all amenities are available for you. Breakfast will be prepared for you daily at 9:30am. If you would like breakfast at a different time please let Bill know the day before. Other Things to NotePlease note this is a hosted Bed and Breakfast, however you have full cooking facilities within your apartment so you need not interact with our lovely host, Bill, or our guest in The Dunes Suite - it's entirely up to you! The Sky Suite, entire upstairs floor, consists of an ensuite double bedroom with a queen sized bed, a huge private lounge area which includes a kitchen with a full sized fridge, a microwave and a dishwasher, a table tennis table, a foosball table, a private sitting area, a dinning table for 2, a wrap around balcony that faces on to the sea and a Juliette balcony that over looks the swimming pool and spa. Please note that the price listed is for up to 4 guests. Additional guests are welcome at a fee of $50 per person per stay. A well-appointed open-plan living and kitchen area, spacious bathroom and laundry complete the internal design. The large backyard is ideal for the children to play in as well as being available for your pets to stay in. We offer our guests free wifi and Fetch TV. The NeighborhoodSituated just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Maslin Beach, on the coastline of the famed Fleurieu Peninsula, The Beach House at Maslins is less than a 10 minute drive to the heart of the McLaren Vale food and wine region. Being only 40 minutes from Adelaide CBD and the airport, this is the perfect holiday rental for a romantic getaway, to celebrate special occasions, relax and unwind and to use as a base for coastal or vine adventures or as a venue for activities such as team building workshops. Getting AroundIt's best to have a car to explore the region. If you just want to relax by the beach though, throw on your thongs and 2 minutes later you will be on 3km of white sand. Please note that most of the beach is family friendly, although the far most southern end is for those who have chosen to leave their swimmers at home. Other Things to NoteEach bedroom has new luxury bedding with linen, towels and beach towels supplied. There are heaters and fans, with an air-conditioner in the main bedroom and in the open-plan living space. A Port-a-cot, high-chair and stroller are available on request. The bathroom has a shower and bath with a separate toilet. The laundry comes with washing machine (some detergent supplied), clothes dryer and ironing facilities. The spacious, open plan living room and kitchen is air conditioned. There is a large flat screen television with a DVD player and Fetch TV. There s free wifi and a stereo with an IPod dock. Some books, games, DVDs and CDs are available for your enjoyment. The living space opens out onto a large deck with extensive sea views. On the deck you will find an 8 seater table, umbrellas and some deck chairs for you to enjoy the majestic views of Maslin Beach and the surrounding area. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment including a Nespresso machine with some pods supplied. If you wish to enjoy many coffees on the deck, we recommend bringing some of your favourite blends. There is also a selection of local teas from the Fine and Dandy Tea Co as well as some basic condiments. The kitchen is well appointed for those guests that wish to take advantage of the fabulous choice of regional produce and stay in and cook and there is a WebberQ on the deck for alfresco dining. The shady backyard is fenced and Maslin Beach is both children and dog friendly. There is a kennel situated under the house. The Beach House at Maslins is 1 minute walk away from the family friendly end of Maslin Beach which includes a dog zone. On the way to the beach you will pass by Frank Hilton Reserve with its large children's playground, BBQ facilities and three exercise zones for those who feel like an extra workout with their run along the beach. There is plenty of room under the house to store your kayaks or other such equipment, as well as room to park your car. The house was fully refurbished in 2013 and is a non-smoking residence.

The bathroom has a spa bath, shower and toilet and there is an additional toilet and outside shower - great for those days spent on the beach. Our house has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry with a washing machine. The house is suitable for couples, families and small groups although we do not rent out as a party venue. There is no smoking inside but smoking is allowed outside. The house has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge room. Daily rate from $150pn 2 adults to $290pn off peak for 6 adults - minimum 2 nights. Additional adults $30pnpp children $15pnpp up to max 6 adults 4 children. Weekly rate from $1,150 to $1,950. 2 night minimum except Xmas 7 night minimum (negotiable) and Easter 3 night minimum. The NeighborhoodTHE BEACH The family friendly beach is directly at the end of a street, only a 150m walk. Fishing, boogie boarding, sand boarding are popular at this beach. The sand is soft and white with hardly any seaweed. The water is crystal clear and much more transparent than any of the suburban beaches along the coast. This northern end of the beach is dog friendly with a leash-free area. There is a reserve with new playground, open showers and picnic areas. There is an unclad part to the beach but its quite far away at the southern end. There is separate access to this end of the beach with a separate car park located further around towards Port Willunga. Getting AroundThe closest train station is Seaford that goes directly into Adelaide CBD. Other Things to NoteTerms & Conditions STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TEMPORARY HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing. Deposit of 50% non-refundable is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Full balance of the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy. If not, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it. To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in the payment of additional cleaning costs of $150 upwards by guests. The house is a rented to you as a place to retreat, relax and unwind. Great respect to the neighbourhood is required. Disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise and loud music is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of rental. The house is completely unsuitable for loud music (sound travels downhill) and local residents have no hesitation in calling the police at any time of day/evening which results in police fines of $360 being issued. Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Letter or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees of $40 per person per night will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance. Pets are welcomed with prior approval, but not allowed inside. A clean kennel, dog mat, food/water bowls are all provided. Only use the old towels that are provided in the laundry for drying off animals or dog mats. Beach Equipment requires hosing off and drying before being stored back in the laundry in an orderly way. Towels and Linen Please be aware that makeup and spray tan is very difficult to remove from our luxurious linen and bath towels. Any permanent staining may result in a replacement charge. We have supplied some dark flannels in the vanities to remove makeup. Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10.30am, to allow time to prepare property for next guests. Prior arrangements can be made for late checkouts. Used crockery, cutlery etc must be washed and put away. The dishwasher should be emptied prior to your departure. The BBQ should be brushed down and stowed under its cover. Excess rubbish should be bagged and placed in the large bins outside If the BBQ is left dirty a $60 will be charged from the bond. Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If a refund is made due to the property being relet then a $75 cancellation fee will apply. The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. A security bond of $1000 is required. A credit card number is required but not processed unless deemed necessary after the tenants' departure. Tenants will be notified of any costs incurred. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared etc. Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants' responsibility during their stay and must be reported please. We are far more understanding if you tell us there has been a breakage rather than leaving it for us to find. Any damage or loss of property is deemed to be from guests misuse a repair / replacement cost and any excess cleaning will be on charged. The NeighborhoodMaslin Beach has a country town appeal but just so close to Adelaide. A very community based location. The suburb itself is surrounded by open space. Getting AroundBus transport is available. Bus stop is 100 metres away on edge of reserve/beachfront. With transfers you can get to Adelaide by bus or train. McLaren Vale which is approximately 5 minutes drive also has a taxi service. Other Things to NoteOur home is a great base to enjoy the beaches, wineries, vineyard scenery of the Fleurieu Peninsula. Midway between Adelaide and Victor Harbour and Kangaroo Island ferry.

      Beach House Accommodation near McLaren Vale. Our 3 bedroom house is by the beach and 5 minutes from McLaren Vale. It is fully self contained - all you require are your own personal items. House can sleep 6 adults and 4 children but no. of adults can be negotiated. Our house is opposite a reserve which you can walk down to beach on - the beach is only 100m away. Super close to the beach, parks, playground and walkways. The local shops are a 3min walk away and include petrol station, supermarket, bakery, pizza bar, liquor store and chemist. Getting AroundThe bus stop is a 3min walk. It links up with the train into the city, or to the major shopping centres at Seaford and Noarlunga. In the opposite direction the bus can be caught down the southern coast to Maslins Beach, Aldinga and Sellicks beach or head into McLaren Vale for wine tasting or to Willunga for the famous Saturday market Other Things to NoteI have a young puppy who loves guests! He is full of energy and is still learning proper etiquette. If you're not much of a dog person this may not be the right place for your stay.

It is located close to suburbs that have a shopping area. The homes are settled by families that live there all year round. Children have the freedom to walk around ride thier bikes. Maslin beach has a small town feeling. It is a very short commute to the best wine region in SA Getting AroundPublic transport to the beach by bus, this will connect you to very regular trains to Adelaide. You can cycle or just walk the trails along the beach or parks close by. You can bring your kayak for some great local sea kayaking. To travel further you may need a car or motorbike. Other Things to NoteThere is a no pet policy but in some cases we will allow pets with prior approval. This may include a bond. No smoking in the house. Strict rule of no parties in the property.

                A large four bedroom house 100 m from the beautiful Maslin beach and playgrounds. You could look out from the patio to the sea, watch the sunset, sip a glass of wine in the sea breeze while your family enjoy the lawns and cook up a BBQ. You could drive or cycle to the Mclaren Vale vine yards 5-8 km away or simply relax on the great sands and clear water of Adelaide's best beach. You can walk along the beach 1km to the unclad bathing area at the far end of the beach or along the coastal cliffs and dunes. Enjoy the views over the Gulf St Vincient. Maslin Beach is unique it is only a short distance from Adelaide city has full transport options, Bus and nearby train. Several supermarkets about 2km away but is a small suburb surrounded by farm land and small rural hobby farms. Its just like a country town. Your kids can walk and cycle the streets enjoy some freedom or just hang out in the peace and quite. The house has 4 bedrooms with an on suite to the master bedroom. The lounge and dinning areas are large open and airy. There is a small coffee machine with coffee and tea supplied. You can cook up on the stove oven and two microwaves, Or use the BBQ, gas supplied.

                The Beach House at Maslins is located so close to the beach, that it is possible to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean in one of our 3 spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds and the third bedroom is fitted with 2 sets of bunks. Each bedroom has new luxury bedding with linen, towels and beach towels supplied. There are heaters and fans, with an air-conditioner in the main bedroom and in the open-plan living space. A Port-a-cot, high-chair and stroller are available on request. The bathroom has a shower and bath with a separate toilet. The laundry comes with washing machine (some detergent supplied), clothes dryer and ironing facilities. The spacious, open plan living room and kitchen is air conditioned. There is a large flat screen television with a DVD player and Fetch TV and a stereo with an IPod dock. Some books, games, DVDs and CDs are available for your enjoyment. There is free Wifi available throughout the house. The living space opens out onto a large deck with extensive sea views. On the deck you will find an 8 seater table, umbrellas and some deck chairs for you to enjoy the majestic views of Maslin Beach and the surrounding area. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment including a Nespresso machine with some pods supplied. If you wish to enjoy many coffees on the deck, we recommend bringing some of your favourite blends. There is also a selection of local teas from the Fine and Dandy Tea Co as well as some basic condiments. The kitchen is well appointed for those guests that wish to take advantage of the fabulous choice of regional produce and stay in and cook and there is a WebberQ on the deck for alfresco dining. The shady backyard is fenced and Maslin Beach is both children and dog friendly. There is a kennel situated under the house. The Beach House at Maslins is 1 minute walk away from the family friendly end of Maslin Beach which includes a dog zone. On the way to the beach you will pass by Frank Hilton Reserve with its large children's playground, BBQ facilities and three exercise zones for those who feel like an extra workout with their run along the beach. There is plenty of room under the house to store your kayaks or other such equipment, as well as room to park your car. The house was fully refurbished in 2013 and is a non-smoking residence. There is standard pantry items aswell including tea, coffee/coffee pods, sugar, salt, pepper, sauces - alfoil, glad wrap and paper towel. We also leave butter and milk in the fridge.
