The first bedroom has an ensuite, its own balcony, and a luxurious queen size waterbed. The second bedroom has a luxurious queen bed, with its sprung base and high quality pillow-top mattress Both rooms ensure a great night's sleep; the rooms are very quiet and private. Up to two additional adult sized single camp beds can be made available on request, to be used in the bedrooms or common areas. Getting AroundThe bus is within 250 m, connecting to train and to Brisbane and Sunshine Coast airports. I may be able to personally pick you up from Sunshine Coast airport for $25. Lovely bright room in a 2 bedroom unit with water views and walking distance to beach. Rooms both have double beds, wardrobes and wifi avail. Share bathroom, kitchen etc. Large balcony to sit outdoors. Great cafes and walks. Easy access to bus around the corner. This unit can also be rented out as a 2 b/room which will take 4 people - adults or 2 adults and 2 childres. As of 10 December 2016 (school holidays and Christmas) the whole apartment is available. $140 per night plus $50 cleaning fee.

The SpaceGround floor absolute beach front apartment where the only thing separating you and the shoreline at Kings Beach is the grass and boardwalk. Our apartment is unique as it is the only apartment located on the ground floor of the complex which means you have no neighbours and the outdoor grass area in front of the apartment is totally yours to enjoy. Your biggest challenge each morning will be whether to sit and listen to the waves break from the sofa in the living room or walk 50 paces to the beach and feel the sand between your toes before you head out for a surf, or; You may simply just want to hang out with the kids. Whatever your choice we are certain you will enjoy your time at our unique home. Ground floor fully furnished two bedroom apartment. The main bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with side tables, doona and cushions, bathroom with bath/shower and toilet the bathroom also houses a front loader washing machine. The second bedroom has a double and a single bed with a full ensuite including open shower and toilet. A modern fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Open plan living and dining room overlook a luscious green lawn with a 180 degree view of the ocean. The living room is equipped with Flatscreen TV, DVD player, CD player, relaxing CD's, magazines, books and children's board games. At night kick back, light the scented candles and listen to the sound of the waves hitting the shoreline. For your added pleasure we have an outdoor setting, and umbrella and deck chairs; for the beach we have boogie boards, sun shade, beach chairs, sand castle making toys, and if you feel like exploring Caloundra, we have 2 adult bikes and 3 children bikes for all to enjoy We also have a porta-cot and high chair available, should you require them. All rooms come with overhead fans. Guest AccessFull access to on-site garage adjacent to the apartment. The pool and BBQ area is available for your use to share with other guests in the complex. No smoking is permitted inside or outside the apartment. Interaction with GuestsWe provide you with easy access to keys and we are available 24/7 via phone to assist with any questions or issues. The NeighborhoodThe apartment is positioned in the Culverston complex which is located in a cul de sac with a view to the patrolled beach to your left and the popular surf beach to your right. Culverston is an older style apartment built in the 70s this mature old girl may not look as young as her glitzy neighbours but she makes up for it in having the best POSITION on Kings Beach. Step out of the apartment and walk down the steps to the boardwalk and you will find yourself at the popular Coffee Cat on Kings and an array of popular eateries. Getting AroundCulverston is centrally located once you arrive you will no longer have any use for the car. You are able to walk to most amenities and exploring the Sunshine Coast region has never been easier. If you are travelling from Brisbane Airport there are a couple options available. You may hire a car or catch the train to Landsborough and catch the bus or taxi to Kings Beach. Other Things to NoteShampoo, conditioner and body gel is provided. The SpaceThis is a spacious 2-bedroom apartment, one street back from Kings beach - Caloundra's number 1 surf beach. It is centrally located with easy access to numerous shops, beaches, hotels, saltwater swimming pool and coastal walks. The apartment is fully furnished for owner's own use, including two TV's, DVD's, beach umbrella and chairs, books, magazines and puzzles. There is a full sized kitchen including stove, microwave oven and all cooking utensils and a six-seater dining table.The views to the ocean and shipping lane can be seen from the balcony and all living areas. The apartment is on the top floor of a block of six. Access is by stairs only. There is an undercover car port for one car. The bus stop with routes to Maroochydore and Noosa is 50 metres from the block. Guest AccessThe standard prices for this apartment do not include cleaning or linen. These are available if required but most guests are prepared to do their own cleaning (all materials supplied) and if travelling locally are happy to provide their own linen. The charges are $40 for cleaning and $10 per person for linen. The SpaceOur spacious apartment is quiet, private, safe and secure. It can comfortably accommodate 3 or 4. We have body boards, cricket bat and ball, picnic baskets, eskies and a beach umbrella available. Just ask. Large back garden, with daybed for reading, relaxing and enjoying happy hour, full fenced. Tons of quality linen, blankets and extra pillows. Please ask if there is anything else you may need. Undercover off street parking, easy to unload and safe and secure. Guest AccessMoffat Beach has great cafes, restaurants, parks and beach. Our walking tracks will take you round the headland where you can whale watch, walk round the coast to Kings Beach, Caloundra or north to Dicky Beach and beyond. Interaction with GuestsWe are happy to share wine and stories if you would like. Or you will have complete privacy for your stay. The NeighborhoodWe love Moffat beach for it's friendliness and ease. We have lived here 22 years and feel it is a great place to raise a family and enjoy the surf, walks, parks and beach community. Moffat Beach is dog friendly. Shelly Beach is a turtle nesting area and a great spot for whale watching and photography against the rocks. The walking paths can take up either North to Dicky Beach and beyond. Or stroll south along Shelly Beach, to Kings Beach and into Caloundra. Shop at the Sundays markets in Bullcock Street or Currumundi Primary School. Getting AroundMoffat Beach has everything you need within walking distance, great cafes/restaurants, minor brewery, bakery, post office and Dr.s. If you need to catch a local bus there are several stops at the end of our street and Uber Taxi. All the surf clubs and RSL offer free bus transportation. Quality linen and beach towels provided. With sole use of a full bathroom and additional powder room/toilet it comfortably fits a family of four or two couples. Guest AccessGuests have access to the whole of the downstairs living area and the garden around the downstairs deck. Parking is available at either the front or rear of the property. Guests share a common entry with the owners and the outside clothes line. Interaction with GuestsWe will welcome our guests and provide them, if wanted, with a wealth of local information. Then let them enjoy the privacy of the downstairs space. As we live on the top floor we seldom see our guests unless they require our assistance, however, they are always welcome to a pre-dinner drink and chat on our deck. The NeighborhoodDicky Beach has a real sense of community. The shops are run by owner/operators and will welcome you. The DB Surf Lifesaving Club has a great restaurant (The Wreck) and Thai and Japanese restaurants are within a few minutes walk. With the nearby beach and great walking paths, there is lots to do! Getting AroundWalk 300m to the bus stop for your Sunshine Coast destinations. A bus/train connection takes you south into the city of Brisbane or to points further north. Other Things to NoteClose points of interest are the many first class golf courses available, the boating and fishing opportunities, Australia Zoo, Water World, Eumundi Markets, Noosa and the wonderful Caloundra beaches: Dicky Beach, Moffat, Shelly and Kings Beach. School Holiday Bookings Whilst we do not put our rates up during school holidays, we do ask that bookings made during these times are for 7 nights minimum, from Saturday to Saturday. Getting AroundThe main coastal bus route stop is 200 metres away. Other Things to NoteLinen (including beach towels) supplied. Bookings are a minimum 3 nights or 4 nights over Easter. We are flexible with check in time and happy for you to check in earlier than 2pm if the house is unoccupied, by arrangement. The SpaceOur unit is one of 12 in the complex. There are 2 large bedrooms, both with QS beds in each. An internal laundry & two-way entry bathroom & separate toilet. The kitchen has brand new appliances consisting of ceramic cooktop, stainless steel oven & dishwasher. We have polished bamboo floors keeping with the beach theme. There is a large wall mounted LCD TV & DVD player in the lounge room, which also features a futon lounge (or 3rd bed for the extra guest or child). One bedroom has a LCD TV with DVD player. There is an in-ground salt water pool & gazebo for guests use. We have a verandah on the living level with a lounge, table & chairs. On the rooftop there is an awning, BBQ, dining table, relaxing wooden sun beds, extra chairs for entertaining (as well as a full clothes line). Single car lock up garage & plenty of street parking. ‘Nautilus' is within walking distance to Kings Beach Tavern (back gate key, via the pool area) into the car park & bottle shop. 200m walk to Kings Beach, the Surf Club & ocean pool, cafes (we love Coffee Cat on KB) & restaurants as well as KB water park & community outdoor amphitheatre (where the Music Festival is held). You are positioned within close walking distance to Shelly Beach, Moffat Beach as well as Bulcock Beach & Happy Valley. Guests are free to use everything in the unit as this is our holiday place. We just ask that you leave everything as you find it! There are scooters as well in the garage, should you like to use these. Please take out all rubbish on departure - we have wheelie bins at the front of the complex to use near visitor parking, thanks so much. Caloundra is a very family friendly destination. There is much to see and do whilst on holidays or a short stay getaway. Kings Beach hosts many festivals & you are located to walk to everything. Some of the things we like to do are: 1. Relax 2. Eat drink & be merry 3. Enjoy the ocean views 4. Have fish & chips at the beach 5. Walk to all the beaches & build sandcastles 6. Pub or Surf Club or RSL meal (courtesy buses are great) 7. Go to Sunday markets (they close the main street from 8-1 8. Take a trip to the Hinterland 9. Soak up the sun on the roof top with a beer or wine 10. Catch a fish! There are many clubs that offer free buses to and from their facilities. There is a bus stop within 100m of the unit. Everything really is in walking distance, great restaurants, cafes and bars as well as beaches. This unit is ideal accommodation for a family of 4/5. It is also perfect for couples or individuals chasing the warmer weather, a city getaway or just wanting to relax by the beautiful beach. Guest AccessGuests have access to this self-contained unit. Guests are able to use all facilities, appliances & recreational items as long as they are left in the same condition in which they are found. There will be email or phone contact if necessary.
