      The SpaceGuest will have his or her own TWO private bedrooms and private bathroom on the second floor. The second bedroom can be used as an office if you do not have multiple guests. The first bedroom features a double bed and walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a twin bed, desk, and walk-in closet. Basic bathroom amenities are provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, etc) as well as additional personal care items that you might have forgotten to pack (Tylenol, toothbrush, tampons, hand lotion, etc)! Feel free to take what you need and leave what you don't for future guests' convenience. Guest will have shared access to the first floor kitchen and living/dining room, outside deck, and backyard. The common room has a full entertainment system with cable TV and a DVD/blue ray player. Extremely fast and reliable Wifi. We have various lawn games that you are welcome to use out in the yard as well - just ask. Washer and dryer usage is also available upon request. Additionally, we can provide any household items you may need (iron and ironing board, umbrella, etc). We do have two medium sized dogs - a 14 year old and a one year old. Both are extremely sweet, friendly and well behaved. *Basement availability is dependent on host needs. Feel free to inquire. *We try to clean as often as possible but with two dogs, the shedding is hard to keep up with sometimes. You should expect to see some dog hair in the hallway and common areas during your stay. The dogs are not allowed in the guest bedrooms or bathroom so that should not be a problem. Susquehanna Speedway operates mostly in the summer months and depending on the wind, it can be quite loud here at Brewhouse Mountain. You may want to check their racing schedule before booking. There is also a Saturday and Sunday morning flea market and farmers market across the road from Susquehanna Speedway. We are just 15 minutes from the city of York, which was the country's first capital. York also has good restaurants and a charming farmers market, which is open Thursdays and Saturdays. We're also just 12 minutes from Pennsylvania's capital city of Harrisburg, with wonderful nightlife, live music, a variety of great restaurants, its famous Capital rotunda and its world class Civil War Museum. Don't forget the dive bar tour of York Haven, as well as tours of local wineries. We're just 30 minutes to Hershey and Hersheypark, 30 minutes to Carlisle with its famous auto show, 40 minutes to Lancaster County's Pennsylvania Dutch and Amish country, and 40 minutes to the Gettysburg Civil War Battlefield.
