We have lived in the house part-time for eight years, so we can share with you everything you need to know to enjoy your time here. You will have all the modern conveniences and comforts described above, but it is an older house, with slanty floors, imperfect paint, and some second-hand furniture; and we've priced it accordingly.
Weekly or monthly rentals, or long-term considered for the right tenant. Interaction with GuestsWe will be available primarily by email and text. We appreciate tenants who are willing/able to be independent and can-do for minor issues. Getting AroundYou will need a car or scooter/motorcycle in these parts. A bicycle could do in the warm weather if you are adventurous. Other Things to NoteWe recycle bottles and cans, compost food scraps, and burn paper/cardboard. As such, we don't have private garbage service. We ask that you take your garbage and recycling to the local transfer station, about 10 minutes drive, on your way out.
