    This modern luxury villa is located on Bedarra Island in Queensland and can accommodate eight guests, in between the main villa and the "studio," which are both located on this two-acre private property. The villa is the main part of the accommodation and has two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed; meanwhile, the studio has one bedroom with a king-size bed and a queen-size day bed. This equals out to a four-guest capacity in the villa and a four-guest capacity in the studio.Something that is important for guests to know before booking is that rates are sliding dependent on the amount of guests in an attempt to offer a couples rate. All guests always have full use of both the villa and pavilion at all times, whether there is one guest or eight. If in need of one bedroom (two guests), the rate is $598 USD per night ($790 AUD). If four guests, or two bedrooms, the rate is $749 USD per night ($990 AUD). If six guests, or three bedrooms, the rate is $900 USD per night ($1,190 AUD). If eight guests, or four bedrooms, the rate is $1,051 USD per night ($1,390 AUD).The villa has an open floor plan where the lounge and dining space are, which expands out to an expansive deck where stunning views of the beautiful coral sea and the distant islands greet guests. Among the villa and the studio, there two to three bathrooms, a separate shower and toilet, and outdoor showers and toilets, as well as a luxurious outdoor bathtub. Premium linens and towels are included in the rate, as well as Aesop toiletries.There are also two fully equipped kitchens; an outdoor dining and lounging area with a barbecue; a television with a DVD player; a stereo with a CD player; a telephone for making local phone calls; and fully equipped laundry facilities. Moreover, with this luxury rental comes included snorkeling gear, kayaks, and fishing reels and rods (guests must bring their own bait and tackle).

    The SpaceIdeal for one or two couples traveling together or a group of friends who require a bedroom each, or a family with kids. The house features a large open plan, fully equipped kitchen and bbq on the veranda. The large u-shaped veranda can be enjoyed in any weather. Just pull down the floor to ceiling bistro blinds and make it into an additional room. The house and veranda offer various seating areas, allowing guests ample space to chill and enjoy some quiet time. Curl up on the sofa on the veranda with a book, or enjoy filtered views of the Coral Sea from the daybed. There are two airconditioned bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with two single beds which would suit a single traveler or kids. The open plan living room is also airconditioned, but air condition is hardly needed in this ventilated breezy house. Behind the house sits a separate, self-contained studio where the on-site manager Jarrod and his friendly staffy dog Lola live. Guests can enjoy peace of mind as emergencies will be taken care of. Privacy is ensured, as you have your own spacious garden and lawn and private pool access. Please be aware that the pool is a shared area, but we do our best to give you total privacy whilst using the pool. Guest AccessWalk to shops, pubs and restaurants and skip to the beach. Catch our awesome sunrises in your pajamas. It's that close! The safe stinger net enclosure (in operation from November to May) is 100 meters away. Follow the windy road with superb ocean and island views along a unique stretch of road where World Heritage listed rainforest meets the World Heritage listed Great Barrier Reef.
