All 3 bedrooms are comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. Two contain a queen size bed, the 3rd has two singles. Two bathrooms (one en suite), a sitting room with TV, games and musical instruments, and a kitchenette alcove with coffee machine, refrigerator, sink, microwave and toaster oven complete the space. Set way back from the road at the highest point of Federal Hill, the gardens, forest and views provide a calm serene environment for your to write, paint or simply relax. The garden is my passion, filled with surprises, water and birds. The NeighborhoodWe sit atop Federal Hill in a well established rural neighborhood, close to hiking and ski mobile trails. The Mile Away function center and restaurant is 5 minutes away, LaBelle Winery is a 15 minute drive. Quaint Milford Oval (Downtown) is a five minute ride. Getting AroundThere is no public transport other than taxis and of course Uber. We are just over an hour from Boston , an hour to the seacoast, an hour and a half to the Lakes region and two and a half hours to the White Mountains. Ski Crotched Mountain - a half hour away. Historic Monson Village is a 10 minute walk. Other Things to NoteNellie the short haired cat lives here and keeps to herself. Muti the African Gray Parrot is entertaining if you keep your fingers to yourself.
