You also have your own private parking space just next to the house. Interaction with GuestsMy guests will be greeted with tea/coffee and treats upon arrival and I will be available to answer your questions and help out during their stay. I am an active artist and spend much of my time each day at home in the apartment below or in my outdoor studio space. Take advantage of my gregarious nature if you are looking for a friend in town, my English, so they tell me, is not bad at all... And I am very good with children, too... They find me funny and understanding... The NeighborhoodMy neighborhood is friendly and quiet and surrounded by plenty of trees and gardens. The highlight of my neighourhood, for nature lovers, is definitely the Flutes Cave. I will be happy to take you there (3 minutes from my place) and show you around. Me’arat Halilim (Flutes Cave)- is a large cave which is composed of sub-spaces that are connected to one another by narrow passages. This is the classic place to play Hide and Seek with the children or for having a romantic moment. From the cave’s entrance is seen the magnificent view of the deep gorge, as well as that of the cliff on the opposite side. Nahal Halilim (Flutes Stream) stretches only over about 2 kilometers and serves as a tributary of Nahal Sorek (Sorek Stream). The trail is indicated by a green trail marking.
Getting AroundGetting around is easy! Just across the road is the stop for the bus that takes you to the center of Jerusalem (the ride is about 15 min. long). Getting from the airport is also very easy. There are minibuses that will take each passenger directly to the address he gives the driver. Other Things to NoteA big perk of Didi’s Loft Style Apartment is my little dog Choopy (also my best friend!). He is a sweet and cheerful little dog and as ready and willing to interact with my guests, as I am. Spending the evenings in my garden, can also be quite a nice experience when the temperatures go up...
