If you run out during your stay you can purchase more at the local city market or shell gas station just down the road. Please no smoking and no pets allowed in the unit.

    The SpaceOur little 600sqft cozy and unique cottage in downtown Moab is charming 'Moab Style' at it's best and during the times our friends and family aren't occupying it, we decided we'd like to share our simple little gem with you. We hope that we provided everything you might need during your stay. We opted for no TV, because, and you probably know, Moab is a place with spectacular views! (If there is a game you need to watch simply walk across the street to Club Rio, or, if you have 4 minutes to spare, to other venues on Main Street). The advantages location comes with possible nightlife noises. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PRICE includes LODGING TAX. Guest AccessGas BBQ; NutShell Library; Wi-Fi, Bose compact sound system; USB wall outlet; Interaction with GuestsAirBnB seems to have created a lovely network of likeminded, respect- and mindful travelers. We are truly looking forward to hosting you. We'll try to be there for you when you need us and will gladly answer your questions, but please keep in mind that we are no concierge service. The NeighborhoodOur Cottage is smack in the middle of town; home of many businesses, restaurants, City Hall, the County Bldg, the Museum of Moab and the Moab Information Center. However the west end, the end where our cottage is located at, is mainly residential lodging, which makes this place very quiet (not that Moab is loud to begin with, but you know...) for being right in town. It's a culde-sac, so no thru traffic. Kitty corner to the cottage is Club Rio, next to Famous Woody's Tavern, one of the (two) bars here in town. Getting AroundMoab does offer a Taxi service, but you'll be right in the middle of town so most likely you'll just walk or take a bike. Other Things to NotePlease keep in mind that our cottage is in Downtown Moab. Of course not quite like NYC or Berlin, but be aware that there are nights when there's music coming from Club Rio until they close. Although a running swamp cooler or heater will most likely be more noisy than the neighborhood ;) We'd be thrilled if you considered our cottage for your stay in Moab!

Feel free to relax in our unique Rim Village corner townhouse, situated across from County Land, featuring private hot tub, unobstructed views of the Moab rim from the porch and expansive windows, and lofty living space. Turn the other way on the porch and see the sunset glow on the La Sal Mountains. We are conveniently situated 5 minutes south of Moab’s Main Street, 10 minutes South of Arches National Park and 45 minutes from Canyonlands National park and Dead Horse State Park. You can walk to the community pool and hot tub, but feel like you're in a universe all to yourself. With all 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms conveniently situated on the ground floor, and the great room featuring an open floor plan opening into kitchen and dining area, fireplace, high ceilings and picture windows with lovely views of the Moab rim, we hope you'll feel energized and comfortable in your home away from home. The brand new Hot Springs Sovereign model was chosen for its energy efficiency, but kept for the bells and whistles - jets which feel like rollers massage your back bilaterally, rotate along those sore spots on your neck, or jet away the trigger points on your mid-back. There are even several settings for lighting. It's going all year round. Come and enjoy. This is a non-smoking home. Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets at this time. All linens provided. Community pool and hot tub are open April 1 thru October 31. Prices on my calendar reflect Nightly cost including tax. Please note that AirBnB will add 6-12% guest fee on top of anything I quote within an email. For those with mobility impairments: While this unit is not ADA compliant, there are some features which may make it easier to navigate than some places. The entire unit is on the ground floor. However, there are no grab bars in the bathroom or showers. (I am looking into this - if you know anyone qualified please contact me.) Here are some details and measurements you may find useful: Driveway to patio: Paved, no change in elevation or unusual bumps. Front door: 35" wide, bottom lip rises to 1.25" in two steps. Floor in great room dining and kitchen area is Pergo with one area & one entry rug. Guest bath door: 33.5 wide, swings inward. Wall to sink 39", end of toilet to wall: 29.5" (towel rack sticks out 3") , end of vanity to tub: 45". Master bedroom: Transition lip to carper app. .5" Doorway to bath area: 34.4" Bottom lip of shower 5.5" Doorway to toilet area: 33.75", door opens outward. Toilet area: 37.5" wide, 73" deep, end of toilet to wall 44.5" (towel rack sticks out 3"), Door from garage: 35", bottom lip: 1.25" tall, a bit more abrupt than the front door lip. Hope that helps.     The SpaceThe LaunchPad Guest House is 2500 sq./ft. and was built in the 60s. It was formerly Canyon Country B&B and the location of Nichols Bikes, which was moved to the Main St. location in the early 1990s and renamed Poison Spider Bicycles. The house sits on a half acre parcel 1 mile from the center of town and 5 miles from Arches National Park. The house showcases 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, beautiful Saltillo tile flooring, wood burning stove and a large open floor plan for the living room, kitchen and dining room. The back patio has a dual gas/charcoal BBQ for grilling. A swamp cooler keeps the house comfortable in the summer. All box springs, mattresses and pillowcases in the house are protected by bed bug encasements. Cyclist friendly! A custom bike garage provides bike storage, mechanic stand, basic tools, wash station, complimentary townie bikes and car bike carriers. Bring a 4-6ft cable or coil lock for added security. Please be aware: There is a no-dog policy at the house and that I have a young female cat. Kokachin does not have access to the bedrooms but is generally welcomed is the common areas of the house. I will try to keep her out of the house while you are here if it is a problem. Please note: My conditional use permit to run a business in a residential zone requires that I live on the property. Therefore, I reside in the Cataract room at the back of the house. I have a private bathroom and entry and will not disturb your group. Specific house provisions below. The NeighborhoodA very quiet and peaceful neighborhood located 1 mile to town and 5 miles to Arches National Park. There are no children in neighborhood. A few dogs in neighborhood, but owners know to control their barking. Getting AroundThere are several townie bikes available for guest use. Other Things to NotePlease refrain from wearing lotion/sunscreen to bed. The oil is very difficult and most of the time impossible to remove from the bed sheets. I will utilize the security deposit for damaged bedding.

    The SpaceRed Moon Lodge is a scenic B&B located just outside of Moab on 6 scenic acres.The rate does not include breakfast, however we can include it upon your request for an additional charge. Room rate comes with Organic coffee and tea. Moab is amazing and we prefer a 2 night stay or more. We offer 1 night reservations but only if it fits in the schedule. We have 5 rooms: The Buffalo Room has 1 queen bed, private bath, table and private entrance. The Eagle room has 1 queen bed private bath, table, private entrance and private patio. The Buffalo Room has 1 queen beds, and one queen size futon couch, table, private entrance and bath.     The SpaceLaunch your Moab adventures from a mid-century decorated Bed and a Bagel located 5 miles from Arches National Park! The Palisade bedroom has a queen bed, twin bunk bed, mini fridge and a private entrance with single parking space (more parking on street). This room shares the guest bathroom with 1.5 other rooms. The house showcases 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, Saltillo tile flooring, a large open floor plan for the kitchen, living and dining rooms and a beautiful garden patio. A simple, SELF SERVE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST is provided including bagels and/or English muffins, cereal, oatmeal, bananas, yogurt, cream cheese, jam, peanut butter, lactose free 2% milk, almond milk, orange juice, tea and coffee. Guests may use the refrigerator/freezer, counter-top appliances, and kettle. Guests may not cook or use the laundry facilities. There are many restaurants and laundromats in town as well as 2 grocery stores and a health food co-op. GREAT LOCATION in a QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD 5 miles to Arches National Park. 32 miles to Canyonlands National Park. 1 mile to the center of town. CYCLIST FRIENDLY! A custom bike garage provides bike storage, mechanic stand, basic bike tools and wash station. Bring a 4-6ft cable or coil lock for added security. Also, townie bikes (with locks and helmets) are available to use after signing a liability waiver. Please be aware that there is a NO DOG and NO CHILDREN under 8 policy at the house. It is my responsibility to insure my guests have a comfortable experience. A note for guests booking in the summer: A traditional air conditioning unit is supplied in the Palisade room, however the house uses a classic desert-style air conditioner called a swamp cooler. It functions as evaporative cooling and cools the house by forcing air out open windows. It is not traditional air conditioning. Also, it is common to see small ants in the house, as they are coming in to find water. Please understand that they a part of coexisting in the desert and that the house is very clean. Neat history : The LaunchPad was formerly Canyon Country B&B in the 80's and the location of Nichols Bikes, which is now the popular Poison Spider Bicycles. All that being said...I hope to be your host as you launch your adventures from here!     The SpaceThough this is listed as a private room, it is like having your own little apartment - the suite has its own entrance and deck and you won't be entering our home to get to and from your space. It is a clean & light-filled, very quiet and private guest room with private bath - separate entrance from secluded east facing deck - with views. The bed is a Kingsdown pillow-top queen (made up with high thread count cotton sheets) that is VERY comfortable, wifi, cable HD TV with a zillion channels, small fridge, electric kettle and coffee maker - with plenty of parking. Great hosts attend to your needs (or leave you alone, if that is what you desire). Very close to the beautiful 18 hole Moab golf course and a large park w/disc golfing and numerous riding/hiking/jeeping nearby trails. Beautiful views of the rim and the mountains. Located 3+ miles from the center of Moab, along a year around creek with more shade trees than you can count and horses grazing in the pasture nearby. No smoking in or near the house and no pets, please. As said above, there is a dorm fridge, a coffee pot, an electric kettle and a very few cups, bowls, glasses and utensils in the room for guests' use - for say, a continental breakfast. HOWEVER, this is not a kitchenette. If you are looking for a place in which you can make meals, this is not it - we don't provide a radar-range nor a toaster oven. Getting AroundThe only public transport in Moab is a taxi service and bike shuttles; you need a car to get around - unless you have a bike and the ability to ride up the hill from town to here (several hundred feet elevation gain). This room shares the guest bathroom with 1.5 other rooms and has a space heater for the cold season. All box springs, mattresses and pillowcases in the house are protected by bed bug encasements. The house showcases 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, Saltillo tile flooring, a large open floor plan for the living, kitchen and dining room and a beautiful garden patio. A simple, SELF SERVE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST is provided including bagels and/or English muffins, cereal, oatmeal, bananas, yogurt, cream cheese, jam, peanut butter, lactose free 2% milk, almond milk, orange juice, tea and coffee. Guests may use the refrigerator/freezer, counter-top appliances, and kettle. Guests may not cook or use the laundry facilities. There are many restaurants and laundromats in town as well as 2 grocery stores and a health food co-op. GREAT LOCATION in a QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD 5 miles to Arches National Park. 32 miles to Canyonlands National Park. 1 mile to the center of town. CYCLIST FRIENDLY! A custom bike garage provides bike storage, mechanic stand, basic bike tools and wash station. Bring a 4-6ft cable or coil lock for added security. It is not traditional air conditioning. If the room is warm we use the ceiling fan, crack the door and open the windows to allow the cool air to enter the room. Also, it is common to see small ants in the house, as they are coming in to find water. Please understand that they a part of coexisting in the desert and that the house is very clean.     The SpaceThis is a unique Rustic Get-Away that's located 35 miles SE of Moab, Utah at the base of the La Sal Mountains. It's close enough to Moab to drive in and enjoy the variety of festivities offered in a small town environment, yet far enough away to enjoy the a variety of activities in a Mountain Setting such as hiking, biking, hunting, fishing, 4-wheeling, snowmobiling, or just relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of a city. This area has numerous National Forest and National Park lands to explore and recreate in. The variety of mountain and desert land is breathtaking, and this Rustic Get-Away with all the comforts of home is the perfect location to see it all! Guest AccessWe are 35 miles out of Moab, in the small town of La Sal. Guests will have access to a post office, located about 10 minutes from the mobile home. There are no stores or gas pumps available. Interaction with GuestsWe live next door, and will be home a lot of the time. We love people and are happy to help our guests in any way. We do have busy lives aside from Hosting, and at times won't be home when our guests arrive. When we are not going be home when guests arrive, or during their stay, we will let them know, and give them all or our contact info to make sure they can reach us by phone or email. Whether we're home or not, we always make sure the Trailer is prepared for our guests arrival with a Welcome Sign on the front door with their names on it so so they'll know they're in the right place, the Porch Lights on, and Keys in the Lockbox to the right of the door. It's a 30 minute drive to the nearest lake, and you can 4-wheel from our front door to the mountain roads within 5 minutes. Getting AroundThere is no public transportation in La Sal. Moab has a taxi service. Other Things to NotePlease remember that we are "Rural", located at the base of the La Sal Mountains. There are no stores or gas pumps in La Sal, so it's a good idea to buy groceries and gas before driving in. Below are the Driving Directions and Check-In/Arrival Information. We don't have Cell/Text/GPS service in the area, so please print the Driving Directions so you'll have them when you drive into La Sal. If you need to reach us please call our home phone, if you can't reach us there, try our cell (we may be away from our house). If we are home, we will not receive cell calls or text messages, so please don't rely on texting us....either email or call us. The trick to finding us is......print the directions and bring them with you!!! DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO OUR RUSTIC GET-AWAY: From Highway 191 traveling North from Monticello, or South from Moab go to the “La Sal Junction” (Highway 46 East). Turn East on Highway 46, continue through the town of La Sal (you will see a Post Office and the Closed Store on your left.... keep going past those buildings heading east), and pass mile post 13 and the sign for Old La Sal (you'll see those signs to the right). At the very top of the next hill turn left on Stocks Rd, go 100 yards, turn right on Deer Creek Rd, continue East on dirt road exactly one (1) mile to the driveway into the trailer on the right. The address is 110 Deer Creek Road; GPS coordinates are (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) (GPS shows the address as Guard Station Road). KEYS: There is a Lockbox to the right of the door, combination will be provided when reservation is confirmed. I am single guy with a big house. My house was built in 1997. You have the master bedroom with a king sized bed and private bath with shower and tub. I also have the downstairs beds available. Ask about their availability. I'll put some eggs in the fridge for you to cook and bread for toast and some instant oatmeal and fruit bars in the cupboard -- hope soy milk is okay. You can make tea or have coffee (you will have to make it; I am not a coffee drinker) Sorry I am not going to cook for you but there is a full kitchen, living room, backyard, garden to nibble on (in season). Just a chance to kick back and take a break to cook your own food chat and actually relax. I work full time so I am not at my house all the time so come and go as you need. I tell you where the house key is. I have rescue dogs: Odie and Sadie and they will greet you. They are super mellow dogs. I work full-time and in the evenings I am out with Odie and Sadie. On the weekends I am probably out hiking or bicycling. There is a pad and pencil on the kitchen counter and leave me a note that you have arrived or have any questions. I just want to know you are here and not to worry. I will interact with you as much as you like. I have maps, recommendations for hikes, bicycling, site seeing, etc. I have been hiking this country for the past 13 years. everyday so I know of a lot of things to do based on your abilities. Mother Nature doesn't take prisoners in the Moab country. Enjoy this country but be prepared: water, hats, sunscreen, food, common sense and all that stuff your MOM always told you to do. I have extra water bottles, may be a pack and things like that to use if you don't have one. If you want I will teach you the card game "golf" and "Hollywood Rummy". The NeighborhoodI live about 2.5 miles from the heart of Moab. A few small children on the street so drive slow. Getting AroundThere is NO public transportation other than taxi in town. You have to have transportation to get to the sites you want to visit.
