This community was established in 1864. Now it's a mix of busy farms, small acreages and estate homes. This vibrant community retains its charm.
The school was build in 1884, United Church in 1894 and the Community Hall in 1904.
School, church and hall have all operated continuously since they were created Getting AroundThere is no public transportation in the area.
A car is strongly recommended to get around.
Free parking. Other Things to NoteThe charming retreat sits on a 9.5 acre property with beautiful gardens and a well kept lawn. Lots of space to relax and play.
I have 1 black/white, female cat. She roams around the property.
Since we're on a sensitive septic system, DO NOT flush any pads, tampons, food scraps/grease! A clogged toilet won't be fun during your stay. ONLY flush what's supposed to be flushed. Provided is a sanitary bucket for feminin products.
All food scraps/grease/food leftovers etc. please put it on the compost pile or in the garbage! Thank you!
No pets allowed.
