The bedroom boasts a very comfortable, top of the range Sleepyhead king bed, with quality (URL HIDDEN) curtains can be pulled back to enjoy the view or closed for privacy. Porta-cot also available for your little one.
Self-contained, the kitchen comes equipped with a generous sized fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, all crockery and cutlery. Coffee, tea and milk provided. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, basin, heated towel rail, and tiled underfloor heating if you wish to make use of this. Towels provided.
The living area has a large table and comes with four chairs. A high chair can be provided on request.
We have Freeview TV and a blue ray DVD player. A selection of DVDs and books are available for use. The couch folds out into a sofa bed with a spring mattress. Linen can be provided for up to two extra guests.
Our laundry can be made available on request. We would ask for an additional fee for use of the washing machine and dryer.

Internal doors to upstairs are locked for your security. Access to the laundry downstairs is available on request. The NeighborhoodKamo Village is only a few minutes drive away. There you will find plenty of food and drink options including a Four Square mini supermarket, a butcher, liquor store, cafes, health food stores, takeaway options (McDonalds, fish'n'chips, Subway, Chinese, Indian, Thai, sushi), and Kamo Hotel (pub).
Kamo also has a laundromat, chemist, post office, bank ATM's, a DVD and a second hand bookstore.
State Highway 1 going north is also close by, and it only takes 45 mins-1 hour to arrive in the beautiful Bay of Islands - Paihia, Russell and Waitangi are well worth a visit. Getting AroundYou will need your own transport. We can accommodate one car for off-street parking, and on-street parking is available.
