Interaction with Guests-I work full time during the week so available evenings and weekends for advice, suggestions, etc. However, I am available 24/7 for text messages and phone calls to assist you when needed.
-I have lived in Japan 16 years so can recommend restaurants, sightseeomg, day trips, etc.
-I love meeting and talking with new people, but also respect your privacy. You are the guest so you choose how sociable or private you want to be. The Neighborhood-Towels, Not sure why it is not part of the AirBNB amenities section, but I provide towels.
-The condominium, Cape Tower is located on Shibaura Island. It, along with three other residential towers, all approximately 48Fs and the island were part of a redevelopment completed in 2008.
-It has a park-like atmosphere with a walking path around the enter island, 1.4 KM (0.85 Miles).
- Great for walking, jogging, sightseeing and of course living.
-Also on the Island are a supermarket, restaurant, health club, child/elderly care center, etc.
-Around the Tamachi and Mita stations, a short 8 minute walk from the Island is an old town feel area with many restaurants, pubs, shops, etc.
-A boat can also be caught on the island that will take you to Odaiba. Getting AroundQuick Access to central Tokyo
-Tamachi Sta. 12 minutes walking (Yamanote, Keihin-tohoku lines)

Other Things to NotePlane Watching- From the balcony you can watch the planes lined up flying in and out of Haneda airport. It is a great for still and time-lapse photography enthusiasts.
